2nd time staying in this lovely gem! Perfect getaway for friends The fireplaces, hobbit hut, sauna and hot tub are wonderful treats for pure chill and relaxation times. Our hosts were as ever so lovely and communicative and really welcomed us into their space with pure warmth and hospitality Thank you so much ❤️

I booked based on previous reviews and was not disappointed. The cottage is lovely and has everything you could need for a perfect stay. I was able to park directly outside the cottage with no concerns. Rutland Water is gorgeous and I really enjoyed walking round the reservoir. I also drove to Seaton and found a great view of the very impressive viaduct. I didn’t meet Marie or Ben but Marie was in contact throughout my visit to make sure I had everything I needed. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely property.

As ever great place to stay

had everything we needed for our relaxing weekend away. opened the door on the saturday morning to a view of a rainbow stretching over the fields. place was very clean and well looked after. short drive into Bedford for a walk around the shops and the local museum and gallery. will be booking in again asap!

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas. The cottage and the village are beautiful. Stephanie and her daughter gave us all the information we needed and were lovely to deal with. Hope to be back again soon!

Loved every bit of staying with them. Place was clean and tidy and went out of there way to help me find extra accommodation when i was in need of somewhere to stay after staying with them. Definitely recommend to everyone

We had such a great stay at Apartment37. It was such a peaceful place to be and we really enjoyed just resting and feeling at home. The decor is beautiful and there were so many little touches that really blessed us. Suzanne and Ian had thought of everything. Suzanne was a brilliant host, communication was clear and prompt. My friend and I both said we wished we were staying longer. This is hopefully somewhere we will come back to at another time. Super peaceful and refreshing.

Perfect little Gem for a quiet couple of days away. Maggie was very responsive to all our requests. Apartment was spotlessly clean and everything you needed... home from home ! Lovely little touches like fresh milk and biscuits. Lovely village and so close to Rutland Water so enjoyed a good few walks. We will be back !
