We had a fantastic stay at Villa Bluesteps. It was a great location, remote enough to feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but close enough to Jogja for anything you wanted to do. The food from the bluesteps restaraunt was very tasty, the local food was some of the best we had. The breakfast had good options and the team even prepared early on the days we had to head out for the day Finally the team and staff at bluesteps were great. They communicated so well with us that we felt at home from the moment we arrived. Novi and the whole team went the extra mile to look after us during our stay and showed such kindness to us! Anything we needed they were there, including last minute aloe Vera leaves 🙌

Wij hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad! Deze plek is een ervaring, beleving die je niet mag missen. Er heerst een rust, het is brandschoon, alle huisjes hebben een prachtige badkamer. Het zwembad is mooi en heerlijk water. Het personeel is fantastisch, heel vriendelijk en reageert meteen op vragen. De dag beginnen met een geweldig ontbijt en liefde van de mensen is fantastisch! Echt een aanrader!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Alterstay Yogia! Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos, grosszügig, absolut ruhig gelegen und die Poolarea ist ein Traum. Das Team ist quasi rund um die Uhr erreichbar und hatte immer gute Tipps, falls man einen Transport zu Sehenswürdigkeiten brauchte oder sonstige Fragen hatte. Alle waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Jeden Morgen wurde uns ein unterschiedliches, sehr leckeres Frühstück zubereitet und auf alle Wünsche eingegangen. Wir haben in dem Restaurant auch mal abends bestellt und fanden das Essen ebenfalls sehr lecker! Absolute Empfehlung

We had a fantastic stay in Yogyakarta! The location was stunning, with beautiful views over the rice fields and lush greenery, especially from the pool. Everything was spotless, and the host, Achmad, along with his team, was incredibly responsive and helpful. They arranged a great private driver for us, which made exploring the natural and cultural sites around Yogyakarta an effortless and enjoyable experience. We visited during Ramadan, and Achmad kindly informed us in advance that there might be some early morning activity, which we appreciated. A highlight was the delicious free breakfast, freshly cooked every morning, and the warm hospitality of the team. The WiFi worked well, and getting around with Grab was easy. Highly recommend this place as a perfect base to explore Yogyakarta!

Clean, modern apartment with all amenities listed provided. Note that this is a studio apartment and not a one bedroom. The apartment is easy to access, it’s clean and spacious enough for 2-3 people, and the building staff are friendly and helpful. Minimart in the lobby was a nice surprise, and convenient. I would definitely consider rebooking again if I was in the area.

I had a really great stay at Villa Sare. I spent 3 nights in Sare 5 (this listing) and 2 nights in Sare 3. First of all, the view from Sare 5 is unbeatable. It’s like looking at an ocean of paddy fields outside your window / from the patio. The villa is located in a village so the location is not so convenient if you’re looking to get around. However, it’s the perfect location if you just want to rest or have a digital detox, away from the hustle & bustle of the city. They also provide traditional Javanese breakfast, and there are some restaurants/cafes within walking distance. The only downside was the construction works next door during my stay, so there are noises from 8 to 5 from Mon-Sat. If you’re a light sleeper, you may also be wakened up by the calling of prayers from nearby mosques. Other than those hours, it’s extremely peaceful to hear the nature sounds and wind blowing. On a separate note, I also enjoyed my stay at Sare 3 which I found more homey and has softer bed.

Koldo's property exceeded all expectations! The immaculate swimming pool, comprehensive amenities, and complimentary breakfast created a truly luxurious experience. After comparing similar properties in this price range, I'm confident I made the perfect choice. Two nights of absolute comfort and hospitality, a hidden gem I highly recommend to all travelers seeking exceptional accommodations.
