A large bright and airy flat, excellent location within a few minutes walk to the centre of Lytham. We took the restaurant recommendations and had a great meal at Bocco a family run Italian restaurant. It's a great base and location to explore the Fylde coast and beyond.

What can we say other than what a great find….. well that’s just the start, Deborah was a lovely host, the place was beautiful, spotless and very conveniently located for the beach, town and other local amenities. On top of that we could take our dog……

My fiancée, our dog and I stayed with Liz for 3 nights recently. We absolutely adored the property, it was lovely and peaceful, it has wonderful surroundings and it is very peaceful. Liz is a lovely lady, although we didn’t meet with her during our stay, she was always on hand to help us with any questions that we might have had. The property is very modern, very clean and very well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was fantastic after a day of walking in the sun. Our dog, Mabel, was very happy too. There was plenty of space for her to explore and there is plenty of great walks, such as Ingleton Falls, which isn’t a long drive away. We had no issues with the property, or Liz, and we felt incredibly welcomed. We really appreciate your hospitality and hopefully we will be able to stay with you again in the future. Thank you ever so much again.

Spacious, great amenities, close to the Wintergarden and beach. clean and quiet. There are steep steps to get inside and the shoer/tub is high. Not a problem for us but would be if you have mobility issues.

A nicely appointed apartment in a quiet area, close to local amenities, ideal for a relaxing break by the lovely Morecambe bay coastline.

We came to visit our son who plays football (⚽️) for Macclesfield FC and attends UCLan. The location was perfect as the apartment building is across the street from our son’s flat. It is also very walkable into the main parts of town, which includes shopping, restaurants, pubs and the train station. The apartment itself is nicely decorated, furnished, and was very clean. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, utensils and cooking accessories making preparing meals a breeze. While there was just the two of us, there is a second bedroom allowing for up to 4 guests comfortably. We enjoyed the living space with TV and a comfortable couch. The two full bathrooms were modern and came with bath essentials and plenty of towels. The full length balcony is an extra bonus with a beautiful view - nice to sit outside if weather permits. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond to questions. They were a pleasure to work with. We will definitely be back!!

This house is exactly as described by the owner, great amenities, lovely area, spacious rooms, quite private yet restaurants only 5 minute walk. lovely park for a walk or somewhere for the kids to play, really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back when next in Lytham.

Nigel was a fantastic host. Responded fast, allowed an early check in. The house was super clean and tidy and we had everything we needed at the ready. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

An absolute gem of a property! Spacious, modern, extremely clean and tidy. Excellent facilities, easy parking and close to town centre. Host was an excellent communicator, sharing clear instructions as to how to get in and subsequently leave the house. We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

Thoroughly enjoyable weekend catching up with friends from Longridge. The house is perfect location to walk to local shops, pubs and restaurants.

Great place to stay. Helen always responded with any queries within an adequate time scale.

We really enjoyed our two nights at Buxton Lodge. Rachael's cottage is beautiful, very comfortable and relaxing, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We travelled by train to Ulverston, an ideal location for access to the local railway network. Buxton Lodge is in the centre of Ulverston with excellent restaurants, pubs and shops on the doorstep. Thank you Rachael for a fantastic stay, we would definitely love to come back.

We booked this house as my Son will be starting work with BAE. We could not believe how close it was to BAE. The house was spotless and on a great link to the bus to Preston, just over the road. Morrisons shop, again 3 minutes walk away. There is a Pub next door but unfortunately was going through a refurbishment so we didn’t get to try the food etc. The garden was well kept as well. The only observation I can make is, it could do with bigger bath towels which on the whole was not the end of the world to us. Over all a great little house. We were very pleased with it.

Home after a two night stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Having the hot tub in the cabin with the toilet and shower was incredible, no trips back in the house to use the loo. The place is very clean and well equipped with everything we needed and more. thank you Debbie.

Great location and wonderful view of the sea. Had a great walk to Heysham, which has a lovely welcoming pub. Large flat, big beds. Lots of space.

You won’t be disappointed, it’s a big beautiful house, very clean, big open kitchen/dining/lounge area with easy access to the garden. You will want a house like this after staying here lol

The Hideaway was a beautiful, peaceful and perfect setting for us to celebrate our anniversary, made all the more special by Fiona’s very warm welcome, outstanding hospitality and helpfulness, providing guests with everything you might need. One of the comfiest and largest beds we’ve ever slept in; lovely bathroom and well equipped kitchen; all very clean and with many thoughtful touches throughout. Huge bonus to have many perfect spots to sit and relax in the garden and absolutely love the ‘hot chocolate hut’! Great walks from the doorstep, super path to Kirkby Lonsdale and loads of places to visit and eat. Thanks Fiona for a really lovely weekend and a beautiful and very generous welcome basket - we look forward to returning as a weekend was far too short to enjoy the area and the Hideaway!

My wife and I found the st Anne's beach apartments a welcome surprise during an extremely wet June. It's located right on the promenade, within easy walking distance of St Anne's. The ground floor unit we stayed in was bright and spacious plus well furnished and clean. Our host left us with a bottle of wine, and some delicious treats (we loved the cake) Well worth a stay, thank you Stuart!

Ray & Sue's place is superb, very well equipped to a high standard. We found everything to be exactly just right for our needs. Would recommend and would definitely love to return again next time.

We had a great stay in the apartment. Just what we hoped for and just as described. Just note that the water is from a tank and so does run out. this is a small matter and the place was just great 😄
