The home is beautiful and spacious enough that all 9 of us had our own space and room to hang out. The pool is incredible and the location is beautiful, although not right in the heart of lisbon ubers are extremely cheap (at least compared to London) so getting into to lisbon or to the beach was very easy. We had a great time !

Das kleine Haus ist wirklich charmant und mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert worden. Es befindet sich relativ nah am Bahnhof (gut für Ausflüge mit Zug oder Bus), ist aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Wer viel Wert auf Tageslicht legt, könnte enttäuscht sein (die Fenster sind nicht so groß, was im Sommer bestimmt vorteilhaft ist). Clever gemacht: das "Versteck" für Eimer und Wäscheständer in der Duschkabine. An die metallene Wendeltreppe zur Schlafetage haben wir (beide über 70) uns besser gewöhnt als gedacht. Bei Problemen oder Wünschen reagierten die Gastgeber Ana und Raphael schnell.

The Apartment was small but had everything you needed and was clean and comfortable, the outdoor space was really great and surprisingly quiet ( in March) . It was in a good location close to the castle and loads of great things to see and restaurants nearby. The only downside were the spiral staircase which was quite small and steep but was ok.

Casa tranquilla, comoda, tutto secondo descrizione. Letto comodissimo. Facile raggiungere Lisbona sia con auto propria (poi non sempre facile trovare posteggio) sia con mezzi pubblici (tram + traghetto).

Our family (3 adults + toddler) spent a wonderful week at Ricardo’s house. Despite unseasonably rainy weather, we had a great time! The house had everything we needed for our little one. My husband could work in a separate space while we enjoyed the cute garden with its lemon tree whenever the sun came out. I bet the house is perfect for hot summer days, but gets quite chilly during rainy days - pack some warm clothes if visiting in cooler months! Belém is a fantastic neighborhood for families with plenty of nearby activities and places to eat.

Antoine est un hôte très disponible ce qui nous a grandement facilité notre arrivée à SEIXAL. Le logement est exceptionnellement propre et très bien placé pour visiter Lisbonne depuis l’embarcadère fluvial (10 minutes à pieds). La résidence est très calme pour se reposer des visites. La propreté de l'appartement est moderne avec une vue imprenable (Très grande terrasse comme sur les photos) sur le Tage, sur le pont du 5 avril et la statut du sanctuaire du Christ Roi. La place de parking est un vrai plus. L'appartement nous a complètement enchanté avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et extrêmement gentils afin que notre séjour se déroule pour le mieux. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour visiter Lisbonne et ses alentours. Sans hésiter, nous reviendrons pour d'autres vacances. Encore un immense merci à Antoine. P&O

We stayed at Joana's place for a short trip with 2 kids. Had breakfast on the balcony, took hot showers, got some laundry done, cooked in a beautiful kitchen, drank coffee, and had some great family time. Joana's place is right in the middle of it all, accessible street, with lots of shops, safe to walk around, and most importantly surrounded by Portuguese Custard Tart shops. You cannot ask for anything more than that. Would gladly book again!

My family of 4 stayed at this great place in early March. The apartment is as described. It has two floors and two balconies overlooking the beautiful city. The apartment is on the 6th floor and there is an elevator. The place is spacious, clean and comfortable. There is also a car garage, but we did not get to use it. The location is just 2-3 blocks away from Praca do Comercio. Walking distance to the Alfama and Baixa neighborhood. The historical Tram 28 has a stop one block from the apartment. You can also take Tram 15E which is near the Praca do Comercio to Belém. The host was very responsive and helpful. I wished we had more days to stayed longer. Highly recommended! Don’t hesitate and just book it!

A PERFECT place to roam the Alfama in Lisbon! In all our years of Airbnb-ing, this was likely the best-managed property we have ever stayed at. Very comfortable, all upgraded (the Alfama is an OLD area!). We could not have asked for more. Quiet, as soon as you close the modern windows, but leave them open for a while to hear the Fado music drifting up from below. The bed is new and very comfortable. The stairs up to the apartment are very easy compared to many here. We 100% recommend staying here if you want to be in the heart of the Alfama.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Lapa and very walkable to some of the best areas in central Lisbon. Carlos was extremely helpful, friendly, and responsive to all of our questions. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen :) Außerdem haben wir leckere und gute Restaurant Empfehlungen bekommen. Von der Unterkunft aus konnten wir alles gut zu Fuß erreichen.

Rose was extremely responsive and helpful. The shower/bathroom was clean and spacious. The balcony and pool were the highlights of our stay. There are cafes and supermarkets within walking distance of the place and has everything you could need for your stay. Uber and bolt are super cheap to get to places around the city also. Loved our stay and would come back again in the future

We very much enjoyed our stay at Catarina's botanical garden loft. She recently did some renovations to create a true kitchenette. We had everything we needed for an incredibly comfortable stay. We were very lucky that the previous guest checked out early, as it started to pour on our way from the airport. No one wants to spend 4 hours occupying themselves until check in, while it's raining, post flight. Catarina did everything she could to get the place cleaned and ready for our early arrival. initially, we thought we would just store our bags in the closet opposite the door. To our pleasant surprise, just as we reached the top of the stairs, she messaged to say the apartment was ready for us! The floors were still a little wet from her cleaning lady it was timed so well. The apartment was immaculate, and even better than the pictures. Catarina's communication was impeccable, I would stay here again in an instant. Thank you so much for your hospitality!

GREAT place to stay. I looked at a ton of places in Lisbon before booking, and am happy I picked this one. It’s the kind of place that has everything you need right where you need it. Homey touches, decorated with care, and the apartment itself is an ingenious use of space. Perfectly cozy, yet felt open and spacious the way it’s built. Clara herself is so kind, when I met her for check in she did a quick tour of the apartment to make sure I was all good. She left some fruit from her orchard. I just realized I forgot to take the sardines she gave me!!! Cute and lovely neighborhood — felt picturesque and like I was a local. It’s supremely walkable and tons of amazing restaurants, bars, and cafes around. Only notes for potential guests are there are a few sets of stairs up to the apartment, and the square outside can be active into the early morning, but I closed the door to my room and the noise was honestly hardly noticeable.

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern (8 & 11 Jahre) bei Isabelle zu Gast und es war perfekt. Die Wohnung war super sauber, toll eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Ganz in der Nähe sind kleine Läden zum Einkaufen und Restaurants. Man kann die Stadt perfekt zu Fuß erkunden. Isabelle war eine perfekte Gastgeberin und sehr aufmerksam. Vielen Dank, dass wir Deine Gäste sein durften, liebe Isabelle.

I loved my visit and when I return to Lisbon I hope to have the opportunity to stay at Joana's again. It is a very special apartment inside a converted church or monastery . Walking distance to everything. It is a peaceful serene space to return to after a busy day of sight seeing. The doormen and housekeeper were very nice too. I felt safe and welcomed and am grateful for the experience.

Wir haben einen Monat in der Wohnung verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie ist bestens ausgestattet und ideal für einen längeren Aufenthalt. Das Internet war stabil und schnell – für uns besonders wichtig, da wir remote arbeiten. Die Gegend ist ruhig und modern, außerhalb der Innenstadt, aber mit allem, was man braucht, direkt in der Nähe: Lidl und Pingo Doce sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Auch das große Einkaufszentrum Vasco da Gama ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist hervorragend – von der nahegelegenen Station "Oriente" kommt man bequem überall hin, zum Beispiel nach Sintra. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter Verbindung in die Stadt liegt sogar noch näher. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt!

It's a nice flat. nice location It is on the third floor, but the stairs are not too bad. Nuno always replied to the messages promptly ,enjoyed the stay would recommend and would stay there again.

Location of the property was the highlight for me. It was central and the metro station was literally minutes walk away. The apartment matched the description and was perfect for few days stay. It was spotless and had everything one would need. The hosts were responsive, shared local recommendations and were accommodating for late check out too! The only downside was the WiFi. The speed was too slow even for simple browsing but luckily I had good connection on my 5g so wasn’t a problem for me.
