This is a great location! Walkable to downtown and stadium. Apartment was clean and Neil had some basic amenities in case you forgot something. Neil is quick to respond to messages I would stay here again on another visit.

We loved Sara's place! It was so comfortable and in a very cute neighborhood. The small kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfy. we felt right at home and enjoyed our stay in Covington!

Peggy was absolutely wonderful and was very responsive. would most definitely stay there again, and her mother was so sweet.

Amy was super easy to communicate with and was very responsive. Her place is in the best location! You can hear the “city” noise but we liked that as part of the charm! I would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable- I wish the weather was warm enough to take advantage of the beautiful balcony! Definitely loved that the complex was right next to the Greenway, a walkable path next to the river. Walkable to campus and downtown. Windy was super easy to work with- very responsive when we had plans change at the last minute. I'm looking forward to staying with Windy next time I'm in Athens.

Second stay at this location while visiting Athens. Clean, comfortable, peaceful. Would be happy to stay again.

Perfect location for Parents weekend. We were able to walk to all restaurants and venue locations downtown. Even though it's downtown, it was very quiet and unable to hear the otherwise noisy downtown in Athens!

This home is the perfect spot for a vacation. The pool is quite large for a backyard pool. Being that it was March we did pay to have it heated and that was the best decision of the week! Our grandchildren loved being in the pool. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing from the dock. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean and stocked with towels. There are two living spaces so no overcrowding in one area. This kitchen is better stocked than any other home we have rented. Plenty of plates, glasses, appliances, etc. You name it and this kitchen has it. It was a fun kitchen to cook in. Jami was easy to communicate with and very helpful!

We had a wonderful time. The house fit the 9 of us comfortably. Loved the backyard with the multi- level sitting areas. Couldn’t have asked for better parking since we had a boat trailer and jet ski trailer, plus our vehicles. Thank you Melissa for being so gracious.

Beautiful home and surrounding area. Peaceful place to be with family. Lake was beautiful. My family and I enjoyed and would definitely stay here again. Host was phenomenal and very helpful.

It was nice. Clean, plenty of space for the 5 of us. The patio and dock were relaxing and peaceful. Quite neighborhood. House had everything you needed during your stay (basics) like plenty of pots, pans, plates, laundry detergent, etc. Plenty of light for a place out in the country. I definitely would recommend or stay there again. Perfect for hanging, cooking, and getting plenty of rest.

The house was very nice and clean. Perfect location within walking distance to the marina and boat ramp.

Perfect location for a wedding we attended at the Botanical Gardens. Everything at the condo was just as described in the listing. Would recommend.

Excellent stay. Everything was clean and as described. I was highly satisfied with the location to downtown. My son was staying near campus for an event so going to and from the kids hotel to the Classic Center was super convenient and fast. All appliances worked and the kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to cook and clean up. The beds are super comfy and, while I’m not really a stay in and veg kind of person, it was rainy and cold so was grateful for a TV with a gazillion available channels and streaming options. Will definitely stay again if in Athens.

Great place to stay along the lake. Lance was a responsive host. He was quick to answer any questions. Our only complaint was having to take the trash with us on the way out. It was an inconvience for us with younger children. We felt this should have been included as part of the cleaning fee.

It was a pleasure to stay at Hannah’s place. It was very quiet and quaint. Easy to get in and out to visit the beautiful city of Athens. Everything described was perfect. We had plenty of room in a wonderful location. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Athens.

Clean comfortable and a great value. We would use again if/when the situation presents itself.
