Emma’s place was amazing. Located in an amazing location right on the promenade, beautifully furnished and decorated and clean to a 5 star hotel level. Highly recommend!

Julie's place is lovely. It has a great location. It was spotlessly clean. It is brilliantly set up for families. But what sets it apart is that it's obviously been put together with care, attention and love. We really enjoyed the vibe of the place and it made our trip extra special.

My wife & I stayed in apartment 4 on the second floor. Amazing space. Very clean & comfortable. Dale was very helpful & we took advantage of the midday check out for a small additional fee. If you are looking for premium accommodation in the centre of Lytham this is your place. We will be back!

Don’t book!!! You’ll end up not wanting to leave once you arrive, it’s got everything you need. Heated flooring, modern lighting soft touch fridge/freezer and draws, modern lighting, walk-in shower and a walk-in wardrobe. Even the bin has automatic features opening and closing by itself. Great hosts! they do really care about their guests. Greeted with a folder for all the previous guests to write in and share a message, they left a leaflet with tons of places to go.

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we will be staying again in the future. The view is exceptional and it is clean, close to everything you could want and Pauline a great host.

This place is amazing with beautiful surroundings and access to the lake. The interior was clean, fresh and stylish! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. The hosts also provided us with locally sourced goods which were very tasty. A great place!! I can’t wait to be back and I can’t stop raving about it!!!!! Also, lovely neighbours living onsite! 20 mins drive out from Windermere station/ 40 mins out from Grasmere!!!

The apartment was perfect, everything as listed, a fully functional apartment, very quiet and peaceful, we had a brilliant weeks stay.

Onyx House is the perfect hen party location. The whole house is so modern and beautifully decorated to a really high standard and quality. The location right on the waterfront was perfect and we really were blown away with the facilities. Highly recommend for large groups! Best accommodation we’ve ever booked via Airb&b every detail has been well thought out. Pictures don’t do it justice. Housekeeper was super helpful and welcoming and helped us with any queries well in advance and during our stay

It was a great home to make our base to the Lakes. Windermere is about 45 mins drive. the house had more bedroom than we expected, decent kitchen, 3 bathrooms and local superstores about 4 minutes drive. Free on street parking may not be found always outside the house but never more than a minute's walk away. the small patio at the back was nice right outside the kitchen. Definately good value for money!

Me and my partner loved staying at Paula’s place, a cosy, clean house which is a good base for exploring the stunning natural surroundings nearby. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area 😊

Fantastic property in great location. Interior manages to be modern style with a homely family friendly feel. Mark is very keen to make sure you are settled on arrival and goes out of his way to deal with any concerns you have. The local area has many cafes and new eateries and walking distance to Fairhaven Lake which has a lovely dog friendly cafe. Highly recommended 5 stars all round.

Our second stay at George’s place and certainly won’t be our last. Great host, extremely friendly and accommodating. The house is perfectly located for ease of access to Blackpool via the tram, and yet far enough away from the centre to relax on an evening, quiet morning strolls or runs on the beach to Lytham st Annes etc. can’t recommend highly enough.

The place was beautiful and very welcoming . It felt like home almost immediately. It's located in a very private setting and we loved the river at the back of the property. We had a few teething issues to begin with as we had a wasps nest outside and the occasional power outage when the switch tripped on the fuse box but the host, Cheryl, was very quick to respond and helped resolve things straight away. She even offered to give us an extra day for free but because we had work the next day the option of a late checkout instead was very welcome. I would highly recommend this place and Cheryl was absolutely fantastic! Thank you Cheryl!

Claughton Hall sits in a beautiful location; isolated and peaceful but easy enough to get out to surrounding areas. Accommodation was simply superb; well furnished with plenty of space, a well equipped kitchen, a cosy living/dining room with log burner and especially very, very comfortable beds! Despite the bad weather we had it was a most enjoyable stay. Sam is a great host and always on hand if needed. I would not hesitate to recommend and would definitely go back. Anne

We booked Luan’s place for a girls’ family weekend to celebrate a 30th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. Our goal was to relax, enjoy quality time together, and soak in the beautiful surroundings—and we did just that. From the moment we arrived, Luan went above and beyond to make our stay special. She was incredibly helpful and even set up a warm, thoughtful welcome, complete with 30 balloons, banners, a pre-warmed hot tub, and an extra special touch that made the occasion even more memorable. It was such a lovely surprise and appreciated by all of us. The home itself was fantastic—the views were breathtaking, the beds were comfortable, and the lounge/dining area was ideal for socializing. It was exactly the kind of getaway we had hoped for. A huge thank you to Luan for making our weekend so special. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend this place!

Great location for us visiting family. Would be good for walkers /bird watchers etc as good coastal access . Lovely view from main living area.

Lovely luxury modern facilities and everything we needed for cooking treats away from home. A really comfy stay for all of us including our two doggies. Great for them to able to go for a walk right from the doorstep. Quiet and peaceful. Lovely views from a cosy apartment. Thank you so much for facilitating the perfect family weekend away to celebrate a birthday and some quality time together. Great to be both within a stones throw of Kendal for some lovely doggie friendly cafes and one of the best butcher shops around as well as being in the quietness of the countryside.

Was a great place to stay, near to a tram stop and right next to Pleasure Beach. Would recommend!

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst visting family nearby. Everything was very clean and tidy. Everything was very comfortable from the linen to the towels and the little soft touches everywhere gave it a very homely feel. There were even a few toys and books for kids which my 1 year old daughter really enjoyed. The self check-in and out was very easy and flexible, which really suited us. Our only concern was the radiators that can only run on timers of up to 2 hours, which wasn't ideal with it being quite cold weather. Asif was so quick to respond to my messsges and even offered to bring a plug in heater quite late at night, so it was sorted out. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely, just lovely. We were a family of five spending Christmas (23rd-31st December) in the Lake District and we were lucky to find such a wonderful flat. Everything had been thought of (from the pretty Christmas Tree, to the welcoming bottle of Prosecco and box of chocolates) - great Wifi, easy heating, tumble dryer (!!), great TV options, fully-furnished kitchen. And the showers....the showers. Parking was just round the corner and Kendal was terrific. Thank you Maggie!
