We had a wonderful 3 days at Ash Lodge, the cabin was in such a calming, peaceful spot. Just what we had hoped for, for some much needed downtime! It was bright, airy and extremely clean. It was just the right size for us as a family of 4 and had everything we needed! Sarah was an excellent host with very clear instructions and great communication. We enjoyed dining outside as we landed on some lovely weather, and you could see the stars so brightly at night! Thank you for a fantastic stay!

We stayed in the Sung for a 2 night girls weekend away.. for a special birthday. Before we arrived, Sara was easy to contact, and allowed us to check in early to extend our celebrations. As we arrived, our Asda delivery was awaiting our arrival, which makes things much easier. The Sung was immaculate. The pictures don’t do it justice. The beds are incredibly comfy!! And the couch!! Sara pays so much attention to detail, and even made us a hamper to enjoy. There was Prosecco in the fridge, birthday cakes, and more - thank you!! We spent most of our time in the tub (which is maintained every day, and amazing at night when the stars are shining), and having one too many Proseccos, but there’s lots of walking to do. We ventured out to one of the local pubs which was delicious too. We forgot a bag when we left, and Sara called us and help arrange for us to come back and collect. We’ll definitely be back!! Lovely cabin, exactly as described. Hot tub heated on arrival which was perfect. No welcome gift, which was described in check in and always had previously at lodge stays which was a shame considering it was Xmas. Perfectly clean and essentials such as salt & pepper provided. Lots of cooking utensils which was great too. Easy to get to and perfect location!

I would happily recommend this place, 10 out of 10 . Angus was so easy to communicate with and the place is so peaceful and beautiful. Very quiet. Was magical in the hot tub with the lights outside and the view. The place was immaculate and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The shower was powerful and the water was nice and hot and the central heating could be set to whatever temperature you want in the bedroom and the lounge separately. The drying room outside was genius. Great for our outerwear and boots which got wet at the beach when looking for seaglass.

Absolutely wonderful stay. My husband, daughter (13) and I highly recommend Alnwick Glamping Pods to everyone. The pod was immaculate and an extremely high quality build. The hot tub, wood burning fire and outdoor fire pit with seating area were a fabulous addition. We will return!

Great stay at swan lodge, comfortable, homely and the hot tub was exactly what was needed on the cold December days. The walks around the site were brilliant and helped us create some great adventures with the kids. We would definitely recommend it and will look to visit again.

We had a great stay. Lodge has everything you need and is very clean. The hot tub was lovely. Helen even let us know we could have later checkout which was great.

Beautiful location and lodge very comfortable, clean and brilliant amenities. Had a very pleasurable stay. Only down fall we had bad weather the couple days we were there the hot tub could do with some sort of shelter but overall was a brilliant stay x

The perfect location to experience the beauty of Northumberland. Wonderful views over the countryside to sand dunes & the coast beyond. Within walking distance of a lovely village with dog friendly pubs and only 20 minutes walk from the main coastal path. The cabin had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the extra thoughtful touches of fizz, cake & doggy treats were appreciated.

Great wooden lodge, very well built with a lovely living room and spacious kitchen area. Wrap around, enclosed garden was very handy for our dog. Its located in the middle of a large caravan park but has conveniently placed hedges for privacy. Great location for sightseeing on the coast!

Lovely caravan, in a peaceful location with beautiful surroundings. Perfectly located close to Alnwick, Alnmouth, Bamburgh etc. Will be back.

Great place for a rest and relaxation. Horses and goats outside, kids loved it. Very cosy place for family evenings! Highly recommend it!

Incredible place. Took my two young kids and Alan was good enough to show them the telescope even past theit bedtime. He 100% made my 6 year old full of excitement and wonder and a convert to astronomy. The location is pecaeful, full of wildlife and birdsong and just an incredible find. Its out of the way, but: 1. It has to be because of light pollution and 2. If my old campervan made it there, you can too. Any single parents of young kids just be aware bathroom and kitchen are outside accommodatiom and also downstairs, so be prepared to sneak out if you need a posg bedtime wee! Recommended unreservedly.

From booking till we got there nothing was a chore to Lynn. Details to the caravan were spot on and access to the keys was easy. The caravan was spacious and despite the gales we had at the weekend was warm. Everything we needed was found in the caravan and the milk for a cuppa on arrival was appreciated, especially considering late arrival. We will definitely be looking to stay again when we are up visiting friends and family again.

Rob, I can’t thank you more mate the best experience I’ve had in a lifetime such a amazing place to stay, such a hidden gem the price needs to be doubled then doubled again for the value of this beauty. The customer service alone honestly rob could not be a nicer more welcoming host. Thanks so much rob, me and the lads hope to be seeing you again very shortly. :)

This is the second time me and my partner have stayed here now and we absolutely love it. It is so cosy, the bed is soo comfortable along with the settee. It’s clean and tidy and we never have any problems, very spacious. We will be back again and will carry on recommending. The hosts are very responsive and seem lovely.

This was a truly wonderful place to stay. Felt like home as every little detail had been thought about and was really cosy. It was perfect for the 6 of us. Great location right next to the sea with wonderful sunrises strolling along the beach. Beautifully decorated and well kept accomodation. Close to some fabulous attractions. We enjoyed Woodhorn Colliery museum, saw dolphins at Newbiggin as the sun set, a fantastic boat trip to the Farne Islands and Lindisfarne from Seahouses, Warkworth Castle and beach, and a stop in Amble. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts who kept in good communication throughout and were really helpful. We would thoroughly recommend this place to others looking for a base to explore Northumberland and all it has to offer.

We booked for only 2 nights with not much notice. Great set up for the 3 of us. Could have spent longer there. Not easy to find initially but Jamie responded with remarkable swiftness! Appreciated the flexibility on check out as well. All good.

Beautiful property, very well equipped has everything you need for a great stay. The park grounds are lovely and plenty of nice places a short drive away. Would definitely return!
