Helene's place fitted the bill perfectly. The house was just what we were looking for and the setting was lovely overlooking the beach and the bay. Helene was particularly helpful even to the point of leaving us a load of fresh Mullet which we cooked for our dinner. We really enjoyed our stay in Southend and our mornings and evenings sitting on the balcony eating breakfast and dinner and watching the fisherman come and go. We can thoroughly recommend Helene's place for a stay and can almost guarantee that any guest will be looked after by Helene as though they were a member of her own family.

Jayne's cottage is beautifully presented with thoughtful inclusions and decorative details. Comfy beds with nice linen, a well equipped kitchen and we loved the generous welcome gifts of local treats, and even some treats for our doggos. We felt right at home and had a lovely stay - thanks Jayne!

We had the pleasure of staying with one of the most hospitable hosts we have encountered over the years. The property boasts an excellent location, complemented by a spacious garden that adds to its charm. Additionally, we were impressed by the generous provisions in the pantry. Overall, our experience was highly positive and we would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to others

We had a wonderful time at the retreat. We had beautiful memories together with our family and the host (Jodie) is very nice and friendly. Jodie has been very helpful and supportive specially with the communication and know how to make the guest living experience more enjoyable and fun. An unusual location, in that there isn’t much else in this little town, but worth it to stay in this gorgeous and different church conversion. Tastefully decorated and containing everything you need for a comfortable stay, I would highly recommend this as a place to gather with your friends and family. My horse mad daughter was so excited about the horses that live in the paddock next to the property, Jes even supplies you with carrots to feed the horses with. Overall, a luxurious and peaceful stay in a lovely home that I would recommend to anyone.

From the moment we arrived and walked in at Ocean Alley, we felt like we were home. The house is special and does not lack any amenities. We were so comfortable and well looked after on our holiday in Robe that there were times that we just wanted to stay at Ocean Alley rather than go out. We absolutely loved our time in Robe and will return to Ocean Alley in the future. To anyone that visits, be sure to venture out into the backyard late in the evening and look at the stars. You will not be disappointed!

What a great place to use as a base to explore the south Australian Limestone Coast!! So relaxing to return to a spacious place with amenities that make life easy. Charmaine is also very responsive, thank you for a great time!
