This is a beautiful, large house. The primary suite is on one side of the house, another primary on the other side with the other 2 bedrooms and the 3rd bath. Large living room, large dining, kitchen and a very large playroom/rec room/ hangout space, for billiards and games, that can be closed off to the rest the house so you can have different things going on in various large shared spaces. This house had a master suite on one side of the house, another and the other 2 bedrooms on the other side. A large living room, extra large kitchen, dining and family room. And a huge rec room with couches and a billiard table and space for games and fun. We were 4 sets of adults and it worked perfectly. It was walking distance to most everything. Plenty of space and privacy, quiet and very accommodating. I cannot say enough positive things about this beautiful house. Enjoy!

It was a great stay! I got to do my on-line yoga class in the yoga space. The instructions were friendly and easy to understand. We felt comfortable the whole time and didn’t need anything! It was nice they had bikes provided and other beach toys , etc. We had no issues and would stay there again in heart beat! I appreciated the positive feedback from the owner that the house keeper appreciated how we left the home. We pride ourselves on being responsible and respectful of other people’s property!

Place was great--fit our needs perfectly. Recommend opening windows at night to bring in that beautiful fresh air. Our 4.5 yo was absolutely over the moon by all the activities outside in the yard-- very well equipped area for adults and kids alike! The sand toys were also a hit--we loved walking to the beach and appreciated how well written the instructions were. Just took a photo of them and went on our way. Only bummer is the lack of sidewalks in Aptos, but most cars do seem to watch for walkers. Marianne's ice cream is great, and tamales across the street also fantastic. Weather cooperated and the easy access to Santa Cruz and Monterey made this location ideal. Colm was a great host--responded immediately to any questions I had. Very thankful for this spring break trip--we truly feel rejuvenated!

We had such a wonderful stay at Mariam's place! From the moment we booked, Mariam was incredibly kind and communicative, making sure we had everything we needed and answering any questions right away. The house was spotless and super cozy — the perfect size for our family of four and our two pups! It's in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach, which was a huge plus for us. We felt so at home and would absolutely love to come back. Thank you again, Mariam, for such a lovely experience!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The home was peaceful and located in a quiet, friendly neighborhood with beautiful views. One of the biggest highlights was how welcoming they were to our pups. It made our stay even more enjoyable. Communication was excellent; they were always quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Lori's place was perfect for a large group of people to both enjoy each other's company in the large living/dining/deck areas, while having privacy for sleeping. It's two stories with lots of space inside and outside with a third story outside crow's nest deck as well. The hot tub was a bonus! The beach access was incredible and the best thing about the location. It's just a 2 min. walk away! The neighborhood is tranquil. Lori was easy and great to work with as well! What a special time!

Come for the convenient location, stay for the shower. Vic’s home was a welcome place to rest for a night while in San Jose. The home was very clean and also spacious if you are traveling with multiple people. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and the water pressure in the showers was amazing! After cleanliness and safety, comfy beds and exceptional water pressure are really appreciated. Try not to drive up the water bill by living in that shower, but know you will be refreshed and rejuvenated. Vic and the management team were extremely responsive and helpful with all of my questions. I will definitely try to rebook the next time I come through San Jose.

This place is very clean and beautifull. Its closed to downtown and has a modern set up. Host is very responsive. We had a great time staying her and will be back again.

My friend and I had a very nice stay. Everything was just as described and pictured. It was quiet, comfortable, and walking distance to a great coffee shop, restaurants, and most importantly, the ocean. (Plus, a lovely view of the ocean.) Petko was easy to communicate with too.

Our family absolutely loved staying at Michelle’s Airbnb! A bright, happy home that was exceptionally clean, cozy with a gorgeous location that cannot be beat. We would be lucky to stay here again someday. Thank you for helping us make the most magical memories, well never forget this trip!

We loved Alan and Amalie's place. It was just as listed. So full of comfort and charm. Great location! Easy walk to restaurants, groceries & the board walk. And super-responsive hosts. Highly recommend.

My friend and I were in town for Silicon Valley Reads and were instantly charmed by this listing's photos. Not only is this private in-law suite exactly as cute in real life, Ed and Toni were warm, welcoming, made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay and were always extremely responsive to messages. 10/10! What a lovely spot - ocean views from the hot tub, falling asleep in the super comfy bed to the sounds of the waves. Place is well equipped, with thoughtful touches like shampoo, coffee, and even a bottle of bubbly provided. James let me know when the internet went down and suggested nearby places where I could get a bit of work down. The unit is on the lower level of his house and you do hear some foot - and paw! - steps from above, but nothing that disturbed me. The uneven flagstone steps to get to the backyard would be challenging for those with mobility issues, but this is clearly indicated in the listing. I would definitely stay here again!

Amazing views of the Pajaro River and the ocean. Perfect place for wildlife viewing. We enjoyed the comfortable seating area with panoramic coastline views through the large picture windows. There's also a nice deck attached to the living room and master bedroom.

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

Marc’s beach view condo was absolutely beautiful. Spent a girls weekend there and it was very comfortable for three people. Kitchen was fully stocked, fireplace was nice and cozy. He was very flexible with our check-in time. I highly recommend this place if you’d like a peaceful location & quite beautiful ocean view. This is a perfect location in between Santa Cruz and Monterey/Carmel.

Always a great time at this condo! It is so close to the beach that even my baby did not have a problem going back and forth! Clean and bright, beautiful views.

Staying at Seascape was the perfect kid-friendly vacation. The pool was easy to access from our condo and the views were beautiful. The condo's set-up with two bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs and a half bath downstairs was great for our family of 5. The private beach was beautiful - we saw otters, whales, and my son found two perfect sand dollars walking down the beach. It was a little bit of a trek to get down to the beach with three little kids and all the beach gear, but once we were there no one wanted to leave. Several near-by restaurants were delicious, especially the newly opened Dos Pescados. It was fairly easy to get into Santa Cruz too, but we did have to time traffic or it would double the drive time (to almost 45 minutes).

This was in an excellent location for walking to both the beach and various restaurants. I appreciated that ample linens and towels were provided. The living room was very comfortable, and the water pressure in the shower was great. There were thoughtful touches, like providing tea, bottled water, and blueberry muffins upon my arrival. The host was extremely responsive and helped me to arrange retrieving an important item I left behind. I would book this location again.

The view from this property was extraordinary with amazing sunsets from the deck each night. The location was perfect to visit Santa Cruz one day and Pinnacles National Park the next. The host was very responsive. We’ll definitely save this to our wishlist.
