Benjo's apartment was exactly what we were looking for. Pictures are accurate and the place was clean, organized, had everything we needed for our stay, perfect for our family. It's located inside Pico de Loro Hotel which is a bonus as the entire neighborhood is beautiful, family friendly and the beach is 10mins walk from the condo. Communication was great as well, clear instructions and very responsive when needed. Definitely will come back soon! Thanks Benjo for having us at your place!

Overall our stay was good and the host was very responsive. It was easy to check in since the contact person was already waiting for us. The internet was fast! The kitchen needed a little cleaning, and could use more utensils and cooking materials. The water from the faucet and shower was brown but it was ok for us. The bathrooms didn’t have a bidet though. Hope you can add this for convenience of guests. The location was perfect! It was walking distance from club house pool and the beach, it was in the middle of everything. Plus the unit did not get hit by morning or afternoon sun since it was facing the pond (nice view).

The photos didnt do the place justice. We were 7 people and we fit comfortably sa loob. I even had the entire king bed for my self. Yung photos ng 2nd bedroom- the 2nd bed looks small and it wasnt. A family of 5 slept in that room and tigisa ng matress yung dalawang kids with a lot of space pa. Julie wasnt there so she endorsed me to a friend of hers. Her friend had to leave so hindi nya ko accompany BUT she took the time and effort to look for another member -Mike who was verrrrry welcoming. Comment ko lang talaga sana may broom sa unit so we can walis the floor bc we stayed for 3 days but not a biggie. Yung caretaker naman was available palagi- its us who didnt request nalang kasi busy kami either sa pagtulog or paggala. We even wanted to extend kaso we have work and the kids have school. The rooms were very comfortable din the master bed didnt have fan but it was never needed ang lamig ng ac. The living area though mataas ang ceiling so malaki ang space was also malamig.

The place is clean and well-maintained. The unit includes all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, with fast Wi-Fi and Netflix as added bonuses. It is ideally located to complement the various activities available in Pico. I highly recommend this unit and will definitely book again. Thank you, Sir Joel!

It was a nice and beautiful place. The host and caretaker are very responsive and informative. They’ve helped us all throughout from check-in to check-out. We will definitely recommend the place to our family and friends.

I just decided to have a quick vacation last minute because of stress at work. The long drive was worth it and good choice that we booked this place. We got a chance to unwind, feels like home and my kids love it! Spacious, clean and smells good. Lots of pillows, and comfortable warm blankets. Good spot because of the mountain view in the morning. This was my third visit in Pico de Loro, and what made this experience unique was the place we stayed in. As soon as we walked inside the unit, we felt at home. It was cozy and looked exactly like the photos. The host was very responsive during check-in, and the caretaker was incredibly nice and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay.

first of all, our accommodation is nye. so, it's already hard to find a place that's not a hotel to book. so, thank you for letting my family stay and enjoy the nye and fire works that the club offers. here's a review from one of my family. Beautiful place! "Hotel-like condo" name really suits the place. Friendly host Ice cold AC, complete kitchen tools, free water, Smart TV, AND THERES A PS5 you can play! Great balcony view. Bathroom have some minor issues, but it works

Amazing stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, especially when our car broke down—they went above and beyond to assist us. The location is excellent, and the ambiance is great. The space is very spacious and well-maintained. One of the best places to stay!

We had a wonderful experience at Ryan’s property. From the moment I booked, the communication was seamless and welcoming. The home is exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything you could need. The location was ideal, close to the country club and not too far from the beach. We genuinely felt at home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting.

They are quite responsive via airbnb chat, and provided complete instructions about check in/out, amenities etc right after we booked the place. Can comfortably accommodate a group of 8-9 persons. The place and furniture match the photos exactly; we liked the modern decor and fixtures. It was quite easy to check in/out---- for check in we did not need to queue at the registration office but instead proceeded to the country club desk. When we asked for help with the gas stove, someone came to assist within 15mins. They have a gas stove outside on the porch, they also have an electric stove for indoor use. The porch and main bedroom had a lake view, and you can hear the sound of the birds which is very relaxing 😊 internet is prepaid so you need to purchase load, but that's okay if you came to just rest and disconnect. It was a great stay.

We waited 1hr for checkin and waited for jovelyn to process the check in and she didnt arrived or respond to our calls or texts The services is not complete there was no internet and 2 days we try to communicate with jovelyn and she didn’t respond We didnt saw jovelyn until checkout only You received the whole amount but not comply all services (internet)

The host is responsive, friendly. She replies pretty fast. Although we were late with check-in, the caretaker waited for us. The unit is clean, feels like home. I liked the texture of covers and sheets. TV shows a lot of channels. The surroundings are superb, left us speechless. Good thing you can cook there. They have a small food store in a neighbour building. The cost is very affordable. Much better deal than staying in a hotel. Will definitely go back there again.

Kelvin is responsive, so easy to understand all his instructions and you'll never get lost! He is a very good host! We enjoyed lots of things to do like swimming, playing darts, badminton, walking, viewing the lagoon, many trees, ornamental plants with flowers of variety of colors! So refreshing and relaxing! For sure. we'll be back here and will bring our friends and family with us on our next visit!

The unit was clean, well-decorated, and equiped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to beach, restaurants, and country club.

The unit is nice and clean. It smells nice when we entered the room. The caretaker is doing a good job maintaining the place. The utensils and kitchen appliances are clean. They have hot and cold water dispenser. The beddings are also clean. I just don’t like how the host responded my request to accept the reservation. It may be a standard reply but hosts should always be friendly and accommodating.

We had a great time! the kids very much enjoy playing at the beach and country club. The management just have to invest/improve on their water softeners to improve the quality of water on the estate.
