This updated, stylish condo is super comfortable, well equipped, and very conveniently located. We loved the beautiful walk to the beach, proximity to stores and restaurants, and lovely, safe gated community. Adam’s place was perfect!

John is a great host. He responds promptly. He comes over promptly. The place is lovely with a great view.

This was the perfect place to stay local. You are close to the beach and San Juan Capistrano. There were very restaurants and stores near the air B&b. The place was clean and it felt like home. I would stay here again

The home was in a great location in a quiet neighborhood and was well stocked with everything we needed for our family. The game room and play castle in the backyard was a huge hit with my grandchildren. James was quick to respond And accommodating when we asked for early check in. The cabin was perfect for my family during our winter trip for this year to Big Bear. We had a house full of toddlers and baby’s and it was as described and a great layout for the whole family. It is a very close drive to shopping, downtown, and Snow Summit. The local park was also a favorite for us as well. I would recommend this place to stay for anyone asking.

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Very beautiful location and full of amenities. My family of 6 loved spending time on the balcony using the fire pit for warmth and grill for food. Location is conveniently close to the village, trails, and other shops. Would recommend for a family or friend trip.

I have to say the most impressive plus point is the view and scenery. The neighborhood is amazing despite being a bit remote from local access. The second best thing is the communication and the desire to help guests. The inside is pretty old, and although it has almost all necessary equipment, they need to upgrade them, as they are very old and look like no update has been done. The gym shown in the photos is almost non-usable except for the treadmill and elliptical. The knives are blunt and need replacement. Repairs must be completed at their own expense, not the guests’. They should pause availability until all repairs are done. It’s not appropriate to place black plastic wrap on the roof. But overall, I give credit not because it was a perfect stay but because of the view and their communication. AND ABOVE ALL, WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AND I don’t want to consider a negative thing in my memory even if it’s unrelated. THAT IS HOW POSITIVE I AM.
