The beach house is perfect. The attention to detail and amenities are well above average. We have visited for several years and nothing changes, which is perfect. The location is amazing. You can never run out of amazing places to walk to!

Adorable spot just steps from the ocean, everything was clean and cozy! It felt like a home, had plenty of amenities, and the windows all had peaceful backdrops of ivy/lemon trees/foliage. It was nice to relax in the back patio listening to the birdsong, and somewhat comical to hear the squirrels racing across the roof. Being two blocks from the ocean was a dream to pop over and walk along the cliffs. Thank you for the lovely experience!

We have stayed at Lori’s beautiful beach house several times, and it never disappoints! Lori is an incredibly friendly and responsive host, making the entire process seamless. The house is perfect for our family and meets all our needs every time. The home is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay—plenty of toys and videos for the kids, games and books for all ages, a fully stocked kitchen, and even great amenities for cleaning up after beach days. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the layout is spacious yet inviting. The location is unbeatable—a quick 3-minute walk to the beach, with stunning ocean views from the decks and the kitchen/great room. We loved spending time on the patio, enjoying the fire pit and listening to the waves crash in the background. The proximity to all that Santa Cruz has to offer makes it even better. This house has become our go-to spot for family getaways, and we can’t wait to return. Thank you!

Perfect cozy house for visiting Monterey and surrounding areas. Everything is a few minutes away by car. Trader Joe’s and Safeway are across the street. The pictures don’t do justice, it’s perfect in every little detail. And if you have dogs it’s even more perfect ( the big fenced yard with fake grass area is unbeatable). I would be happy to stay again if I was in the area

We had a wonderful stay. The views were unmatched from every room. The space was very clean and there were many amenities provided. Local restaurants and stores were conveniently close by.

Super clean and comfortable little spot easy to find and park and offered good amenities the outside bath was perfect and shower pressure and bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable a great little spot, the only con I would say is we wish there was a tv In the bedroom not the end of the world

This was my third stay- whenever I want to go off the grid but have all of the comforts of home, this is the first place I think of (I’d probably have more stays here but I am pretty much a spontaneous booker, so Vicki’s place isn’t always available when I want a local getaway). If you’re not local, it’s also a great home base for everything Santa Cruz County has to offer. Vicki is an excellent host and I highly recommend!

One of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at. Steps to the beach and the location is ideal and prime as it’s not too far or close to the town/freeway.
