The apartment was spectacular. Modern amenities in an older building makes it very charming. It is also very spacious even more so than the pictures convey. The building is located on the main artery which makes it very convenient. There is a delicious restaurant just across the street. The balcony is also very nice with a river view.

It was very lovely stay, very clean! And comfortable!

Samer was a great host! Great communication throughout and very kind! I reserved the place for my sister and she enjoyed her stay very much! The Airbnb was beautiful, just as pictured, clean, comfortable, and peaceful. Would definitely stay again!

This home was exactly what we needed for the weekend! Beautifully decorated, clean, uncluttered, and the location felt like a safe and friendly neighborhood. Tonya left us some very nice local snacks and that was hugely appreciated when we got in late Friday night. Couldn't have asked for a better spot. We will definitely stay again next time we come to Owensboro!

Very nice place. It was larger than I thought it was. The hideaway bed was really neat. You have your own little patio which was great. Wish I had more time to check out this shower that had everything. We met Stephanie and talked . She was very nice. I have stayed at a few different places here and definitely a top spot. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed here for two days to make my commute to work easier with the weather, so a very last minute booking. I was so pleased at how fast Angela responded & got me in there. She was super helpful & the place was so nice & clean! The instructions to get there, and to get inside were spot on too! Definitely recommend this place & will be telling co-workers if they’re looking for somewhere to stay :)

Bailey's place was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean, great location, and perfect for our family's trip. Directions to the location were detailed, and check in was super easy. We would definitely stay there again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Melissa’s house! The home was immaculate, smelled great, and was stocked with everything one may need! We loved how walkable it was too- food and entertainment just a block away and also right next door. I’d stay again and recommend to everyone 💓

Very cozy and comfortable. Just the right size for 1 or 2 people. Very close to downtown. Plenty of on-street parking.

Everything looked just like the photos. We enjoyed having a TV in the bedroom. The laundry units available for use by guests of this apartment are very nice. There was more noise than we expected from the long term tenants above with small kiddos but the host did include a “noise warning” in the “Additional Info” section of the listing that we missed (and that was our fault for overlooking this).

Place was clean and looked like the photos. We stayed during the weekend, the bedrooms are facing Franklin street, which can be quite loud, so even though the beds were comfortable enough, the noise was a bit of a problem.

I’m originally from the area and I’m glad places like this exist for people traveling out of town since hotels are scarce. The space was clean, the host was very responsive and friendly and it was a good value for what I paid!

This is a quaint little place right downtown in Evansville. Easy access to everything especially for downtown dining and concerts/events. Great for a quick weekend getaway.

It was a fantastic time and it was a seamless interaction with my host Angela. Clear instructions, great location, spotless and beautiful loft. It was a great experience. Even snacks were left out for us!

Peaceful, comfortable and convenient place to stay. We slept well and had a great stay! I wish we'd had more time here because we didn't get to relax in the lovely garden or explore the art and history museum that was within walking distance. Our host made sure we had anything we needed and checking was smooth. They also suggested where to park due to storms-very considerate hosts! Lots to do within walking distance!

We had a great stay at Sean’s place! The location was great, it was easy to get in and out, and the place was clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Sean was very responsive and friendly when we had wifi issues as well, which was appreciated! The only thing I would add is that if you’re a light sleeper bring ear plugs because the walls are pretty thin and we could hear footsteps/voices upstairs, but that doesn’t change my 5 star rating at all and I’d stay again in a heartbeat!

This is my third stay at Sean’s downtown digs. This is a great location, walkable to a great coffee shop, restaurants, downtown, and the Ohio Riverfront. The apartment itself is spacious and gets lots of natural light. With windows on three sides and plenty of fans it was cool and comfortable despite the warm outside temperatures. We didn’t even feel the need to use the window AC, although it was there should we have needed it. I will definitely be back.

Beautiful and oh so comfortable!

This was the perfect location for our stay! We had great communication from Sean from the beginning. We even got a heads up that there was an issue getting to the parking area well before we arrived. The space was clean and cozy and perfect for 4 adults and a little dog. I highly recommend booking here!
