This place is lovely. Aircon in all the bedrooms would be better, this is Queensland after all. Not great for elderly though as there's lots of stairs. Kitchen was missing a few items, and the items that were there were just all over the place in all different cupboards and drawers. Lovely bottle of champagne and strawberries, but no gladwrap or tupperware. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely loved our break away at this beautiful holiday home in pelican waters. It had everything required to keep everybody happy from youngsters to teens and parents. The welcome basket was greatly appreciated and unexpected so was a lovely gesture The place is stunning and was everything we had hoped for. Hosts were very responsive when I could not work the outdoor speaker system they were straight there informing us we had not connected the correct wire (we are not tech savvy lol) Fantastic stay and would love to return

I would recommend this place to anyone wanting a feel like home place. The house was very comfortable, lots of games to play, loved the pool, everything was just perfect. The movie room was amazing!!! The surroundings are peaceful, and you can go for walks and explore nature. Highly recommend.

Fantastic accommodation in ideal location for making the most of Fortitude Valley! We hired the house for a hens and were able to host a bridal shower in the lounge room comfortably, before walking out the front door to land on the best Brisbane nightlife. Hosts were super helpful and responsive making planning a breeze. Plenty of space, beautiful art-deco style building. Super cool experience

We absolutely loved staying at Bahche, beautiful house, tastefully furnished, quality beds, linen and appliances, superb kitchen, so many extras and lots of other thoughtful touches.

Great location close to all amenities, description of home very accurate, outdoor area around pool had the loveliest plush lawn, perfect for our grandson to run around on, very private in back yard. Had extra granny flat attached to the home, although we did not utilise it, would be helpful for a larger family or grandparents, nice host to deal with. Overall had a nice relaxing break.

Great house and very responsive hosts! We were a group of 8, on the coast to celebrate a 40th Birthday. The house was perfect for us - despite pouring rain for most of our stay, the house was large enough and laid out so well that we were not in each other's way, despite the rain. It's 50m from cafes, BWS, IGA and a phamacy and 200m from Dicky Beach - easy to walk everywhere and to drive out as required. The house itself is beautiful and well super well appointed. Would definitely stay again.

Aretha and Joe make a big effort to engage with the guests to ensure they have everything they need (and more). Nothing seems to be too much trouble. They were flexible with our accommodation arrangements and added many personal touches to make my birthday weekend special.

Stephen's place was the perfect homely stay we could have asked for. We had to book last minute as our long term accommodation move in date had been extended. Stephen was quick to respond and accommodating to our requests. The house felt like a home and had everything we could have asked for: dog bed, high chair, kids table and chairs, toys galore and a very well equipped kitchen with a stocked fridge and pantry. The location was very close to The Great Western, making Grocery shopping easy. Overall it was the perfect accommodation with an amazing host.

Absolute perfection, we had a wonderful stay and the house was in an excellent location. Karen made everything so easy, offered early check in and was great to communicate with, we had everything we needed, and being able to bring our dogs with us was awesome, the yard was nice and secure and the pool was great. Didn’t want to leave, will definitely book again.

Absolutely loved Niki's house!! Beautifully clean and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The beds are all super comfy, the kitchen is lovely and well stocked and the extensive renovation overall that they have done is a credit to them. Loved the firepit (once the rain stopped) and the view at sunset is gorgeous! The garden is absolutely STUNNING with some of the loveliest landscaping I've ever seen. I just loved walking around looking at all the trees and plants .... established citrus, beautiful native trees which attract all sorts of birds - just LOVED IT! Our dog is a bit of a houdini so I was really happy that the whole property is fenced (front and back) so we didn't have to worry about her on the road. hubby isn't impressed because I've come home with a million landscaping and DIY ideas that I now want to implement into our own property (looovvvedd the crazy paving can I just say!!).

What a great place to hide from the tail end of Cyclone Alfred. Brendon and Belinda were great hosts, easy to communicate with and made our stay very comfortable. The house has a number of areas, inside and out, to relax. We felt very welcome, and right at home. We’ll definitely stay here again.

We are incredibly grateful to John for providing us with a home when we needed it most, after the ex-TC Alfred left our house uninhabitable. His kindness and generousity during such a challenging time meant the world to us. From the moment we arrived, John welcomed us warmly and ensured we were comfortable. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. A truly fabulous host and a fantastic experience—thank you so much!

We stayed here for the weekend for a sporting event, this would have to be the best place I have ever stayed at, we have stayed at a few and this one had everything we needed. The host communicated to us everything that we needed to know, we had no issues whilst staying there. My grandsons whilst tired from playing and watching sport over three days, were kept busy with the pool, spa and the toys and games provided. The area was superb as I just wanted to relax after being in the hot sun all weekend, and this place provided that, it was peaceful quiet and a very private place to just unwind. I cannot fault this place. Hope to be back next year or even sooner.

Jen's place was so clean and spacious and was so much bigger than expected. The pool was inviting and the back deck area is a great place to hang out. Very impressed with how well equipped the kitchen is. And the two eating areas came in handy as we are a group of crafters so we could leave our projects out and still had a table to sit at for meals. Bedrooms are beautifully decorated and beds are extremely comfortable. Probably the only negative is that the air conditioners do struggle to cool the main living spaces, due to their size and high ceilings. And not all spaces are air conditioned and this is a bit hard in February when it is so hot and humid. Not enough to put us off wanting to stay there again though. Great hostess and great place.

We had a lovely stay here. It accommodated our two families with 6 adults and 6 teenagers with lots of room and space for everyone to feel like they weren’t on top of each other. Kids loved the media room and the pool. We loved sitting and watching the water - and even saw a dolphin in the canal on our last morning. We highly rate the property and would stay here again!

Such a beautiful home, in a fantastic location. Loved that it was close by to shops especially the beach. Jonathan was very responsive and helpful. My family and I had the best time, and truly grateful to Johnthon for hosting us. Thank you again 🙏🏽 😊

Andy was very helpful and accommodating. We had a home emergency and were grateful the property was available. Communication was easy & we never had to wait long for a response. The pool was the highlight of the stay. The kookaburras in the morning was also a great surprise for the kids.
