Beautiful home with plenty of space and things to keep occupied in the home. nice to have a hot tub that's indoors. the only complaint I have is that there wasn't a bathroom on the main floor

This Cabin is absolutely gorgeous! The beds are comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you would need to cook dinner for a big group. My friends and I hiked at nearby Hocking Hills, kayaked down a river, and relaxed in the hot tub. I would feel good about recommending this space to anyone else.

Absolutely amazing great host, beautiful view and relaxing environment

A beautiful cabin in a convenient location whether you’re wanting to hike or visit local establishments. The beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked and the house was very clean and kid friendly. I would agree with previous reviews that WiFi was pretty spotty (this really only affected the kids w the tvs though). We would definitely stay here again.

This place was excellent for what we needed. Paul was responsive with any questions. The eggs and sausage were delicious. If you are a group that wants quality time together, this is the place. Thanks Paul.

Logan’s Retreat was a great place to stay and had everything we needed. We had a great time playing games in the barn and down stairs, lounging in the hot the and sitting by the fire. We liked that it was private and only about 15 or 20 minutes from the trails in Hocking Hills and not far from town if we needed anything. Brian was also very responsive when we had questions. We had a wonderful time and it was perfect for what we needed.

Host communicated well and the home was beautiful

We enjoyed our short stay that the Forest Edge. It Was a place full and it was the last cabin on the property so it was so private. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the cabin. You can tell things were recently cleaned but the cabin definitely needed a good deep clean, there was alot of grime, build up of dust and dirt. You can tell they do a quick clean when they do clean and alot was missed, shower walls, dusting, hot tub being scrubbed. We would stay again but for the price you expect things to be upkeep a little better.

I enjoyed my stay, very “homey”. Brenda was a friendly host. Close to OU/Athens; more country roads than I expected, but it was fine once I was familiar with the route. Also a nice touch have the breakfast food/coffee.

This was our second stay at the cabin. We love the rustic feel of the place and the fact that it is so private - there are wooded hills all around. It is very clean and comfortable and we had a very relaxing time away!

I enjoyed my stay here and would love to come back! Communication with Celesta was a breeze. She was so very responsive and kind. The place was beautiful, clean, and so cozy. There's another cabin on the property but even in the winter you can't see it from this one, so it feels private and peaceful. The area is amazing. Palmer's Market is a short drive and has so many amazing things. Triple Nickel Diner had our business a few times, too! Athens is about a 30 minute drive with shops, restaurants, trails, you name it! Don't pass this place up. I can't wait to come back.

My boyfriend & myself had the most relaxing weekend getaway here. The views are amazing, this truly is a hidden gem. To fishing the pond, enjoying the view off the back porch, or sitting in the hot tub with an open sky of stars. This was so peaceful for us. We enjoyed a couple stops over to Athens for some coffee (highly recommend court street coffee) & also did some fishing in our boat at strouds run (highly recommend also) Mark was an excellent host & we can’t wait to book again!! :)

Convenient location for our family get together in nearby Vincent. Very peaceful setting. Make sure you check-in while it is light out, as it is hard to find in the dark (we drove by it a few times).

Our stay couldn't have been better. My top priority is cleanliness and it was spotless. It was comfy, cozy and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay!

This cabin was very spacious. Perfect for groups, we had our family of 5 there and only used two of the 5 bedrooms. The area is beautiful and there was plenty to do outside including the hot tub, swings, grill, and walking trail. I would definitely recommend this chalet.

This place was spacious and is in a very private location. We had very bad weather but still managed to have a great time. The only negative thing I can say about this place is that the internet speed could be faster. It was hard connecting several devices without the TV not wanting to stop buffering. We will be renting this again as we come to Hocking Hills every year

I have rented many modest cabins in Hocking Hills, and Fullbrooks stands out—everything we needed it to be. Great: well-appointed kitchen (sharp knives, sugar, salt/pepper); several outdoor spaces; super clean (including hot tub); clear stargazing (Milky Way); private (not secluded); comfy furniture throughout; extra towels, TP, paper towels, dish/hand soap; shocking lack of bugs*; dog-friendly (our big pup relished the free range—within easy view). Okay: 20-30 min drive to most HH attractions; patchy media (could connect phones to wifi, but even after resetting the router, couldn’t connect to Netflix/cast to TV from our phones); off-site check in/out added ~15 min x2 to our drive. Tips: Bring back-up matches for a fire and your own napkins. To those mindful of plastics/PFAS, the kitchen has only scratched up nonstick cookware; bring your own pot and pan, as well as a container to collect recyclables to take home. *1st Choice sprays for bugs, including bees. Poor pollinators. ☹

The cabin was spacious with plenty of room for a large group. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes & a variety of cookware, even an electric griddle for pancakes. The hot tub was clean and was used every day we were there. The fire ring had wood ready for us to use. It would be nice if the bedrooms had full curtains or blinds so the rooms weren't so light in the morning. Two bedrooms are in the basement and it was colder down there but they had a portable heater and that kept the temperature fine at night. The drive to the cabin is very steep which could be an issue in the winter. If you have toddlers, you need to be careful with the stair railing and the front porch railing so they don't fall through. More attention could be given to sweeping & vacuuming, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us. We would definitely consider renting it again in the summer so the kids could use the pool.
