Amazing place! Very clean and spacious, we had no issues fitting 8 people. The view from the deck was gorgeous and location was very close to Sunday River and Ambram’s Mountain.

Sebago Lake area is a new destination for us and we were looking for an AirBnB specifically in the Standish area. We are a family of 5, including 3-teenage boys so it was important to us that everyone had their own bed, and there was space to spread out. This property more than exceeded our expectations. Spacious, exactly as described, beautifully decorated. Each bedroom had comfortable beds with window AC units as well as fans. The fire pit area was so relaxing. Private beach was a short 0.5 mile walk away. Boys loved the paddleboard and kayaks, and the added bonus of a private dock allowed us to rent a pontoon boat for the day. Would definitely recommend this property!

Was an amazing stay for me and my friends! We enjoyed the scenes from the back door! Super convenient location right on embden pond legit the pond is 30 steps away from the back door! We will for sure be back in the summer time with our boat! The host was amazing and super flexible with check in and check out times really making sure we got the full enjoyment and the house instructions are super easy! Only thing I wish was different was maybe a tv somewheres just to enjoy movie with family at night or catching some news with morning coffee or those really cold days ice fishing where you just want to watch traps from the door with movie playing for the kids just helps put that background noise in a house something much needed I feel.. thank you for sharing your beautiful place with us and look forward to coming back!

Elaine’s place is one we will utilize in the future. The Airbnb was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a nice size with plenty of appliances. The family room was large with plenty of space to sit or lay down. The sound system was awesome, and included several speakers. The bed was super comfy and the blackout curtains allowed there to be no light in the room in the morning. One of our favorite touches was the dart board that could be used. This place is super close to Sunday River, and very private.

Had a great stay at the cabin. The lake and surrounding mountains are beautiful. Lake was fun to fish off dock and using canoe. Nearby town Bethel has a few nice restaurants and there are a number of easily accessible day hiking spots nearby. The beds are super comfortable as well. Overall a great stay!

Lovely little cabin in a beautiful location right on the lake. Close to town and skiing. Great place for a family or small group.

This is place is a gem. The lake is beautiful and the beach is very private. The house has a nice layout and is both spacious and cozy. This was our second year staying here and we plan to come back again! Dina is very responsive and great to work with.

The accommodation was perfect for our ski trip to Mt Abram and Sunday RIver. The host was responsive and flexible and helped with any requirements we had, including bringing a little dog. Highly recommended if you want a peaceful getaway stay, as the view was fantastic and the location very quiet.

The perfect getaway to relax! The setting is beautiful and while the cottage is near others, it feels very private. Conveniently located to nearby towns that have lots to offer. I found what I was looking for- a peaceful and restorative winter cottage.
