The place is lovely and worked well for my family. The cost of a two night stay doubled w tax, cleaning fees, etc. We almost cancelled due to the final cost for two nights. Is it possible to offer short stays the option of cleaning themselves to eliminate that cost?

We loved the beautiful lake views and that we could bring our dog with us. Stargazing while enjoying s’mores at the fire pit was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was a very positive one. The hospitality of both the owners and managers was fantastic. Managers lived right across the street which was super convenient just in case they were needed. The home was well furnished, cutely decorated and it was very home like. We had an overall great experience!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was so nice and clean and very open inside. Had just about everything we needed for our two night stay. I can't say enough good things about the beautiful property. Loved walking the trail in the woods with our dogs. Wish we had more time, but would love to come back and stay in this home again. I have stayed at many air b and b’s and this one by far exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and decorated beautifully. It had a huge back porch and backyard which we didn’t use we it was winter. The rooms were very clean and super comfortable. The kitchen is huge and had everything you need to feel like home. She got back to us anytime we had a question really fast. The family room is perfect for family movie nights. We would for sure stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful! The place really has everything and it's very well thought out... right down to the dog bag dispensers. It was great to get out of the city for a couple of days to decompress. The neighbors were surprisingly close, but they weren't there so we never saw them. The hill and driveway were also surprising... the pictures did not do it justice lol. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it to anyone ❤️

Nice little get away. They have a cute little pond right outside of the place, when you look out the window you see the water, it’s very nice. It was pretty cold when we went but still had a great time. The owners house is on the property but they stick to themselves which is nice, we thought we were going to see them/ hear them way more than what we did. Property does have a bit of walking area, however most of the property was dug up cornfields and muddy so we didn’t walk through that. Overall the place was nice and I would book again once it’s a little warmer.

This place was awesome for my kiddos and I! They loved all of the games that were at the house. Aaron always responded quickly if I had a question. Overall, just a great place.

I’ve only stayed at about a dozen or so places, but this was the best so far. Very clean and comfortable.

Cheryl’s home was great for our family with young grandchildren. The sand provided hours of building and pretending fun. The sandy beach and shallow water depth was perfect for all the children from 2-8. They really loved jumping off the dock. The kayaks and paddle boats gave us time on the water. The large level grassy backyard was excellent for softball and tag. The bunk room was great for the grandkids to sleep together, leaving 4 bedrooms for adults. There was a pack n Play and a high chair for the youngest. There were many toys and games to play. The house hade cute decore with special touches to welcome us everywhere. We also appreciated the washer and dryer. The leather sectional was cozy for all of us. We also loved the fire pit for s’mores in the evening. We would like to have had more beach seating. The last two plastic Adirondack chairs were fatally cracked. I’m sure those are on Cheryl’s list to replace soon. Thank you for sharing your home with us Cheryl.

Host was very responsive to questions/needs as they came up. Was very accurate with description on property. Definitely would consider staying here again.

This home was absolutely gorgeous! Everything is very updated, the living space on the main floor is an open concept, which was great with a large group. Chelsie was a wonderful host, very responsive with returning my messages prior to booking, and she checked in with me during our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and asking if we had any questions about anything during our visit. Every little detail was perfect, having shampoo & conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms, a blue tooth speaker in the shower, cards and games for us to use, these are just a few of the examples. We felt so at home here. If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay in Grand Rapids not far from downtown, and you are looking for a place that feels like home- this is the one! So many restaurants, bars, and things to do near by. We hope to visit again in the summer months so we can make use of the beautiful outdoor patio area and of course the pool. Everyone in our group loved it here!

Franks place was exactly what I was looking for. Close to family nearby, space for my kids to run, and a house that felt like home. Couldnt recommend it enough! We did not end up using many amenities he had to offer, but they were readily available to us if we wanted. Will look foward to staying again in the future.

This is an great place. It worked perfect for our family of six. It would be a great place to stay in the summer.

This home was beautiful and well maintained! The host was so helpful and checked in throughout the stay to make sure everything was good. I felt like this was truly a home away from home!

My husband and his brothers and friends came for a bachelor “party” relaxation weekend and they absolutely loved it! Maen was very informative, friendly, and had great communication which lead to a great weekend. The house was clean and the property was great with a shooting range outside on the property for them to use that they enjoyed. I know they would go back if there was the opportunity to. Highly recommend this stay!

Couldn't have had a better location. My girlfriend and I were looking for a secluded location away from the hectic city. Todd's cabin was the best decision I made on my first Airbnb location. We got exactly what we were looking for. Not only does it come with lots of trails to walk, indoors is a pinball machine and old school record jukebox machine, games to play and even Netflix and chill. Thank you again for the wonderful get away from the city for my 40th birthday.

Very clean, supper easy to talk to for questions and check in/out. Really nice to just relax and supper close to snowmobiling/atv trail heads and close enough to stores

The home was really cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed. The home was very clean and we were able to bring our dog.

This cabin was just as described . It was very secluded and peaceful. Lots of wildlife and beautiful views. The cabin was cozy and had all the amenities we may have needed to use per the host. Excellent get away spot and close to Cadillac if you need to get out and about. Our host was very quick to respond whenever we had a question . Would definitely recommend this cozy cabin getaway and I would love to stay again sometime.

The host was very responsive to my questions and it was as described in the listing. It was very quiet and hardly anyone drove up & down the road :) The house was clean and had a kitchen with ample supply of dishes and utensils. The internet WiFi was plenty sufficient.
