Amy and her husband are very friendly. It’s a very peaceful place as I lived in South Carolina and I travel up here to work for the time being I love studying at her place. This is the second week that I stayed. I will be staying there more. I enjoyed myself very friendly to talk to and she makes beautiful pottery, but as her place it’s sparkly clean very comfortable and warm and there is a local sushi restaurant and a pizzeria that I ate at that I haven’t enjoyed and will visit again.

Highly enjoyed my mountain stay! The view was spectacular, the driveway was bit rockery than anticipated but my Toyota Camry made it up fine! It was very clean and cozy! The hosts did an amazing job at communicating and accommodating our stay. The guest book was adorable and full of fun recommendations of activities to do. I really loved it here, will happily visit this same property on my next stay!! worth the money and the view!! Thanks again!!

5 Stars — A Perfect Stay! Allison and Cory were incredible hosts! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was a breeze, the space was spotless, and every little detail felt thoughtfully curated. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. The home was cozy, stylish, and had all the comforts you’d hope for (plus a few extra touches that made it feel special). Communication was quick and friendly, and they made sure I felt welcome the entire time. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE APARTMENT AND THE AREA WAS PERFECT FOR US TO TRAVEL TO FLAT ROCK TO FAMILY HOME FOR THANKSGIVING. VERY CLEAN, WELL STOCKED WITH ALL KITCHEN, TOWELS, ETC FOR YOU. I DO HOPE WHEN WE TRAVEL TO THE AREA AGAIN FOR FAMILY TIME WE CAN STAY WITH CHRISTOPHER AGAIN. THANKS SO VERY MUCH!!!!

my only issue is I wish I could move in lol. This airbnb was one of my top 3 most spacious and also by far my favorite, by its layout and privacy and more. shower was spacious, only thing I'd add is a larger shower head like a rainfall shower head and curtains on the two windows. overall easily too favorite places ever on airbnb, just wish I could afford to move ing long term 😆.

Lori was a wonderful host. We enjoyed our stay at her cottage. She thought of everything from sugar, creamer, coffee, to salt & pepper, cooking spray, to everything you need for laundry. What an amazing host. This is a very roomy cottage with the two bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. I love to cook and the kitchen was well equiped for each meal. We will stay again. We love Forest City "the official Hallmark town". It is always a wonderful place to stay especially this time of the year. The lights and decorations of the town are spectacular. The people are so warm and welcoming. You will feel right at home in this small town. And don't let the "small town" fool you if you like to shop. The Main street area which is walking distance from the cottage has many great places to shop (and eat). You will return home with precious, unique Christmas gifts. Be sure to eat breakfast at Smith's Drug. What a piece of history at a great price. Thank you Lori!!!

I had a lovely two week stay at Eliber's listing. Everything was exactly as described. It is very close to downtown Burnsville and easy access to the main road but also quiet enough that deer were in the yard. Eliber was very responsive and answered any questions I had quickly.

Gregory's property was very clean, welcoming, quiet, and pet friendly.. Exactly what we were looking for. Would recommend anyone to stay there if traveling around Charlotte.

I had a great time at the air bnb. The house was quiet and peaceful. Both host were responsive and friendly. Definitely will be coming back here next time I am in town!

We loved staying at Christopher’s place! It was beautiful and spacious. Everything was easy to find in the home and the bedrooms were extremely cozy. This is one of the best Airbnbs we’ve stayed in and we would definitely stay here again!

Good: Thoughtful and considerate about small details people might need when they are traveling, ex- first-aid kit, female hygiene etc. Neat and clean place. Extra spares like blankets and other stuff. The place is peaceful, close to nature. Things to consider: The other bedroom doesn’t have an isolation between bath and bedroom. It would have been good to have blackout curtains near the entrance door. And actual door or some form of partition there.

Ziggy's place was More than I expected! clean, beds were very comfortable! lots of towels, could use a TV we're not Roku savvy! we definitely will be back, if the opportunity comes Sandy & Robin

Beautiful home and squeaky clean. Great local recommendations and responsive host. It may be a 10 minute walk to downtown, but I wouldn’t walk it. A lovely stay.

Sarah's condo was beautiful. The view from the porch was stunning. This was our 2nd time staying at Sugar Top & first time at her condo. She is excellent at communication as well!

Great place! Very clean and as described. 2 things wish I knew when booking: Tire chains and/or All Wheel Drive are a requirement. Sugar Top Resort was windy during our stay, which means you can hear all sorts of air vents banging from the fireplace. This was incredibly annoying at night, and would keep a light sleeper awake. We talked to other guests in the elevator about this and it seems an issue for the whole resort.

The location was beautiful and had great amenities. The home was very clean and cozy. It was also well decorated. We highly recommend.

This cozy BNB was exactly what we were looking for this weekend. Excellent view off the porch day and night. Being that it’s in the blowing Rock area there is tons of things to do around town and plenty of food options. We had breakfast at the Famous Toastery Sunday morning and it was spectacular. The host is responsive and very kind and we would totally stay again.

The Profile Place was an absolutely gorgeous space with everything we needed for a weekend anniversary get away! From the gorgeous views of Grandfather Mountain, to the well thought out interior decor, I would definitely recommend staying here if you are spending time in the Boone, Seven Devils, or Banner Elk area.

This lower level condo was so cute and perfect for our stay at Sugar Mountain. The bed was so comfortable and the whole condo was clean and inviting. There were guidebooks and everything you need to cook and stay. My 4.5 year old loved it also. We went snow tubing twice, to the alpine coaster, to mast General in Valle Crucis, walked Bass Lake in Blowing Rock and ate at the Bayou which had a great Apple Brandy Moscow Mule and Banner Elk Cafe. We highly recommend this cute condo!

We loved Blaine and Mary's condo. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend skiing at Appalachian Mountain. Downtown Blowing Rock was only a few minutes by foot. The space is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable for our family (Parents and 2 kids + uncle). We will definitely look for it on future ski trips.

we booked this place for the views and they didn't disappoint. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable. Julia and Simon were communicative and flexible. The condo was stocked with coffee, creamers, spices and snacks. This was a great place and we had a wonderful time, just relaxing and enjoying the scenery.
