Easy drive to windrock and the gas station next door is a life saver if you in a pitch the sleeping layout is perfect for a getaway for riding

We had a very good stay the place was clean and stocked with everything to cook with. The only problem was we thought they was a bbq grill as it was listed so we brought charcoal and it was a gas grill with no gas. That didn’t bother us we just cooked inside. This property has plenty of parking and huge yard if you have kids. I will definitely stay again when we decide to ride windrock again. The layout of the house is awesome and plenty of for dining and entertainment.

The House is great! Everything feels very new and clean. However the highlight for me was the outdoor area! The fire pit and the picnic tables are an amazing place to enjoy the surroundings. The sofa bed on the small house is very comfortable! the one in the main house is a bit small, I wouldn't recommend it for an adult. Other than that all the beds were amazing! I can only recomend this place if you want to go disconnect for a bit and enjoy Windrock!

We had the BEST time at Gunter's Getaway! Ashley was so kind and quick to respond with all the 5 million questions I asked prior to our trip. She was able to accommodate an earlier check in, which was amazing! The space itself was beautiful and inviting. The weather wasn't the best but the game room helped keep our boredom at bay. The house is just right down the road from access to the trails at Windrock so we were able to ride our rigs right to the park from the house. 10/10 would recommend this house!!

We had a great stay! Our trip started with a medical emergency. Amy and April were amazing in helping us with extending our stay if needed at another rental. The house is BEAUTIFUL! I am so grateful to have run into such wonderful people. Thank you so much! 😊

Our second time staying there while visiting Brushy Mountain. A great spot for big groups. Ample parking, multiple common spaces and lots of sleeping space options. Kitchen has everything you need to make your meals, if so inclined. Always responsive to messages.

Nous avons passés 15 jours chez Marcela pour préparer la Barkley Marathons 25, la maison est au calme dans un quartier tranquille. Elle comporte trois chambres, ce qui est pas négligeable elle est très grande. Parfait pour ne pas se marcher dessus. La maison dispose de tout le nécessaire pour un bon séjour. De plus Marcela habite juste à côté au cas où vous auriez besoin de quelque chose. Je recommande vivement ce bien non loin de Knoxville, Wartsburg et Oak ridge.

Sheila’s home was incredible, if you’re looking to get away from the busy hustle of everyday life, book a stay here and make sure to stop at a grocery store. Only a couple hours from the Gatlinburg, an hour or so from cookeville, makes this a great spot for day outings. This was everything that we wanted! Sheila and Darryl were the nicest people, with lots of information, shortcuts, and jokes to be had. We’re already planning our next trip back down so that we can bring our pups!

This was our 2nd time staying at the Country Oasis but the 1st time with our son. We were celebrating his 14th birthday and Tiffany made it all the more special by decorating for him complete with a cake and a card. He and his friend loved the game room plus their own space. Both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the house and each has a living room area adjacent to it. The hot tub is amazing and the area is so peacefully perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a complete meal. We had bad weather during our stay and Tiffany made sure we were aware and safe. Highly recommend 10/10.

We enjoyed a quick overnight stay at Mark's place. The house was beautifully decorated and completely spotless. He was also very responsive and helpful. Definitely a Five Star experience!!

Great place and great location for us. Place was as described, rate was great and Josiah was always very responsive, prompt. It is a beautiful area and there is a lot to do near by, but we are familiar with all of it just living in Oak Ridge minutes away. Our house was receiving a make over and needed somewhere to stay. So it was great for all those reasons and would stay again.

This place was perfect for our stay. The basement garage was fantastic. Didnt have to worry about unpacking the truck late at night when got there. Was great place to work on bike for my son and friends for his race. It was an added bonus for the kids to play and even an off workshop that had ping pong table. So roomy. Even though 2 bedrooms it was spacious and even had 2 air mattresses. Thanks again. It was worth it for our crew. And short drive to windrock bike park
