We stayed as a group of 7 adults and very much enjoyed our stay. Nikki is a great host; making sure everything was in place and that we had all information on getting set up and how to work things. She was very responsive throughout the stay. The house is comfy, well equipped and great fun.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicola’s house, which was perfect for three families coming together. The on-site pool was a great addition, and the Ballihoo restaurant was both welcoming and convenient ideal for everything from a morning coffee to an evening meal. The house was spotlessly clean, with three excellent bathrooms plus a downstairs toilet, making it ideal for a group stay. We would love to return in the summer to fully enjoy the surroundings, but even in the colder months, the cosy wood fire made it a wonderful retreat.

The perfect location to enjoy some peace and tranquility in the countryside. The house also benefits from being right on the lake with a private jetty where you can use all the kayaks and paddle-boards provided. In the surrounding areas there are some beautiful walks where you can explore the nearby areas. The local village in South Cerney is within walking distance which has some convenience stores. It is also very close to drive to some bigger supermarkets for anything else needed. Inside the house, everything is pristine and decor is to a very high standard. The kitchen and dining area was a great open space with room for all of us to be in without feeling cramped. We found a lovely welcome basket included by the hosts and there are all the amenities you would need in the kitchen. The layout of the house was perfect and the ratio of bathrooms to bedrooms was great, even for a group of girls! Overall we had a fabulous trip and the hosts were always on hand to provide recommendations.

Perfect house for a 70th birthday get together for the family. The house is really big, the terraces are brilliant and we loved the pool table and table football. It was just right for us as a family of 7 and we had the best time.

Three generations (aged from 4 to 77) had a brilliant family break. Excellent accommodation, great location, loads for kids to do (onsite Easter egg hunt a big hit!) and all topped off by lovely weather. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful cottage, very comfortable for a family with young kids. Excellent kitchen. Well located within Cotswolds to explore the surrounding towns (Chipping Norton, Stow, Burford, Bourton-on-the-Water). The hosts were excellent at answering our questions. Super nice people.

We felt blessed to find such a gorgeous location within a walk of Oxford City Center. Images don’t do the garden justice. Be sure to walk to the Headington Tree park for some gorgeous natural scenery en route to the city.

Unser Aufenthalt mit zwei Familien (vier Erwachsene und drei Kinder) war ganz hervorragend! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und auch ein kleines Problem mit den Parkplätzen (unser Problem, nicht das der Unterkunft) wurde sofort und vollkommen problemlos gelöst. Super … 👍🏼 Das Haus liegt ruhig, die Ausstattung ist wie beschrieben und die Zimmer und Bäder sehr sauber. Der Kontakt vor Ort war so herzlich, dass man sich sofort willkommen und „zuhause“ fühlte“. Vielen Dank für die Zeit bei Euch…!

This property is spacious and well equipped. The garden is secure for children and peaceful to sit in. The bedrooms are comfortable and furnished to a high standard. The location is ideal for exploring Severn Vale, the Malvern Hills, the Cotswolds and other surrounding areas.

We had a lovely stay at Crucis Park Barn, it is in a beautiful setting with fantastic views, the barn was just perfect for a group of 8 people to get together for a celebration weekend.

Lovely weekend at Green Farm - perfect for 3 generations and our family dog! Setting was beautiful - rural and quiet yet easy drive to access nearby attractions/ Cheltenham. Lovely walks from the door. Beautiful old farmhouse with lots of space for us all to spread out. Great communication from Lucy and house was spotless on arrival. We would love to come back one day.

We stayed for 2 nights with 5 couples and 2 dogs. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed to cook with. The place was full of character, comfortable and warm. Samantha was very helpful, kind and proactive and always quick to respond. we all had a fabulous stay.

It’s easy to see why this place is booked up pretty much non-stop. The house its self has everything you need for a break and the added bonus of water sports being available (friends staying near us didn’t have such a luxury). As for the location, remote enough to be quiet but close enough to lots of other stuff to do. I was on a canoe in the middle of one of the lakes and couldn’t hear a thing. The area is absolutely stunning and the Sarah and Stuart couldn’t have been more helpful. They let us in a little early as they were ready and always on hand to help and even checked in to see if we needed anything. If external commitments allowed, I for sure would have booked longer. Absolute gem of a find!

We had the best stay at the house. This is our second visit and we will be back Everything was perfect for 2 families with grown up children. The house is really lovely, peaceful and elegant perfect for our family get away. The hosts were really efficeint and receptive All in all and wonderful weekend

We had an incredible stay! Amazing house with so much space inside and out. Everything was very clean and communication was quick and easy - we asked for a late check out and had a very quick reply saying we could. We’d definitely recommend staying here!

This a brilliant air BnB for families, we loved the homely feel, it was warm, plenty of space for everyone and great facilities. I loved cooking in the kitchen with everyone sat around the island. The pool was warm as described and kids loved it. Thank you for a wonderful break over New Year

Stunning property. Stayed as a family aging from two to eighty three and Sunset lodge had everything you could need for a comfortable stay away. Kitchen has everything needed and more to dine in. Modern, comfortable furnishings in spacious rooms all with lovely views of the water. Safe for children and easy to move around with a partially sighted guest with limited mobility. Michelle was a fantastic host, always responsive and provided lots of information regarding the property and site. Lovely indoor and outdoor swimming pool on site in the spa with booked slots so didn’t get too busy. Site was beautiful, quiet and calm for a relaxing short break with family.

We had the pleasure of staying at Scotland End Barn this weekend for a family celebration . The house is exactly as described and perfect for a family get together. Caroline provided a very useful list of local information including places to visit and eat and was quick to respond to any queries we had . Hook Norton is the perfect village to stay with a couple of pubs and a Brewery within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend this house, thank you Caroline.

The house and gardens were absolutely perfect for our annual get together. From multiple spacious living spaces and a well equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms the whole house is exceptionally well thought out and a real home from home. The real standout though is the outside space. We spent lots of afternoons and evenings outside on the patio under the gorgeous pergola or in the hot tub and the space is peaceful with beautiful views across to the Malvern hills. Dionne and Mark were superb hosts and very responsive to any questions we had. All in all a fantastic week and we are all keen to revisit the house soon.

We had the most amazing couple of days at Spring Barn. The hosts were so friendly, helpful and responsive. The property was so spacious - inside and out with so many toys for the grandchildren. The tree house was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time in this quiet part of the Cotswolds - just what we needed and a superb place to celebrate my birthday. I’d definitely recommend. We had a lovely weekend, it had everything we needed and we enjoyed the tennis court, tablet tennis and board games. Lovely walks around the area, and the village nearby had a little shop which supplied the extras we'd missed from our Sainsbury's delivery. The host answered our questions before we came away and provided detailed instructions on how to reach the property. The kitchen had everything we needed for 11 people and we were glad of the dishwasher.

Our group of 8 adults had a great weekend here. The house is ideal for a large group. The kitchen and dining area flow well into the living area. The only thing to note is there is only one proper shower in the house. This is in the en-suite not the main bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and we were very impressed with the very generous welcome basket of goodies ! This included Prosecco, milk, eggs bread and more ! Thank you !

Thank you for the wonderful welcome hamper Victoria, with the very thoughtful touches for my husband and daughter. We've had a brilliant muti-generational family gathering for out first visit to this part of the Cotswolds and had a brilliant time.
