This house was amazing my friends & I really enjoyed my birthday. It was enough space for everyone and the heated pool and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We really enjoyed staying here. We would like to rent again and try it during the summer time.

Great winter getaway. The home is large for teenagers and parents to stretch out. The view is beautiful.

Great place for our family get together. We really enjoyed the pool and the wrap around porch. I was pleasantly surprised with the loaded kitchen tools that were there. It was a big help since we were preparing daily meals for our family of 11. There is not a central a/c but the individual window units were used and met our needs. It is about 25 minutes from Ohiopyle, Fallingwater, close to Laurel Cavern, Kentuck Knob, Fort Necessity and other historical markers. Giant Eagle is about 15 minutes away. It is an older home ( over 100 years old), that is charming and filled with much history and relics. Hosts live close by and are extremely proactive and helpful. We used every space of the home and was comfortable and still had space to spare. Great get together.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We knew there were neighbors nearby but you could barely see other houses. The road was quiet and the area very peaceful. We enjoyed the walking trail along the lake as well. Thank you for a lovely stay!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at James Airbnb, and it truly exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the serene surroundings and the charming ambiance of the property. The lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere made it a perfect getaway for our family and was extremely kid Friendly. We traveled with 4 adults and 4 children and had plenty of room for everyone. The accommodation was impeccably clean and well-stocked with everything we could possibly need during our stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy for us to prepare family meals, and the cozy living area was a great spot for us to unwind together after a day of exploring. The thoughtful touches throughout the space, from extra blankets to games for the kids and stocked snacks made this very convienent for our family. Plenty of local restaurants near by and a ton of activities for everyone. We will be booking another Stay, Highly recommend !!!

We enjoyed our weekend away at Alpine! The cabin was perfect and so was the weather! I will stay again!!

The rental was exactly what we wanted for our family weekend: A big house with a pool. The pool was clean and warm and the jacuzzi under the porch was clean and nice (the one out by the pool doesn't work.) The house is big and clean. It's not fancy but did the job for us. The exterior is a little shabby, but that wasn't important to us. We would rent this property again.

Our hosts have created a welcoming, well-equipped home for our family visits to Morgantown. They communicate clearly and proactively, and anticipate most of our questions. We could not ask for anything more.

We had a wonderful week at this cozy, clean home, which made our family visit so special. The open, family-style living areas were perfect for spending quality time together, especially as grandparents visiting from Alabama. We loved being able to relax and enjoy each other's company after days filled with thrift store shopping and cooking family dinners. The beautiful West Virginia mountain scenery was an added bonus, providing a peaceful backdrop to our stay. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to drop off and pick up our 4-year-old granddaughter from preschool – such a nice touch! The house was stocked with everything we needed, including a great selection of ingredients for cooking, which made meal prep a breeze. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, homey space to enjoy time with loved ones!

5 Stars – Unique & Memorable Stay! This converted church in Farmington, WV, is a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The stained glass, high ceilings, and peaceful atmosphere made for a one-of-a-kind stay. The space was clean, well-equipped, and the hosts were great. Highly recommend for a unique getaway!

Cabin in Woods" - perfect name for a perfect place! it was so Peaceful and relaxing the house was Amazing and pictures were spot on, we didn't use the Hot-tube, only because the weather wasn't good enough for it, But we utilize that beautiful kitchen an cooked ourselves, relaxed in living room with surround sound system and was able to watch TV with no issue, 75' TV in master bedroom kept a smile on our face, Excellent water pressure and security lights and cameras around the cabin made us feel safe, Wonderful place !

This was a great place to stay. I feel as if they had everything you want in an Airbnb. She was very fast to respond and the house was very clean and cozy.

This was our second time staying at this beautiful home, and likely wont be our last! We loved this house so much last year that we decided to book another fall foliage trip here this year. The house is exactly what you want for a getaway in the woods; spacious, secluded, and absolutely beautiful! It is located close to many Laurel Highlands attractions, but the amenities at the home (fireplaces, firepit, chipping green, hot tub- to name a few) are so great that you might not want to leave!

Perfect Gameday Getaway! We had an amazing time staying here for the WVU home game. The location was fantastic, and the home itself was top-notch. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable weekend. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Alison's place. Lovely location and great spot! Alison was super responsive and quick to answer questions even around the holidays. We would definitely stay again!

Staying at Spring Haven Farms was a delight. 4 adults, one couple and 2 singles, so bedroom configuration was perfect. Frank was responsive throughout. Very detailed directions about finding the house, since it’s a bit off the beaten path. Lots of special touches throughout — a plate of cookies greeted us on arrival, plus milk/juice/eggs in the frig and all the essentials available, such as coffee, sugar/sweetener, condiments, etc. Plenty of dishes and cooking gear. Furnishings very comfortable, space for everyone to hang out. Enjoyed having lunch on the porch one afternoon. Beds all comfortable with extra blankets/pillows available, both bathrooms were pristine with all the supplies/amenities we needed and then some. Frank checked in with us while we were there, to be sure everything was okay. We didn’t need the laundry, but it was great to have availble, including all supplie provided. All in all, this was one of the nicest Air BnB’s we’ve stayed in.

Came in for the weekend with six buddies for a football game. He was walkable to a restaurant/pub and the stadium as well as was a good host stink spot for a tailgate since it was very cold outside that weekend. We needed a last minute thing from Julie And she responded within 5 minutes.

Great place for a large group! The beds are very comfy and the kitchen looks renovated. Good value as well!

The house was in a great location near anything you may need or want to do, but still felt secluded and very private. It’s been a while since I’ve seen that many stars! It was a perfect house for my family. The host even decorated the house for the holidays for us, making the house feel like home.

The Big Boulder Retreat cabin was perfect for my mini getaway. Not only was the cabin tucked away in a safe, gated community, but it had everything I could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable, the shower provided wonderful hot water and the kitchen was fully stocked. Being able to utilize the outdoor fire pit was the perfect ending to a day of hiking. As a first time visitor to the Deep Creek area, I really appreciated how central the cabin was to everything I wanted to visit. It was extremely close to Swallow Falls & Herrington Manor state parks, as well as, the town of Oakland. It was about a half hour to Deep Creek Lake and some of the local breweries. As a solo traveler, I felt very taken care of by Rick. He was quick to respond to my messages and answer any questions I had. This cabin is a rare gem… with its unique decor and peaceful location, I’m truly grateful I came across this listing. I hope to return in the near future.
