I always choose to stay at Emrehans when I need a place near San Jose. Very beautiful, clean home/yard, great location. Emrehan communicates well and has been very accommodating to me. Very good price for the stay. Would recommend.

Great home in a great neighborhood. I felt safe leaving my car parked in front. The home was great, plenty of water and snacks for the kids and lots of beds. Very quiet and peaceful, but just a short walk or drive to shops and restaurants.

First off the photos don’t do this house justice. The spaces, including that wonderful balcony, are bigger than you think. We had 7 adults, a toddler & an infant and we didn’t feel cramped at all. The beds, linens and pillows were so comfy, the multitude of windows to let the ocean air breeze come through, along with fans in the bedrooms, were perfect. The kitchen was the most well equipped I’ve used in an Airbnb before. The wagon, chairs and beach towels were also so nice to have for the short one block walk to Black Beach (one of my favorites in Santa Cruz). Oh and do not let the 1 full bathroom for everyone scare you off. Having the 2 half baths made it all work and we never had an issue. My family LOVED this place and wants to come back so very much. We have spent 26 years coming to Santa Cruz almost annually and this was our best residential experience yet. Thank you to Kim and her Rental Mgr, Nancy, for taking care of us and communicating so well. This family highly recommends!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at this Airbnb property. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. They were quick to respond to any questions we had and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The house itself was immaculate. It was clean, well- maintained, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, which made preparing meals a breeze. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable , which was a huge plus along with the sun room which we used as our office. I thoroughly enjoyed the unique charm of the house and the surrounding area.

We had to extend our stay and Lili was more than accommodating. MAHALO!!! The rental exactly as shown; clean, lots of space, large kitchen & dining area with a cozy living room. Bedrooms; all are nicely sized. Beds are a little "tall" (we are petite people), but it's def comfy. Bathrooms; both are nicely sized. Shower is great for those with accessibility issues. The tub; a little "tall" but lots of room. Water pressure (important); ON POINT! Hot water; responsive. Washer, Dryer, Dishwasher; great to have all three available. Kitchen; basic items available. Enough to get you by. Parking; room for one vehicle in driveway with some street parking available. Neighborhood; quiet, safe. Husband went running every day. Lots of restaurants, and businesses within walking distance. 15 minutes away from Stanford Medical, which is the reason why we were there. CATS - If you are allergic, be aware. Neighborhood cats hang out on the property. Not much you can do. REPEAT STAY for sure.

It was a family get together. Place is very quiet on a cup de sac but very close to great restaurants and shopping and route 1. Everything was ideal and worth free as you want while on vacation.

We really enjoyed staying at George and Leila’s place! We were attending a conference and it was a great place to come home to. The kitchen was easy to cook in, and there was a grocery store about 4 blocks away. We particularly enjoyed lounging in the spacious living room with the fire on in the wintery weather (for California). The bedroom was also spacious, comfortable and clean. I misread that there were two bedrooms, but using the sofa bed was easy and comfortable for a sofa bed. There are some nice restaurants within walking distance, and many more places within a 15 to 20 minute drive. All in all a great stay, I would recommend it!

Mike’s instructions were clear upon check-in and was kind to leave a bottle of wine and water in the fridge as gifts. It was great to have extra linens and cleaning supplies for us to use. We kept driving past the building because it’s dark though it felt secured with gated parking and double locks. We checked in and the door was open, so make sure to twist all the way when locking the front door as it doesn’t have a latch to close. The unit gives 70’s vibes; though it’s old, everything was functional.

Matthew had such a warm home that was perfect for our group of 7! Lots of space, clean and cozy.

Terri's place won my heart. Gorgeous view, cozy fireplace, beautiful bathroom, and filled with wonderful books and records and paintings. Felt like I was housesitting for my cool bohemian friend. Stayed three nights on a solo work trip and the place had everything I needed. Note that there are multiple entrances to the building which can make check-in a little tricky. But Terri was proactive and helpful. Very sweet little place.

We stayed at Heidi's place a few years ago for a week or so when visiting Oakland, and happily chose the same place when we wanted to be back in town for close to a month.

Jonathan was a responsive host from the time of booking and throughout our stay. We were visiting San Francisco to see friends and family in the area so we really didn't spend as much time in the house as we had anticipated, but we certainly had everything thing we needed and more that we didn't fully get the chance to use. The garage parking (aka a guaranteed and safe parking spot) was well worth the price and the location is amazingly walkable with a bounty of transit options to take you anywhere in the city. All the rooms were very spacious with lots of space for storing belongings. We only used the beds in the 2 bedrooms. One has a very firm mattress and the other is very soft, so you can choose the ed that works best for you. The kitchen seemed really well stocked, though we didn't use the full capacity during our stay. But we'd definitely stay again at Jonathan's place.

Terry’s place was absolutely beautiful and very cozy. Loved the bedding and all the classic decor. I would definitely stay here again and loved it being next to Bella Vista park. Amazing views when you hiked to the top.

My friend and I were in town for a concert at the Paramount and were looking for something nicer than the overpriced hotels nearby and discovered this gem. It was absolutely beautiful, yet warm and inviting how the spaces were laid out. The color choices and the beautiful walls were art pieces in themselves. The Blue accents everywhere weee soothing and calming. It’s wonderful to stay in a place you know the host took that much intention for their design. The locations was great. The neighborhood appears to be up and coming and there was an incredible Korean tofu restaurant blocks away, Joodooboo. Very walkable and friendly. Perfect distance to the Paramount. And the highways were close by, so it was a super fast drive into SF or anywhere else for that matter. The next time I come to the Bay Area, I will definitely stay here. Thank you so much for everything .

Very nice place to stay. It felt like a home away from home

A minor issue with our original reservation was quickly resolved by the PowerWest Team. They responded immediately and went above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and had a perfect trip. The unit is a beautiful, well equipped condo with spectacular ocean front views. We will definitely visit again and stay with PowerWest.

What a gem! We had a wonderful time at Steve’s house. The house is beautiful, functional and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The property itself was incredible - private and peaceful with many activities for kids (and adults). The house is also ideally located close to downtown Los Gatos. Quick and kind responses from our host. We will definitely try and stay here again.

Beautiful views! Our family enjoyed our stay and the main floor layout was perfect for our extended family's get together. The pool table, foosball table and games were loved by adults and kids alike. A few family members did get car sick on the way to the house though (not the fault of the house or host by any means), so just be aware that it is a windy road to get up there.

Beautiful home with a great view! Very clean and homey. Matthew is also a great host with clear communication and very helpful instructions pre-check-in. We felt right at home when we arrived. The horses are also very friendly and my son loves petting them. All in all would definitely recommend!

Overall very nice and unique place to stay! We had the upper floor area and were 2 of us so was plenty of space. The reclining bed was a nice surprise! Slight issues were that the entry metallic gate’s sliding lock came off at the slightest touch, and the stairway light switch had a loose connection and the button needs replacement. But these are very minor things which did not really affect the quality of our stay. Plenty of street parking was a definite plus! 5 stars!!
