Property was exactly what we were after . A quaint little getaway for 2 in a great location . Close to restaurants , wineries , walks and beaches. Lots of lovely extra touches like coffee pods, breakfast essentials. Much appreciated .

We went to Phillip Island for the Motogp. Great location, very clean and good access to the track. Would be very happy to stay there next year. Thanks Kim

Small but perfectly formed We loved our stay at cosy Corner. Everything was really comfortable but what stood out was Janet’s generosity of spirit. The toiletries were superb and there were lovely breakfast ingredients left on the coffee table and in the fridge. We were very tired and really enjoyed having Netflix which we don’t have at home. Janet has tried to think of everything and we so appreciated the attention to details.

Thank you Cassie for being a great host we loved the little extras you provided as well. Its the perfect destination for a couple to experience the Mt Eliza village, which has great restaurants and coffee 😀

This was the ideal airbnb experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The rooms were spotless, thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a seamless stay. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful touch that made our morning. Jackie herself was a wonderful host—kind, accommodating, and available to assist if needed. We had a truly relaxing and pleasant weekend, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Andrews place was amazing to stay. Location is so beautiful, right across from the beach. Highly reccommend if wanting to just relax and be near the ocean, such a treat with everything closeby, walking distance to a chemist and takeaways that sells fish n chips/pizza/gelato etc. Only a few mins drive to local grocery store/shops/and restaurants. Close to Arthurs Seat a few mins drive, if wanting to go on the cable cars. Beautiful sight seeing places, along the way. A few mins drive to alot of places. House was perfect for our family of four. Everything we needed was available. The only thing is, there was no WIFI, but it wasnt a biggie, because we had lots to do outdoors. 😀

Tony's place in Rye was perfect for a weekend away on the Peninsula. I appreciated having openable windows for fresh air. The outdoor furniture was a bonus although we didn't get an opportunity to use it.

Great space with a lounge and a sun room, beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed. House was spotless and well styled. Hosts were welcoming and generous, and check in was easy. Good location for the beach and to visit Cowes, also good for the race track :) This is the bottom of the house which has been sectioned off to form its own apartment. But it felt very private and there were no shared spaces or facilities.

Marcus and Renee's cottage is so clean, beautiful and welcoming. The check in treats were so thoughtful & delicious. It was such a wonderful, relaxing stay away. would highly recommend & will coming back again to stay. Thank you.

Roberta was a great host, the accomodation was immaculate and very clean. Roberta provides the extra little details to make you feel very welcome. It is less than a 5 minute drive back to the Sorrento Main Street and we also walked in. Thank you for having us to stay at your lovely home!

Stunning place, stylish & tasteful. On a quiet road just 5 mins walk from the lovely Mount Martha beach & shops/restaurants, it's a great spot on the Mornington Peninsula. A great deal of thought must have gone into the interior design, it was equipped with everything you might need & spotlessly clean. The outside courtyard was very attractive, perfect for breakfast or an early evening drink. Highly recommended.

Afterdune is a great hideaway for 1-2 people and a pet. Plenty of outdoor space for our dog to run around and fully fenced. Located very close to Woolworths, cafes, the beach and the Main Street. The unit is well stocked with kitchen items and an amazing selection of books and games. Melissa is proactive and has set up the space with plenty of information and local recommendations.

The best place we’ve ever stayed at, without a doubt! Lisa was an excellent host, she was incredibly accommodating and respectful and had the best welcome brownies waiting for us on arrival. The Bungalow was fully equipped, exceeding all of our expectations. Lisa also has a very detailed folder of information with things to do on Phillip island which was super helpful and useful. Also our husky orca had the best time running around the hard and exploring the place. Thank you so much for everything Lisa, we will definitely be coming back!

we had a lovely stay, reasonably priced even though there was a major event on that weekend and all other properties were Charging ridiculous amounts. . Mitra was extremely helpful and accommodating. I had accidentally booked the wrong night and Mitra was more then happy to switch over my dates. easy to communicate with. even though the Airbnb is on their property it is very private and seperate. cute touches like coffee, milk, snacks , shampoo conditioner etc. beautiful book collection and games. fully stocked with plates, cups, mugs, cheese board. could comfortably spend a few nights there. thanks for having us =)

We had a beautiful stay—exactly what we needed for a relaxing break. The spa and pool were stunning, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the fireplace added a gorgeous touch to the atmosphere. The communication was excellent, and both Madi and Steve were very helpful throughout our stay. Thank you both! We will definitely be back again.

Had a lovely stay at Sharon's place. The surroundings was so peaceful and it was lovely watching all the animals walk past the windows. Short drive from Cowes, where you can find plenty of places to eat and drink, also loved that there was a small cafe just a 5 min walk away from the place! Would recommend staying again! 😊

My husband and I wanted to get away for the weekend to attend the Tiny Home Expo and decided to make a weekend out of it. We also have a baby girl so it was important to find a place which made it a convenient and confusing comfortable stay with a baby. The accommodation was very private and well set up. Tracy couldn't do enough for us; she provided us with a high chair, portacot, extra linen, towels and a late check out. There are also so many toys for kids to play with in great condition and very thoughtful. Tracy was always responsive to my messages and questions and provided great local recommendations. The location is private, generous, has nice outdoor spaces for guests to enjoy and is pet friendly too. There is also a great view over the suburb towards the bay and its about 1km from a pizza place that made a smoked brisket pizza which was amazing! The check in process was easy and flexible and we are very glad we booked with Tracy and David, it made for a fabulous weekend away!

Lindy was an exceptional host and went above and beyond to make our stay a positive experience and was accommodating to extra requests. The accommodation has everything you need including Casper the cat for cuddles! You will not be disappointed staying at Lindys!

Di and Pats place felt right at home!!! The views were absolutely breathtaking and we slept so well! Everything was very clean and comfortable. We also had a surprise visit from the wildlife which was very amusing! The location is 5min from the beach and main town center, we really enjoyed and can’t wait to come back.

We had a lovely couple of nights at Ross and Judy's place. It was cozy and peaceful - lovely to hear the surf in the background. The studio is also walking distance to a local yoga studio, which was great.

We had a wonderful 1 week stay at Mark’s place. What a location - tucked into the hillside below Arthur’s seat with great views of the neighbourhood and the bay. Mark was very welcoming and treated us to some of his garden produce. The place is well equipped with very comfy lounge chairs and the bed was great too. Hosts were very welcoming but not intrusive. Highly recommend.

A wonderful stay in Deirdre’s Balnarring getaway. I love the area and had a great 12 days of work and getaway. I look forward to returning

Sharon and John's property is a beautiful place to stay, great facilities, we loved the pool, very relaxing and in a great location! Sharon and John were brilliant hosts and they have built a home away from home feeling. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
