Neat and tidy comfortable stay for age of property. Very comfortable bed and coverings. Was warm quiet...bonus having garage acess.

One of my family’s favorite stays and extremely comfortable. Bjorn greeted us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour, including how to use the heated floors in the bathrooms! He is friendly and my family enjoyed chatting with him. The location is stunning, across the street from the bay and a walking/biking path. Everything in the unit is expertly furnished. The couches are very comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. The bathroom was spacious and had enough counter space for everyone’s toiletries. This was also the only place we stayed that had a dryer. There is another Airbnb upstairs who we saw park shortly after us but we didn’t hear anything. Another unit is next door on the first floor (well separated by a divider on the patio) but we didn’t see or hear anything during our stay. Overall great place and we were sad to leave after 1 night. The peninsula drive there is beautiful too.

Comfy and clean, had everything we needed for a great 2 night stay. Well stocked kitchen and the kids were impressed with the size of the TV! Easy access to the city for all the attractions and places to eat - The Best Cafe was a great find for gluten free fish and chips! Thanks for having us :)

Great modern space, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was great. A bit of a walk into the city centre but worth it as we had a parking space for our rental car. lovely out on the balcony also.

We had a great stay in Dunedin thank you. It was very easy to walk into town and place was large enough to have a few people stay. I would recommend this place if you are visiting the area

The house was perfect and clean. The beds super comfortable. Check in and out was simple and communication with our hosts very fast and helpful.

Very clean and comfy home. Erin is an exceptional and thoughtful host. I appreciate the things she did to make us feel at home. For example there’s a nespresso machine, milk, juice, jam, bread, cereal, available in the fridge for us. There were also many books and magazines if you wish to stay indoors to read. Her place is about 15 min away from Dunedin and it’s a farm stay, which makes it special and quiet. Do note there’s no stove, washer/dryer as well which was fine with us.

Such a gem of a home with the most beautiful views all around. We had a wonderful time and would gladly stay here again. Thank you Michael for your hospitality.

A real hidden gem, spotlessly clean and welcoming. Special little touches which made you feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Marian’s place catered well for our family gathering of four adults, two young children and a dog. The secure section was fantastic and extras such as the BBQ, portacot, highchair, toys etc were very convenient. Marian was a great host and I would highly recommend this property for a relaxing family weekend near the beach.

A really nice location within walking distance of many cool spots in Dunedin. I highly recommend this spot!

Clean, comfortable home. Host was very responsive. Home is on the "airport" side of the city, so it shaves 5-10 minutes off the airport commute. To those for whom it matters, water pressure is GREAT.
