We had a great week at Gordon’s place. It felt spacious and well designed for two people. We appreciated the use of the practice room for cases etc. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets for cooler nights.

Awesome location. Set up really nicely inside. Clean and tidy. Host is super attentive to messages and answers questions with next to no delay. Totally worthwhile and relaxing. If you need a good sized apartment that’s local to ponsonby and the cbd this is perfect. Would stay again in a heartbeat

Naomi's hosting was excellent being proactive, clear and responsive. The apartment is as photographed and our week long stay was very well supported by the quality amenities listed. Thanks to Naomi for providing us with milk and coffee pods. Access to onsite parking, city attractions, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance, or a short drive away proved we made the best choice for our stay. Naomi's apartment is great for couples on holiday needing a central base to explore Auckland and surrounds from. Quality bed, linen, shower pressure and Sky Sports to stay current with the NRL season was very much appreciated!

Perfect location for a stay in Auckland - the Viaduct area is lovely and all the key things are easily walkable. Apartment itself is perfect for 2. It’s spacious, clean and well equipped. We didn’t do any self-catering as there are loads of good restaurants nearby but you could with the facilities here.

My two sisters and I had a great stay. The unit is light, sunny and had everything we needed. Very good walking distance to the Viaduct area and downtown Auckland. It was lovely sitting on the wee balcony in the morning and evening, with the Harbour bridge lit up in the distance. Pam left good information, and responded immediately with helpful advice to the only question we had. This was an excellent spot to base ourselves for a weekend in the city, we would come again.

One of the best Air Bnb’s I’ve stayed at. Fully stocked amenities/items from the kitchen pantry to bathroom and bedroom supplies. The kids particularly enjoyed having You Tube built into the TV. If we needed anything Heather Jayne was there to help and in a very timely manner. Very enjoyable stay like living in your own home and more. Thanks very much.

This property was all the "C"s - clean, conveniently located, comfortable and cosy. It was situated in a safe gated compound with well maintained pool, gym and tennis court at the foot of Mount Wellington a great local beauty spot from the top of which are sweeping views of all of Auckland. It is a short bus ride/reasonable walk from the excellent Sylvia Park shopping mall and the railway/bus station almost opposite provides quick uncomplicated access to the city's transport network - 15 mins from the CBD.

Astrid is an amazing host. She is kind, informative and her home is everything we were looking for. Highly recommend her place to anyone travelling to Auckland area.

My family and I loved being so close to Parnell. Tons of great places to explore. Petrena was responsive and available for anything we requested.

Great stay at Winnie’s place in remuera - plenty of space for the 6 of us (4 adults and 2 kids). Nice and quiet area but handy to Auckland activities. Winnie was a proactive and responsive host. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place to stay , Dan left a porta cot for my baby in the room which was so convenient for myself as I didn’t have to lug mine around for my trip , house was tidy and spacious , quiet neighbourhood , great communications would definately stay again

This is my family 2nd visit in this lovely house & the location is perfect for close by families. The 1st visit was last year 2023 & due to my medical condition, I was not able to come on that trip, but my family mention that it was a house that we can call home. It was my 1st visit and now I see why they say this is home. Thanks to the host for making it possible for my family to check in early. Hope all is well with the host & in the future if possible & be able to return would be great.

We stayed at Kennedy Point for our wedding. It was honestly perfect! My parents and I were comfortable the night before and they let us leave bags (and my dress) early which was greatly appreciated. After the small wedding, the balcony proved a perfect place for our families to relax. We had such a special time and this Airbnb contributed hugely to that. Thanks so much for hosting us!

We stayed at Lyndal’s home to attend a Coldplay concert at Eden Stadium. The home is only a 5 minute walk away which made it perfectly located. The Kingsland area has many, many restaurants and with the train station only 500 metres away everything in Auckland is well within reach. We loved everything about our stay here.

I LOVE this little apartment! It had everything we needed. We rented it for a month whilst visiting our son who lives in Auckland and used it as a base for visiting New Zealand, but each time we left and came back it felt like coming home! Lovely cosy space for what we needed, plenty of cafes, shops and restaurants within easy reach but despite this it was lovely and quiet (apart from the neighbours dogs once in a while) Carol is the perfect host, very helpful and not at all intrusive. I messaged her a few times and she was always very responsive. We asked for a late checkout as our flight wasn’t until the evening and she kindly let us stay whole day. We would definitely stay here again, when we’re next in Auckland!

We stay in short-term rentals a LOT. Searching for an exceptional property where you know you will be comfortable and enjoy your time there can be stressful. Let me make it easy for you. The 40+ five-star ratings this property has are for good reason. If this property is available for your desired dates, stop searching and book it. The only nit-picky complaint we had was the lighting in the main bedroom's bathroom. There is a window opposite the mirror. While it provides great natural light, you must keep the shade down when using the mirror. Otherwise, the backlight makes it difficult to see your face clearly in the mirror. Bottom line: whether you are staying for a couple of days or several weeks, you will be very happy that you landed in this lovely property.

Ivanli was an excellent host who was very attentive to our needs. The balcony was more breathtaking than the pictures provided. The cozy 2 bedroom apartment was big enough for the 3 of us and in a great location within walking distance to many restaurants and stores. It had everything we needed. Would highly recommend!

Linley's apartment was perfect! A beautifully setup place to relax in which had everything you needed, even down to a portacot for our little one. There a as also a swimming pool, spa and a carpark available. A quick walk to lovely cafes, and the Viaduct and downtown CBD. Just a perfect location! Linley was extremely helpful prior to our arrival and we would most definitely recommend a stay at this awesome air bnb. Thanks so much for everything Linley, and also to Karin! 🙂

We had a great 3-day stay at Nick's place and would be happy to stay here again. The private balcony is clearly the star of the show with its garden, grill, jacuzzi ("spa pool" in Kiwi-speak), and Sky Tower view. The condo is in a great location (I recommend the Grey Lynn butcher shop to make best use of Nick's grill) while still being quiet & private. And Nick himself is easily among the best Airbnb hosts I've interacted with –– he went above & beyond to make sure that check in & check out were at times that made sense for us, he's got a great sense of humor ("humour" in Kiwi-speak), and generally speaking he seemed to genuinely care that we had a fun experience.

A pleasure to walk into a little haven. Didn’t factor in the stairs even though it was well communicated ( this is more about us taking too much gear). Comfortable, actually very private even though part of a complex. Would love to stay again and will recommend to others.
