Great value, great location. Nice and quiet but 5 minutes to town. Clean, quick and easy.

We had the most amazing week staying in their house. I have a young toddler & also 7.5months pregnant, our biggest requirement for this family holiday was for it to be EASY! They have everything covered from kids toys, a huge book case full of books, portacot & highchair - having the mental load of having to pack half our house to bring eliminated was BEYOND AMAZING!! There's a massive backyard, fully fenced with a sandpit for my toddler to run around & play. Location is fantastic, the house itself is in a really quiet & peaceful spot, but a short easy walk to the main street, shops & the beach - being able to walk everywhere instead of having to battle getting my toddler in & out of the car - fantastic!! Kitchen is really well stocked, there's lots of spare blankets & pillows, and the beds are SO COMFY!!!! Communication was 10/10 - fast, friendly replies & very accommodating to any requests or questions. Check in / check out super easy with clear instructions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

What a fantastic house and location! The children absolutely loved the backyard, especially the hammock, and enjoyed taking long baths in the beautiful bathroom. The lounge area was incredibly comfortable, and the bedrooms were super clean and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the amenities you could need, making it a joy to cook. The location was perfect, with so many great beaches just a short drive away. Highly recommend for a relaxing and family-friendly getaway.

We had the most wonderful week in the ‘Bannie Beach House’. Kyllie’s property is a holiday gem for families. Well equipped for kids of all ages, and many relaxing zones for adults, there is plenty to do on the property both indoors and outdoors; but lots to explore in the local area should you wish to venture out. The whole family made excellent use of the pool, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the playground and the cricket pitch. The atmosphere was relaxed, knowing they were safe while being entertained. The spaces are clean and well maintained, and Kyllie is thoughtful in her organisation of available toys, services (Wifi, Foxtel etc), and treats for the adults to share (wine and chocolates on arrival!) Correspondence with Kyllie during our stay was easy and she was always prompt in her replies, and very helpful. We highly recommend ‘Bannie Beach House’ for an easy, relaxed, and memorable family holiday.

Lovely place , easy to get too.

Really well-equipped traditional holiday house feel which we appreciated. We appreciated that the house felt lived in and came with all the equipment that one would have at home. DVD's and CD's were great to have as well. Being able to have our two Dachshund's there helped so much as well. Much appreciated.

Great family friendly beach house. Spacious living area and comfortable rooms! Also great location away from the busy streets - tucked in between the font and back beach. Great backyard with swing, slide and trampoline for the kids!! Coastal Holidays was great to deal with and flexible.

Thanks for a fabulous stay! We had a break away with the Mum's group - we were able to spread out for a room and nearly a bathroom each. It was huge! Comfy beds and perfect lounge room to relax together. All amenities and so many extras, though we didn't cook. Handy to have charging in the carport for the EV too. We enjoyed the St Andrews Brewery and an afternoon at the Hotsprings close by. Only a short drive for a cruise around the Sorrento shops and a snorkel at Blairgowrie Pier. Would be perfect for a couple of families to stay too. Would love to visit again.

Little Chloe’s was a lovely place to say and Kelly was a wonderful helpful host. The place was immaculate and exactly what you see in the photos. We’ll definitely be keen to go back one day.

Good location ,comfortable, well appointed accommodation with a generous continental breakfast . Glenys also provided some good pointers on activities and restaurants . Happily stay again .

Christel's place is exactly as described. It's very clean and has all that you need for a short stay. I would recommend it anytime for a great weekend stay. very close to all amenities and a stone throw from the Rosebud Pier. It's bang for the buck. Would stay again.

Very clear directions, quick to respond to messages, clean, exactly matched the pics and in a better location than expected. Would definitely stay there again. Also thanks for the Tim Tams, bacon and breaky left for us in the fridge.

We had a lovely stay at Jenny’s. Fantastic location - right near Mornington Main St. Check-in and out was easy. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Jenny was lovely to communicate with. Would recommend!

We had a lovely weekend in Dromana. We absolutely loved the location - being right across from the beach, and walking distance to eateries and the local shops. The stay was very comfortable, and we had everything that we needed. All amenities were great, and it was a very cosy living space. Having some breakfast items provided was also a plus! No issues with noise being above the Fish and Chips shop - very yummy fish and chip too. Sofia was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here for a relaxing weekend away!

This contemporary, modern apartment is absolutely gorgeous with tasteful furnishings & sensational beds. Amir was extremely quick to response and super friendly. I would highly recommend this apartment, situated in a great location with everything at your finger tips.

We loved our stay at Karen's place! it was compact, comfy and had everything we needed. Superb location, just around the corner from shops and cafes, short drive to the beaches (glorious sunsets), and a great place to launch out further afield. We enjoyed a Phillip Island Cruise, and the Peninsula Hot Springs. Karen was a warm and very responsive host, answering a few queries beforehand quickly and checking in that we'd arrived okay. Greg’s place was easily accessible off a main road and had a private courtyard with all the requirements.

Duncan's apartment was so lovely.. It was modern and clean. It had everything you needed. The location is excellent as it's across the road from the beach. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a beach holiday.
