little outdated but other then that was clean and comfortable. quite area but close drive to everything. Fans didn't work in main room spoke to Barry and he brought us a new fan the following morning.

This quaint and quiet home away from home is great value for your dollar. Modern, stylish and clean are just a few descriptives. The host kept in touch from beginning to end and was always available if ever we needed her. Everything needed for the stay was there, a lot of thoughtful touches. Perfect place to stay right by the beach. Very rustic but it has everything you need, you can cook easy meals at the kitchen. We enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings and watching the ocean by the evenings. Shavonette is a wonderful host and will help you with anything you might need. We loved our stay, very cozy and budget friendly.

My stay was great. Very clean, organized and the atmosphere was peaceful. For anyone visiting exuma, this is a great home.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Cephas ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement est situé au centre de l’île. Excellente organisation concernant notre arrivée, nous avons louer une voiture chez un ami de Cephas. Celui ci nous attendait à l’aéroport avec une pancarte avec notre nom. Hôte très arrangeant ! Overall it was a great place. Beds, pillows, blankets-everything was very comfortable, we had excellent sleep every night. Place was clean and neat. Central air was great. Kitchen stocked with sufficient number of pots, dishes, cups and silverware. Only one thing to improve- nice sharp knife would be great. All knives were steak style and I had a real struggle with some food prep. Pantry was stocked with basic spices, dishwasher tablets and liquid, powder for washing machine, BBQ briquets and garbage bags. Some broken chairs and other trash in the sitting area by the beech were a bit unpleasant but overall still a nice place to relax in the shade. Some toys for little kids to play in the sand and some inflatable loungers-nice touch. There were about 7 kayaks but it was too choppy all week for us to use them. Location is not too bad, 15 min drive to boat rentals, 7 to grocery store. Thank you Margaret for great stay.

I had an amazing stay at Meredith’s place! She was incredibly kind, responsive, and accommodating, making the entire booking process seamless. She even went out of her way to allow an early check-in and was so understanding when our plans unexpectedly changed. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her detailed check-in guide and clear communication made everything so easy. I truly appreciate her hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Our family of 5 absolutely loved staying here. The beds were comfy- including the sleeper couch. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals. My kids enjoyed having the kayaks & beach toys. We enjoyed the chairs & umbrella. This is an ideal location and the hosts are amazing! We took advantage of the grocery pre-stock service & they accommodated our request of a late check out. We will definitely be back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Maryann’s and Elvis’ place and we felt right at home. Maryann and Elvis were absolutely heartwarming, friendly and helpful, as well as the other staff, especially Michele. Our room was clean and the place is peaceful and quiet. We’d love to come back and clearly recommend to stay in this paradise!

Endroit très propre et extrêmement tranquille. Nous étions confortables du début jusqu’à la fin du séjour. Gros coup de coeur pour la vue à couper le souffle. La plage est incroyablement magnifique, nous l’avions pour nous seul. Un endroit de rêve pour tous les gens qui souhaitent relaxer sur une plage paradisiaque. L’endroit est très bien entretenu. First of all, Fina is a very pleasant and hospitable person. She did everything to make us feel home. It was really great to get to know her better. The place is super charming and comfortable enough to accommodate 4 people. We love cooking, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The location is the best we’ll find in Exuma. The Deck is walking distance and the view takes your breath away. Our girls enjoyed kayaking and fishing. When the tight is low you can walk to the shoal. We definitely will return. I recommend Fina’s place. Thank you for everything. Jana, André, Maya and Ayla.

Perfect place for us to stay during a group travel trip. Great food. Beautiful location. Helpful and friendly staff. Great value!

Aunty kays place was amazing but what made i more amazing was her, she made the arrival, the stay the night the ALL incredibly amazing. she is amazing and loving and treats you has if you are her family. i will definitely recommend this place to everyone and will come back for sure.

Much appreciation to Levi and his family for a wonderful stay and for being such wonderful hosts and making us feel like family! I don't think you could ever find hosts more gracious or hospitable. Accomodations were very clean and matched the photos and description. I appreciated having lots of fresh bath and beach towels. The beds were very super comfortable and something to look forward to after a long day on the water or the beach. The location is beachfront and steps away from Three Sisters Beach. The deck overlooking the beach was awesome. On days when the water was rough Levi gave us suggestions for calmer beaches. Levi checked in leading up to our trip and offered to pick us up and drop is off from the airport. When our flight was delayed, he let us extend our checkout which allowed us to get another half day on the beach. If you come to the Exumas, you'll definitely want to rent a car to explore all of the wonderful beaches. Would book here again in a heartbeat!

Wonderful place to stay with a great view of the ocean and steps from the beach. Simple accommodations and for us it was perfect. A comfortable place to sleep and shower, the rest of the time we were outside at the beach or out exploring. Friendly staff around the property and at the restaurant/bar. The place is as described in their posting, so I highly recommend reading the full description and definitely recommend getting a rental car. The following is not specific to this location and heard from others we ran into on the island as well, internet is spotty here and at other locations. So if you can’t live without internet or TV save yourself the frustration and get an international data plan for your phone (cell service was good) and download a couple movies or episodes of your favorite show before leaving home. I would recommend this place to my friends and family and would consider staying here again.
