David’s place was amazing, from the moment we drove into the driveway we would see that it was of very high quality and in a lovely quiet location. The house was immaculate and fitted with high end fittings and appliances. David was quick with all responses to my questions and very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend staying at David’s place. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an incredible time on Philip Island and staying at Scott’s place next to the water was the icing on the cake because it allowed us time to visit the penguins, koalas, and other natural beauties on the island. The property is clean, beautiful, and private. Thanks for sharing it.

Thank you Kris and Jon for an amazing stay! I’ve been using Airbnb for over 8 years now and these guys are the best hosts I’ve come across! The house itself is beautiful and just as described, it was stocked with everything you could think of (extra towels, toilet paper, proper coffee machine, pots, pans, everything!) and Kris and Jon let you feel right at home. The heated pool was a bonus and the yard space and BBQ was perfect for our 2 families with 2 small kids. Kris was very response in the lead up to our trip with any questions I had and even had left us a hand written note with a full booklet on how to use everything in the house along with recommendations. The house is in a perfect location with access to great cafes and the beach. Could not rate the house or these guys any more highly, we will be back and thank you for such a wonderful stay :) Shamani

We've just returned from the most magnificent 3-night stay at NETHERBY WATERS BEACH HOUSE! It was the perfect house for a super comfortable multi-generational family holiday. The living area is spacious and homely with a fabulous view of the ocean from the sunny deck where birds come to feed! The bedrooms are comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were so well stocked with all of the essentials! In particular it was fantastic to be able to cook in the excellent kitchen and have everything required to hand without having to stock up on essentials like oil, herbs and spices. The hosts were fast and responsive and very accommodating of our requests around check in dates and check out times. We look forward to booking the home for another stay in the future.

If you have someone who is a wheelchair user or just needs help getting up stairs ect then this place is for you! My mum is fighting cancer so she uses an oxygen tank and a wheelchair for assistance, the stair chair was amazing to get her upstairs, it saved her so much energy and made the stay so worth it ❤️ The photos on the listing of the views do not do it justice, we spent most of our time upstairs and on the balcony looking out to the ocean, it was truly the stay of a lifetime. The kitchen and the house in general is so well equipped, everything you could possibly need is there and we found that so useful especially for a big family like ours. The beach access out the back gate is just awesome, we saw so much wildlife including penguins, shearwaters that nest around the area and so many wallabies! Thankyou Deb and Mary, what a wonderful space you have down in Ventnor. We won’t hesitate to book this again!!!

We love coming to Phillip Island, but this has been one of our favourite stays. David was extremely easy to deal with, responsive and friendly. Made many great recommendations for things to do/places to see. Check in to check out was a smooth process and we would be more than happy to stay again. Thanks David !!

We spent our Christmas there and it was absolutely perfect! Home away from home! With loads of space and had everything you would have in your own home! Unfortunately we didn’t get the weather to use the pool much but it was certainly a fantastic addition to our stay! Would love to stay there again!

Place was fantastic. Perfect for a weekend getaway with friends with plenty entertainment options at the place such as a billiard table, arcade game table, heated pool, barbecue area and fire pit. Caitlin was lovely to deal with and was happy to answer any questions in relation to the property prior to arrival which made organising a weekend getaway with friends a breeze. Highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the property, it was clean, bright and better than the photo's online. With close proximity to the back beach, it was peaceful and offered lovely walking trails. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to booking it again in the future!

We had a wonderful family getaway at this beautiful Sorrento property. An easy walk to the end of the street and we were at the beach - the rest of the time we spent between the pool and tennis court and relaxing on all the very comfortable outdoor furniture. We had the best time! Thanks so much for having us.

Really lovely little place, spacious and comfortable for the modest size. Short walk to Red Rock beach with many wallabies in the reserve. Kim was an excellent host and gave us great recommendations for food and attractions for our stay. Would definitely come back.

We totally enjoyed our stay ! A lovely setting - private and peaceful with a short walk to Diamond bay beach! We loved the outdoor shower and balcony setting! Very comfy and clean but a small suggestion would be to provide recycling and compost bins! We'd love to return in the summer! Thanks for having us!

I have only praise !! Amazing everything!! The place was just as described, and better. It was squeaky clean, well presented, beds were comfy and inviting, pool was an added bonus! Solar heated.. need I say more ? Yes, I need to say that Emma is a gracious host, very generous and her attention to detail made us feel so welcome in her lovely home ! Hosts like Emma and airbnb’s like Ocean Beach House are the very reason why we come back to Airbnb again and again. Such a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

Fantastic air bnb and perfect for a weekend getaway with friends. Quiet location and close to shops. Very tidy and well kept property. Lovely touch with the welcome gift, hosts made us feel like their home was our home.
