The apartment was spotless. The location was perfect for my needs as I was visiting family in the local area. It was within walking distance to the Prom and town centre and if walking isn't an option there are great public transport options nearby. Phil was very responsive and proactive with any queries I had and I definitely would try to book this apartment again when I am next over.

Very clean, exactly how the photos picture it to be. Had all the necessary amenities - even a vacuum cleaner and a drying rack for clothes + many hangers which came in handy when we wanted to air dry our laundry after washing. Place was extremely spacious and we loved the big bathroom as well :) All in all, a very wonderful stay at a lovely, pretty home! Thanks, Pam! Only downside I would mention is that the entire floor is carpeted so you have to be careful not to spill anything! But it was great for keeping warm so

We had an issue accessing our previous air BnB that we had booked. I found this place and contacted the host Trevor to explain our situation and to ask if he could help. His place wasn’t quite ready for guests but he went round there and had it ready for us within an hour. Really went above and beyond to ensure that we weren’t left stranded. Very friendly service and a lovely find, the accommodation was perfect. Excellent service. We are very grateful that we found a great last minute booking with a lovely host. Thank you Trevor

Very helpful and responsive hosts. Whilst it's a small apartment, it had everything I needed including off street parking which is hard to find in Ulverston. 2min walk to centre of town.

What can I say. A fabulous find and a place we will certainly visit again. Quaint, easily accessible. Parking no problem, just get a week or 3 day pass in the two car parks on the hill. There are so many things to do. I will write these in the book. The fire is great, bath and shower to suit all tastes, the rooms are perfect for a small family / 3 adult travellers. Communication perfect from the first point of booking to leaving. I cannot speak highly enough. All the things you would need for a stag away, home from home. We will hopefully be booking again shortly. Thank you Emma and John x

Myself and 4 friends entered the Morecambe Marathon which started and finished in Bare. We needed a space for 5 and Sally’s space was perfect as we had 3 separate apartments with separate bathrooms and kitchens which was very useful. The location was great close to the coast and easy drive down to the start and lots of parking around the apartment. The race was good also.

Warm, spacious apartment with a great view. Close to Grange and shops, lovely walks, both hilly and flat. The host was responsive and flexible with check in/out times, which was appreciated. A lovely stay.

its a great place Fantastic views, Nik is very helpful and a great host but also keeps his distance. overall a great place to stay if your visiting Fleetwood or Thornton-Cleveleys.

Cute little apartment - was perfect for what we needed. Right in the centre of Lytham. We parked 2 mins away - there were lots of parking options despite the property not having dedicated parking. Really comfy bed and lovely clean property. Lizzie was really responsive and replied pretty much straight away if I needed something! Overall - a fab stay.

The flat was beautiful and lovely and warm. What stood out about it was how clean it was. I am also an Airbnb host and my cleaner isn't as good as this one. It was absolutely spotless! Incredible. This is what makes this place . Even the bedding had been ironed. This gave it a complete luxury. Cleaning staff can make or break a place, so I was totally impressed at the effort put into it. Well done! It would make me want to come back again.

An amazing host with an amazing place to pick as an Airbnb spot. Both host can't be praised any further! Communication before, during and after the stay was swift and very effective. Property came exactly as displayed (very spacious) and is in a prime location to all amenities in Blackpool's town centre. If returning and this place is available, would love to book again! We had a lovely stay at Lindsey’s apartment. It is a great location. Parking was a bit tricky but wouldn’t put us off. She made sure we had everything and we were ok which was nice. We had food in her cafe which is just gorgeous. We will definitely stay there again 👍

Stayed here end of August. Great house, everything you need, and more. Even ice in the freezer for drinks!! Spotless, clean modern, nice area to sit out. Spacious living room/ diner. TVs in bedroom and living room. Two large double beds and a pull out double bed ( we didn’t use). Modern bathroom and an extra seperate w/c. Key-box to check in no problem. Private parking for one car, very comfortable cool house . Would book again. Close to prom and Pleasure beach. Lovely walk to Tower for us, as we like walking. lovely place, very secluded with your own private garden. perfect for kids and was also really good for the dog. within walking distance of the beach. would definitely stay here again.

this was an incredible stay for a small baby Sprinkle, the carpark was not to far away, and once you were in the place was incredible! very aesthetically pleasing and really nice and warm! I was able to celebrate and still have my peace with the dorms located far enough away from the main area and I have the most perfect baby Sprinkle at 9 months pregnant! would definitely recommend and will be back again in the future

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

A lovely little home in an ideal location, close to the heart of the village. Hot tub was clean and private and was a lovely addition to the home. The apartment was spotless and the prosecco was a much appreciated gift. The bed was very comfortable and the flat had everything we needed. We would happily come back.

Nick was very helpful at all times, very quick responding to any questions I had! Very easy to find, easy to get in and out of rooms with the instructions. The 2 separate rooms worked really well for us! Lovely stay and great location

There were mirrors here so no need to take one , bedrooms very clean , however bathrooms are downstairs and I didn’t realise this from the layout . a lovely place to stay I would highly recommend the stay at this accommodation. Hot tub was secluded and nobody could see us in there so we all felt very safe and secure .

Lovely stay, in a nice private area but not too far from the local village with cute little pubs. Would definitely stay again, only fault was that all the plants attracted little flys everywhere and the skylights are beautiful but would definitely take an eye mask to avoid being woken up early.

Lovely stay!! We came for something a little different for NYE and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a little bit tricky to find in the dark/rain & wind but once we found our house it was beautiful inside! Comfy beds and lovely bathrooms, very modern. Hot tub had a great view of the country side. Only downside I would say is once you’re in the hot tub there is no where to put your things such as towel or drinks. This has not put us off as we are thinking of rebooking sometime in the summer!
