Molto bene. Praticamente sulla spiaggia, lettini, asciugamani e completi snorkeling a disposizione. Casa ben arrredata, molto pulita, comodissima per due persone. Check in e check out comodissimi. Glenn sempre disponibile. La località perfetta, su un'ottima spiaggia e con un'ottimo ristorante a pochi metri. Tutto molto bene. Consigliatissimo.

First of all, Fina is a very pleasant and hospitable person. She did everything to make us feel home. It was really great to get to know her better. The place is super charming and comfortable enough to accommodate 4 people. We love cooking, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed. The location is the best we’ll find in Exuma. The Deck is walking distance and the view takes your breath away. Our girls enjoyed kayaking and fishing. When the tight is low you can walk to the shoal. We definitely will return. I recommend Fina’s place. Thank you for everything. Jana, André, Maya and Ayla.

Henry's place is a wonderful spot right on the water. It is rustic - just the basics - but very comfortable and the aquamarine waters of Hoopers Bay will wow you every day. From the front door, it's 20 paces to the steps into the water. We stayed 12 days and would have gladly stayed longer. The best grocery store on the island is Smitty's - a 2 minute drive or a 15 minute walk (note: all stores on the island are small and close at 6p). There are so many great beaches on Exuma, you should have a car to explore the island. Henry's place / Hoopers Bay is mid-island; Tropic of Cancer beach is 35 minutes south, Cocoplum beach is 35 minutes north - try to get to both! Or just rent kayaks from Henry's brother next door. The house has two units with separate entrances, and is well-insulated in terms of sound. There is another unit upstairs. At times, you could hear other guests, but we never saw them and the place felt very private :-)

Perfect place to stay right by the beach. Very rustic but it has everything you need, you can cook easy meals at the kitchen. We enjoyed walking the beach in the mornings and watching the ocean by the evenings. Shavonette is a wonderful host and will help you with anything you might need. We loved our stay, very cozy and budget friendly.

Much appreciation to Levi and his family for a wonderful stay and for being such wonderful hosts and making us feel like family! I don't think you could ever find hosts more gracious or hospitable. Accomodations were very clean and matched the photos and description. I appreciated having lots of fresh bath and beach towels. The beds were very super comfortable and something to look forward to after a long day on the water or the beach. The location is beachfront and steps away from Three Sisters Beach. The deck overlooking the beach was awesome. On days when the water was rough Levi gave us suggestions for calmer beaches. Levi checked in leading up to our trip and offered to pick us up and drop is off from the airport. When our flight was delayed, he let us extend our checkout which allowed us to get another half day on the beach. If you come to the Exumas, you'll definitely want to rent a car to explore all of the wonderful beaches. Would book here again in a heartbeat!

Jackie and Jean Louis’s apartment is all that we had hoped for and more! Located on a beautiful waterfront a few miles out of town, it is private, well-maintained, and extremely comfortable. Kayaks are in excellent condition and the water is easy to access. The screened in dining room is exceptional! Do not hesitate to book. Lott, the property Manager, is hands-on and extremely helpful, and the owners are quick to respond to any questions. We hope to return again!

The host was extremely nice and helpful. The villas are right next-door to their restaurant, which is open basically for lunch. Location is a short walk to beverage shop. There is $1 million view from the bedrooms and back deck. We would stay there again.

We’ve spent amazing time with friends in this place. The most amazing beach I’ve seen was barely occupied by anybody else than us. Fish tacos in restaurant were as good as all the recommendations we’ve red before coming - totally delicious! There were SUPs, hammocks, kayaks to use. Violet was very helpful and she was answering all the questions we had. She also allowed us for the late checkout because of our late flight. She is a lovely host. It’s a perfect spot for people who want to rest from busy resorts as it’s distinct from basically anything, but offers everything g what’s needed to really rest and enjoy amazing beach and water. Thank you!

We appreciated every thoughtful detail in this place including air conditioning, shampoo and conditioner for the showers, dishes we used to cook, and chairs, cooler and floaties for the water. We had a tremendous stay!

Thank you Beth for sharing your beautiful home! We had an absolute blast. Our group decided against renting a car at the last minute, taxi’s were affordable and got us to where we were going on time, always bake in some time if using a taxi, our drivers were always busy, but certainly made time for us. We boated with fun stops and lunch, enjoyed some downtime at the house for kayaking and exploring, and did another boat day for lobster and some snapper….it was amazing and everyone was very welcoming. Thank you Beth! The house is perfect. We’ll be back for sure!

Had a great stay at Paradise Point. Enjoyed having the cooler and beach towels available for our use. The ninja coffee pot was awesome as it made ample coffee for us daily. Having yeti coffee mugs was great! Travis and Ressa were great!!

Talk about a perfect place to stay while on the island. Not only are you a few minute drive from Georgetown, you have direct access to a beautiful beach and have two amazing beaches on either side of your bay. The Kitchen is fantastic and updated, with a new water heater and AC. You'll be comfy not matter what time of the year you go. Short drive to water taxi for little Exuma, several awesome restaurants close by. I would highly recommend staying here. If you feel like staying in and taking a day to stay out of the sun, the house is fully equipped with good wifi and great TVs.

Our stay at Tranquility by the Sea was truly the most peaceful vacation we’ve ever had. The secluded beach, just steps from the front porch, made for the perfect spot to enjoy coffee at sunrise. We had groceries delivered ahead of our arrival, which made settling in effortless, though Smitty’s was just a few minutes away for anything we needed. Our host, Natasha, recommended Jolly Hall Beach, and it was the ideal spot for our little ones—calm waters, gentle waves, and stunning views. A perfect getaway!

Our family had an incredible week at Jack's house. Brilliant location, lots of space, and great amenities. Would definitely stay again!

The house was as described. If you are looking for a quiet little place with your own personal cove/beach area, then you have found it. The only people we saw was an occasional boat go by. There is 1 neighbor, however we only saw them leave in the morning and come home at night. We enjoyed using the kayak and beach chairs the most.

one of the coolest places we've ever stayed. you lite have step right into the water. The newly updated two bedroom has comfortable beds, a large refrigerator/freezer with plenty of room for all the snapper and grouper we caught offshore. The Bonefishing in Exuma is fantastic and in addition to that I checked off 4 or 5 more species caught on a fly. There are two levels of deck which you could technically catch bones right from the lower deck. We saw a half dozen swim by within 15 feet at mid tide. The water machine has cool, cold and Hot water. No need to warm water up for tea, it's practically boiling right out of the machine. Spencer and Co host Brendi are fantastic and very quick to respond. There is a gas grill for cooking steaks and Chicken. Chicken at Prime Island Meats is very inexpensive for the record. There is a washer and dryer that are new and work very well. Overall we had the time of our life and Shoreline Flats was a fantastic home base for us. Thank you.

We really enjoyed staying at Lidia and Eric’s place. They were both very friendly and welcoming and gave us some local recommendations. Eric even offered to take us in his truck to pick up some groceries on our first day there. The kitchen has everything you need to cook your meals and the house is very homey and comfortable. Fully equipped with floaties, life jackets, kayaks + more. The views, AMAZING! The entire beach is practically yours. We were sad that we didn’t see sea turtles. But that’s nobody’s fault. I would absolutely book through them again because the location, and that beach is just so peaceful and beautiful. The water is so clear and turquoise. It’s walkable to a grocery store, pricy but good stuff. And a pizza place in the same shopping center which was very good! Also walkable, on the opposite side, is a liquor store and Rush Hour restaurant. The lady who runs that restaurant is super friendly and the food we got was very good (wings and rice and fish sandwich).

This place was incredible and has hosts to match! Lidia and Eric went above and beyond to communicate with us before and during our trip. They were so helpful and answered any questions we had immediately! The condo is located in great proximity to most things we wanted to do and seemed central to the airport and to the main town of George Town itself. We rented a car and explored the island but I wish we had devoted more time to just enjoy the beach at the condo. It is simply beautiful at Hooper’s Bay. We spent many afternoons and evenings just floating in the bay or going for a trip in the kayak or paddle board. They have many chairs as well on the beach. The balcony/deck chairs are great to sit out on and enjoy the view from above. The concrete stairs down to the beach can feel a little steep but there is a handrail and they are really wide and easy to navigate. Outdoor showers and water hose was placed perfectly to use after being on the beach. Comfy beds and a nice kitchen area!

Wow! Appartement situé au 2eme étage, directement sur la plage. Pendant la semaine entière nous n’avons vu qu’un seul groupe de 4 personnes sur l’immense plage devant la maison! L’appartement est plus grand qu’il n’y parait sur les photos, très bien équipé pour cuisiner, beaucoup de serviettes de toutes sortes (incluant serviettes de plages) et accessoires de plage (parasol, chaise de plage, palmes, bac à sable, etc). Il y a aussi du savon à main, shampooing, body wash, sac poubelle, détergent lessive, détergent lave vaisselle, bref tout ce qu’on a besoin pour notre séjour! On espère pouvoir y revenir dans quelques années, c’est un vrai paradis !
