Samee’s home is lovely, clean and very well equipped. We would recommend staying here to any West Virginia visitor!

This AirBnb was recommended by a friend, and it was not a disappointment! Anyone with kids looking for a R&R vacation, this is the best spot! To have the whole house and all the amenities to yourself is wonderful! The pool, movie theater, games, full kitchen, master suite, multiple bedrooms, multiple bathrooms, dining room, and especially the laundry room is great! Judy responded very quickly and was always polite! The house and the pool was very clean. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dishes which is a huge bonus. We would definitely come back, and we would definitely recommend! Beautiful home and wonderful stay!

This house was perfect for 3 families with young kids! We spent time at the indoor pool and enjoyed the games provided at the house. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, quiet neighborhood. The grill at the clubhouse is closed due to a fire, which we fortunately realized ahead of arrival, as we had planned to eat there the first night. Having a washer and dryer in the house was handy, just remember to bring detergent. One of our friends got a massage at the Woods spa and said it was incredible! We didn’t take advantage of the gym but it was spacious and relatively empty. We were there during a wind storm and lost power, unfortunately it never restored so we decided to leave a night early. Anna was very responsive, but cell service was spotty so communication was tough during this situation. There aren’t restaurants or places close by, so just something to keep in mind.

Brianna’s place felt right at home. It was warm, toasty and cozy… rooms and bathrooms were clean, the space was uncluttered, there enough blankets and kitchen appliances… it was in a private, quiet area. It had a beautiful view and a deck to sit on and have a cup of tea, coffee or even spend the whole day at. Highly recommend!!

We booked Lindsay's wonderful house "Somewhere in the Woods" at the last minute seeking refuge from the chaos of inauguration weekend in DC. This was the perfect respite! Quiet, peaceful, and with all of the little touches of home you need! There were plenty of fresh towels, cozy beds (my daughter LOVED the bunk bed in her roo), a well appointed kitchen, a relaxing hot tub on the deck, and beautiful scenery out every single window. There was a snowstorm the weekend we were there and it only added to the ambience! Lindsay was proactive in communicating with us about the weather, offering us an early check-in and late check-out so we wouldn't have to worry about the weather. I spent most of the weekend tucked under a blanket, reading a book, while gazing out at the snow and enjoying the fireplace. We had a chill dinner in Berkeley Springs at a family friendly brewery Lindsay recommended before the weather hit, but will definitely be back to check out more of the area in the future!

Absolutely loved this cabin in the woods! It was the perfect peaceful escape—quiet, serene, and surrounded by nature. The place was spotless, which I really appreciated, and you could tell the host puts a lot of care into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. If you're looking to disconnect, relax, and enjoy some real tranquility, this is the spot. I’d definitely recommend it and would love to come back again!

This place was just what I was looking for. Quiet place to relax, good place to hike and fitness center and courts. Cabin was just as advertised cozy and well kept. Everything you need for a weekend stay.

This private mountainside retreat Home (gracious and thoughtfully appointed) was a first for me and my Girlfriend. My plan is to return here in the near future and enjoy this peaceful location again. If you're looking for a home away from home this it. Complete with remoteness, 4wd access in Any bad weather is a must.

This was a great place for a getaway. Private with a good amount of room for outdoor activities. There were things for us to do within close proximity. Everything was as described and we had a great time with no issues. Would stay again if we get the chance.

This place is beautiful just like the listed pictures. It is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood with an amazing outlook of the back yard. It has lots to do within a 5 minute drive to cacapon state park! Overall amazing!

Had a great family weekend at the Healing House. House was great, kitchen very well stocked. Loved the open feel on the main floor. Would stay here again.

Although our stay was short, it was just the change of scenery we needed! The community is so quiet and feels secluded — a great escape from the city! We enjoyed being tucked in the woods with the remnants of fall foliage around us. Yet the property is just a short distance from downtown Berkeley Springs and Cacapon State Park and other things to do. We especially appreciated the great setup for kids. Our rambunctious toddler stayed busy on a rainy day by cooking in the play kitchen and reading books. He also loved riding in the push-car on the deck!

Lazy Bear cabin was homey and relaxing for us, we enjoyed our stay. Everything was exactly as we thought it would be. Stephanie answered our questions right away and kept in contact with us before we arrived there. We enjoyed going over to Cacapon State Park.

We had a wonderful stay at Seventh Heaven. My family and 2 dogs had a quick stay for Thanksgiving. We had everything we needed to cook in the kitchen. The cabin was beautiful, clean and peaceful. The pellet stove was perfect to relax, as was the hot tub. We took a hike at the paw paw tunnel and trail which was about 20 minutes away. We all enjoyed the peace and quiet away from our busy lives. I hope to return to this lovely cabin in the future!

We chose this place for our girl's trip. There were six of us and the place was so nice, beautifully decorated! We loved the secluded feel, but we were only about 10 minutes away from everything Berkeley Springs. The cabin is beautiful, and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need but food. We had no issues with the Wi-Fi. We did not actually turn on any of the tv's but there is Roku and an ample collection of DVD movies in the upstairs area. The hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed, and fits four people comfortably, but smaller people can accommodate six. It was nice that there were beach towels available. We really enjoyed the barrel table, and all the available games! The only two minor things that could be improved: the door lock can be a tad tricky, and the clawfoot tub could use a suspended shower curtain as an option. Communication from Cottage Rentals was excellent, and instructions were clear. Overall, it was an excellent choice!

Beautiful location and great cottage for our group. Lots of bedrooms, living space, and large kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms! Beautifully clean, well stocked, hosts were super!

We had a really nice weekend at the Airbnb! It was close to restaurants, shops and the hot springs! The place was clean and very fun to stay in! A very eclectic atmosphere! The staff was friendly and very responsive! We recommend this place to anyone that wants to be close to the town and stay in a clean and friendly place!

This property is the perfect get away. It was spotless, well equipped, and secluded. One of my favorite places I have stayed!

Our family of 3 generations had a wonderful time at this beautiful property! The space has so many fun things to explore and enjoy, both indoors and out. We were thrilled by the private trail on the property, which was a little under a mile up to a sweet lookout point with swings & Adirondack chairs with views of the mountains. Gorgeous! (It was steep, so the older ones of our group didn’t make the whole trek.) The fire pit, corn hole, large yard and driveway, and grill filled out the outdoor fun! Inside we had a blast playing pool and watching movies on the basement cozy couch area.

Great place to stay. Very easy to check in. very private and everything was very close by. We enjoyed our time there with our pups.
