Such a beautiful peaceful area to stay, very clean, it had all the things that we needed for a comfortable stay and also had great air conditioning inside for the amazing weather. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for a nice place just to get away, to enjoy the peaceful ness of Tauranga. Nice and Cosy. Loved this house 💙

This is a great place to stay, and Jan is a great hostess. The location is brilliant, close to the beach and to cafes.

Leanne’s place was so perfect for our family holiday. We staying during the busy new year period but the location is perfect it’s close to omanu surf club which isn’t as busy as the main part of the mount which we loved. The place itself is lovely and Leanne was so great - she left us a load of kombucha which our kids loved! It’s really close to the mount and Bayfair shops and there are a few coffee places around the omanu surf club - including a new cafe surf road. This place was perfect for our family of 4.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette petite maison! Nous avons profité de la cuisine équipée et du petit extérieur. C’est une zone très calme et avec plein de choses à découvrir dans la région. Une voiture est fortement conseillée. Les hôtes ont été particulièrement gentils et on même prêté une trottinette à notre fils.

Beautiful place with peaceful moments. Nice location with beach, restaurants, cafes and markets. All the thing is better than expected.

Such an awesome stay! The shower was one of the best we’ve experienced on our trip—perfect for refreshing after the beach! The A/C was excellent, and the rooms were beautifully decorated with an artistic touch. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful, quiet area made for a relaxing stay. Lots of natural light and airflow too. The beach access is just a short walk away, and we loved having access to boogie boards and the washer/dryer. While we had some internet issues (not the hosts’ fault), they were very prompt and communicative on the issue and even dropped off a special treat as an apology. The oven is older and took a bit to preheat, but the well stocked kitchen makes up for it! Overall, it was a lovely time at a fantastic spot! Would recommend to any future guests.

Everything about Justine’s place was perfect for us. We had an extended stay in Mount Maunganui and were so comfortable. The house was well-stocked and spacious. Comfortable beds and pillows. Location was wonderful. Walkable to grocery store, shops, and the beach. The pool and workout equipment were a fantastic bonus. We would definitely book Justine’s place again.

Lovely place to stay, beach right across the road, about a 6min walk to the main street with all restaurants and shopping. 10min walk to the mount with beautiful cafe options. Only thing to be aware of is that if your vehilce has i high roof like our van, you cant park near the house and will have to park out on the main street.

Stayed for a month. Kate and Nick were friendly and responsive to any questions or issues we had. They even lent us a guitar when my husband was missing his own. Beach was stunning, lots of restaurants nearby, movie theatre, and shopping. Very enjoyable stay.

Lovely home, had everything we needed. Perfect for young kids, free of any clutter, and nothing they could break within reaching height. A nice place to get ready for a wedding, and come back to afterwards. Jillian arranged a portacot and was flexible with the check in time - very helpful! Thanks again!

This house was so cute! Ideal location in the perfect spot. It was walking distance to the four square and the beach. Such a nice and peaceful neighbourhood too. Ideal spot for a nice place to just relax.

This was our third stay at Harriet’s place. We find it just so easy to stay here. Has everything you need + more. Very clean and tidy. Comfy beds. Great bathrooms. Location to the beach is perfect. Would definitely stay here again, such a good house! Thank you so much Harriet :)
