This is a "home run" sort of airbnb. I was trying to plan future trips around staying here within 20 mins of checking in. good sign! very organized, and feels like home without the clutter. Peaceful ocean view from the living room patio and bedroom. I was doing a staycation and I liked it so much I added on another day. don't second guess just book it. book it. book it!!!!! I'd be surprised if you didn't thoroughly enjoy all that it has to offer. wonderful communicative hosts. thank you for a great get away. Love your place and I am picky! Being a Realtor and going into lots of homes I can truly appreciate it when someone does it right.

Tim’s place was absolutely perfect. You can’t beat the location and amenities. (Enjoying a beach sunset with a bonfire, just steps away from the apartment? Yes please!) We felt right at home. The apartment was clean, spacious for us and two kids, and had everything we needed. We loved our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

We didn’t want to leave!! This is our favorite rental spot so far and we’re already planning to come back another time. The condo was even more stunning in real life than the pics: clean, modern, and views to die for. We spent all of our time on the deck or on the beach. Loved the views, proximity to ocean, and cooked all of our meals in the incredibly well stocked kitchen. This was the perfect space for our family of five. The three kids took the downstairs area over and we had the primary bedroom off the kitchen, which worked great. There were tons of towels, beach towels and gear to use, and the kids were thrilled to find boogie boards, which they happily used in the freezing January ocean. 😂 Top notch spot!!! Thank you for sharing your beautiful place, we had most relaxing and joyful Christmas!! Although it was raining and could not use outdoor sitting at all, it didn't stop us from enjoying beach and spectacular sunsets through clouds !! Just Amazing! Can only imagine how lovely it will be on warmer and clearer days. Your place was perfect to unwind and enjoy nature and ocean. Wishing you best always!

Kalista is a very responsive host. Her place is comfortable. The beds are very comfortable. This is a great location. We would stay here again.

great place for our small family to enjoy the Monterey/Carmel/big sur area. place was in a great location and was easy to find. parking was easy! place was comfortable, the fireplace was great for cool evenings. hot tub was nice after long days hiking the area.

michael was a responsive and helpful host and the condo was clean and comfy.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.

Beautiful home!

Webster is a responsive host, when the sink was jammed, he called the plumber and proceeded the whole thing very quickly. The condo is clean and convenient, felt like at home. Will back next time

What a lovely place with stunning views. Appointed to the highest level with a wellstocked kitchen. Lots of food options to eat within only a few minutes walk from the penthouse. Two ways to access the place via back gate with security code or through front door and elevator If you prefer a very dark bedroom/s you won’t get that here so luckily I had my eyepatch to knock me out. You might pay a pretty penny for this place, but you will definitely notice it better than just about anything you could ever hope to find

We would stay at Ashish's place again anytime. It was exactly as described, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. Truly a nice place to come back to, sit, relax, and rest. I'll definitely be back in the future. We were able to easily get to the places we wanted to go in the city and the local area is one of the best in the city. I'd rather stay in this apartment than at the Fairmont. It's a great spot!

This place was perfect for what we needed. My colleagues and I stayed for a week and we each had our own space. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to be right on Santana Row.

The apartment was very clean and in a great neighborhood. Communication was an A+ as well. I did not have a single issue and loved the condo. The bed was super comfortable!

Mayela is an outstanding host - extremely responsive and always replies to messages instantly. She hosted us at a cozy 2 bedroom condo and it was perfect for our longer stay until we waited for the house renovations to finish. The condo comes completely furnished with a fully stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer combo which was convenient. This is a great place to stay - very close to Walmart and Costco and a bunch of great restaurants in walking distance.

Caylas place is a cozy little getaway. You overlook the shore/ocean from the balcony. We didnt have to reach out to her for anything. Everything was exactly as described! Residents in the area are welcoming, one even gave us new rocks she found on her morning walk. You can tell it is an older building, the floor creaks easily. so we had to remind the kids to walk softly. But other than that, its a beautiful place. Felt safe and cozy, and the view is stunning! Definitely would recommend again.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tess’s place. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to enjoy the pool or hot tub because we went exploring, but the grounds were beautiful and the condo was just as pictured. It was perfect for a three day stay. Tess was very clear with instructions and responsive.

Great service and communication! We were there for a surgery and he was very attentive and answered all our questions. Close to everything we needed. Very happy with the choice!

Great host- from the time we booked the Airbnb until the time we signed out (and after), Kwesi was always available, and genuinely interested in how we were doing G, what else we might need, etc. Great place- clean, quiet, beautiful, nice location.

This is the perfect place to get away with your family especially with little ones. I originally booked a different place that was not on the first floor that was more expensive however I decided to change to this place and I’m so glad I did. You can’t beat the views and having a first floor stay at this gorgeous location still gives you amazing Oceanside views without the hassle of going up and down from an upstairs floor. Everything is close by so you can have a relaxing vacation. Will definitely be coming back here

My 40 day stay in Roger's Airbnb was perfect. It made me feel right at home and is in a great location. My parents could walk to Mountain View Downtown often, and the Google offices are very close by. The house is incredibly well-stocked, and he is willing to restock as and when required. The host is extremely responsive when any kind of help is needed around the house. All the appliances in the kitchen are brand new. All in all, couldn't have asked for more!

We had a wonderful stay at Blake and Lisa’s beautiful condo overlooking the ocean. The unit is spacious and very well laid out. The decor is breezy and beachy with soothing blue tones. Lisa is super responsive and helpful. The kitchen is so well equipped with lovely plates and mugs that mirror the coastal theme. We are a multigenerational family and everyone from the grandparents to my eight year old loved this stay. The balcony is the perfect spot to soak up the sun and watch beautiful sunsets. The beds were super cosy and we appreciated the card and board games that were provided. There is a little convenience store, deli and a restaurant/coffee shop within walking distance. Lovely stay!

We had a fabulous time here and we will be back again. The location at the beach cannot be beat and the view from the upstairs primary bedroom is stunning. Everything was clean and comfortable, and every need was provided for - throws and blankets, beach towels and chairs, games, etc. We really appreciated the wine and cheese welcome gift. Communication was excellent - if we had any question, the host company responded immediately. The people at the gate were friendly and didn't treat us like outsiders. Our family loved every minute of our stay!
