Patricia was there to greet us and show us around. She provided homemade cinnamon bread which was delicious, fruit, candies, water, tea, crackers, and peanut butter in addition to what was listed. Getting in and out was very easy. A great place to stay!

Second time staying at the State Street Cottage. The location is close to campus and downtown. There is also a great walking/running trail just down the hill. The space is very comfortable and has everything needed for a pleasant stay. Great communication from the hosts also. Highly recommended!

Beautiful setting with stunning views, conveniently located to activities in town. Pretty home with private access to the area inside where we stayed. The bedroom(s) were spacious, comfortable, very clean, quiet, and had all the comforts of home and more. Would happily stay there again next time we're in Moscow!

Very nice little space under the main living quarters of the owner. Deb had fresh bakes banana chocolate chip muffins and a few other snacks. Had a great list of local restaurant recommendations. Short 3 minute drive to University of Idaho. Great place for parents to stay when visiting their kids at the college. Deb also left us a little treat for the drive home when we checked out.

Perfect place to stay when you need to get away from your busy life. You will be so comfortable in this clean, cozy, and cute home. Stella is the best of dogs too!

Overall a great location and the place served our needs for the weekend well. My only real complaint was that there was no wifi available and there were very limited options for watching tv in your downtime (its the first week of football season and couldn't watch virtually any games). Some things to consider is that there is only 1 bathroom so any more than 4 people and you might want to take that into consideration. Also the 4th "bed" is a converted couch and is fairly small so it's really only great for kids. While we didn't do much cooking, if you plan on it the amenities in the kitchen are not the best but get the job done for simple meals. Would still recommend for a quick trip to Pullman for a weekend or game!

2nd time renting for a family member to stay to visit since we dont have spare bedrooms. Both times they had a comfortable stay and Joy was great to deal with.

Erin was a pleasure to interact with and very communicative. Location was great, and a quick drive to campus or a number of local restaurants/shops. even though the hosts live in the upstairs space, we never heard them. Would gladly stay again.

The place was perfect for what we needed. Ken communicated before our trip, while we were there, and even after we left. I told him we might need to have a different way to enter the unit due to my elderly parents and he had it all set up once we go there. Having this change of entrance to the unit definitely made our stay much more feasible to accommodate to my parents needs. I also asked if he had a crockpot which he said yes. When we got there, there was a brand new one in the box in the kitchen with wine and candy treats. So nice!!! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ken!!!
