Sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Appartement. Die Lage ist ideal um das Stadtzentrum zu Fuß zu erkunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic place, perfectly located for exploring Vienna. The apartment was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and felt just like home. Yuliia was very proactive and attentive—she made everything easy and smooth.

This is a clean, quiet apartment in near the Austria Center that was a perfect location to stay during a conference. There’s a beautiful park near the building and the gym (in the adjacent building to the apartment) was excellent. It’s easy to take the train into town as well.

Had a really good stay - location was fab as it was a 10-15min walk to city centre, metro and tram links nearby as well. Apartment was very spacious for two of us, and in a nice building. Only slight point to note is that on Saturday nights, there are three nightclubs close by and the music could be heard in the apartment until after midnight. Bring earplugs 🙃

Petra was an amazing host. She was very helpful and very kind. We enjoyed our stay very much. Very close to Český Krumlov, which was beautiful. We are already planning another trip. The house itself was beautiful, and the farm was lovely. My daughter enjoyed seeing the horses and chickens. This place is for sure a relaxing area. I highly recommend.

Stay was great. The apartment I stayed in was very spacious. Bed is comfy and the kitchen is fully equipped. Terrace is nice especially in the morning when sun is rising. Overall, apartment was clean but it had traces of wear (especially walls which were having luggage marks on them from other guests).

Wir wurden sehr nett von Silvie empfangen. Sie hat uns das Zimmer und die Dachterrasse gezeigt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man brauchen könnte. Außerdem war der Ausblick super. Absolute Empfehlung, ich würde definitiv hier wieder übernachten.

Alles war großartig. Von Anfang bis Ende. :) Cornelia ist ein toller Gastgeber. Unsere Mitarbeiter, die hier übernachtet haben, waren wirklich glücklich und haben ihren Aufenthalt genossen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Tag an wohl, und konnten uns gut erholen. Die Tipps fürs Motorrad waren sehr hilfreich und auch dass wir in Wien umsonst parken konnten war super. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, so dass man alles machen konnte, was man machen wollte. Auch der Pool war super, so dass man an heißen Tagen direkt eine willkommene Abkühlung hatte.

Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Man hat alles was man braucht und vor allem Ruhe. Die Kommunikation mit Martin verlief problemlos. Wir hatten ein schönes und entspanntes Wochenende zu dritt mit Freunden. Hätten auch locker noch ein paar Tage länger ausgehalten.

Tolle Unterkunft in der Nähe vom Schloss Belvedere. Super vom Bhf erreichbar. In direkter Nähe befindet sich ein Supermarkt, ein Drogeriemarkt und ein Bäcker. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und geräumig. Marianna war stets gut erreichbar und hat uns bei der Schlüsselübergabe alles in Ruhe erklärt. Es war ein toller Kurzaufenthalt in Wien.

drie dagen verbleven bij Gottfried. Gottfried is zeer gastvrij, attent en behulpzaam. De omgeving is werkelijk prachtig, het dorp goed bereikbaar en het heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Dat honden welkom zijn is een grote plus omdat het een heerlijke omgeving is voor een wandeling met je trouwe viervoeter! Een relaxt verblijf voor natuurliefhebbers dat ik zeker kan aanbevelen! Das Haus war schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht ist vorhanden gewesen. Die Buchung wurde kurzfristig durchgeführt. Der Garten und die Umgebung sind sehr schön und ruhig, alles ist gepflegt und ordentlich! Wir fühlten uns mit Kind (5) und Hund sehr gut aufgehoben!

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein Hund und haben uns in der umgebauten Scheune alle sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, warm und hell. Das Bett sehr bequem. Uns war wichtig Silvester an einem ruhigen Ort zu verbringen, an dem man auch ohne Auto Spaziergänge in der Natur machen kann und das haben wir hier gefunden. Danke Hanni für den feinen Aufenthalt. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Katja is such a nice person!!!! She give me a warm welcome with a flexible check in time! And also the apartment is super clean and tidy. I felt very comfortable during the stay! It has different types of restaurants and has Billa, Spar, Müller in this area, which is really convenient. I highly recommend that if you wanna stay in Vienna for few days, Katja’s apartment will be a great choice!

war für uns die perfekte Unterkunft, sehr zentral gelegen und trotzdem sehe ruhig! die Wohnung war sehr sauber, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr gute Matratze für einen erholsamen Schlaf nach einem langen Tag in Wien !! wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen

Stefan's house is 20 minutes away from the center. Much cheaper than the houses in the 1st district. We stayed with 6 people. It was a bit difficult to have only one toilet. The house was big. Just like in the photos. It was comfortable. thank you Stefan

Wir haben fünf Tage in der Wohnung von Annemarie und Motti verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und bietet alles das, was für einen Aufenthalt in einer Stadt benötigt wird. Besonders hervorzuheben ist einmal die Lage der Wohnung im Karmeliterviertel und die Nähe zur Innenstadt. Zum anderen war die Kommunikation mit Annemarie und Motti sehr gut. Wir haben beide nicht persönlich kennengelernt, waren aber ständig in Kontakt mit ihnen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

It was perfect, the city center is close with public transportation. The communication was amazing.

Super Unterkunft, alles hat gepasst außer ein einziges Manko, die Duschtür ist nicht dicht, das sollte man unbedingt wissen BEVOR man duscht geht.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé! A 5min de la gare Wien-Mitte et des différentes lignes de métro. Étant plusieurs groupes, notre QG était le petit marché/bar/restaurants sur la place de la station Rochusgasse (essayez le resto italien, excellent!). l'appartement est spacieux et très confortable. Et les hôtes sont parfaits et arrangeants. on recommande.
