A wonderful place to stay - the house was lovely and very tastefully styled. We felt right at home and it was so nice to pop out to the beach. The outside hot shower was a really great addition! Kristie was an amazing host, great communication and offered restaurant recommendations which we used and they were excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others.

Nicola went above and beyond for me and my friends for my 40th birthday. The house has so much character and so much to do. The tennis court and swimming pool were an added bonus on top of everything else. The house had everything we needed. Great place for everyone to enjoy.

The property met all of our needs and expectations, but the host was the best part of our stay. She was one of the best we have had through AirBnB, always responsive and her properties are immaculate. We made sure to stay twice and even found another of her properties for our accommodations while in New Zealand. We would recommend Kristin to anyone staying in the Bay of Plenty and will definitely try to stay with her again if we get the chance. Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality.

This place was the perfect spot for our family holiday. We had 4 adults and 4 children and the size of the place was perfect for us. The pool and Spa were both highlights and well used. A nice easy walk to the beach. Thoughtfully renovated and beautifully decorated. I would highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a beautiful place to stay close to the beach. We will definitely be back. One thing to note is that the sleepout does not have an attached bathroom and the backdoor can not be opened from outside. Not a big deal but was slightly inconvenient.

Wonderful place! Everything in great condition, unit very clean and well equiped. Would absolutely stay again. Also pool was lovely, hot tub fantastic for cooler days. And all common facilities well maintained. Nice location slightly out of town, flat and easy walk in. Meant we had a quiet night sleep in a busy town! Hayley was really quick to respond to messages and everything was as stated (I’d argue even nicer than the photos).

Had a lovely stay thanks. Lovely hosts. Comfy beds, powerful shower, clean and tidy apartment, private and quiet, lovely deck with table and chairs, perfect location for us to get out and about.

Thank you to these kind and generous hosts, they both were so easy to talk with and so helpful. It was a perfect place to have a break at, I just wish that I could have stayed for longer. Immense gratitude to them both, I wish them continued success in their hosting lives and thank them for the privilege of being able to stay in their home.

Absolutely lovely place to stay! Carolyn was very kind and had good recommendations on what to do in the area. The view from the window was beautiful overlooking the bay. There is a walking path around the bay about 10k; it was a lovely morning walk. The neighborhood is very peaceful and calm, felt very safe. The kitchen was perfect and stocked with basic supplies such as soap, laundry detergent, instant coffee, pots/pans, oil. The room was very spacious, beautiful and clean. Would highly recommend this beautiful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at 50 Marine Parade at Bay of plenty! The location is absolutely prime, right by the water and just a 5-minute walk to Mount Maunganui, restaurants, and shops. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and Irene was super responsive and incredibly accommodating. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit to anyone visiting the area! Thank you, Irene, for making our stay so enjoyable!

This is the second time I staid at Trudi’s place and both times I felt right at home. Trudi is so great and made me feel so comfortable! The space is beautiful and cozy and in a great spot. Close to lots of restaurants and the beach!! I will definitely bring back! Thanks Trudi xx

We had a fabulous time thank you for having us Barry. The apartment is in a great location and the kitchen is well catered for with appliances and provisions for self catering. Having stayed at the Mount for many years this year would have to be the highlight, great weather, great location and the pool was an absolute treasure especially for my husband who is English and isn’t particularly fond of the beach. I would recommend this as a location for people who are wanting a holiday at the beach but if it is windy or a bit cold can enjoy a swim in the pool. Regards Jackie

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

Beautiful apartment, fixtures and furniture very high quality. Very clean throughout and kitchen well set up. The extra touches such as beautiful throws and cushions together with plenty of toiletries and kitchen items dishwasher tablets , washing up liquid and plenty of cleaning clothes very useful. The photos did not do justice to the lovely private deck immediately off the lounge and main bedroom. We were able to have breakfast and drinks outside during our stay. This was on ground level with no other accommodation overlooking the area.

Geoff & Bee's place was absolutely perfect for my husband and I. The location is practically at the foot of the mount and the building has access on two sides allowing us to go one direction for our hike around or up the mount and the other direction to go directly across to the beach. Also it is about a 5 minute walk into town with lots of great restaurants and shops to visit. Geoff & Bee's Airbnb was exactly how it was described, very neat and clean with everything we needed to stay for several weeks. The unit also has a washer and dryer which was a big plus since we exercised and went to the beach pretty much every day. Also the bed was super comfy which made for a goodnight sleep each night. The building is well run and was very quiet. We got to meet Geoff & Bee for coffee and they are an absolutely lovely couple and terrific hosts! What a gorgeous place to stay in, I was there during some stormy weather and the harbour view was incredible. Everything is in a walkable distance, and the kitchen has all the basics covered if you wanted to stay in and cook (and enjoy the space and view instead). Everything was tidy, spacious, and thoughtfully presented. James was wonderful and very responsive to communicate with. Next time I'm in Tauranga I would love to stay again!
