This place was all it appeared to be and more. Although I never needed to call on Jesse I knew from her communication if there were any issues they would be sorted straight away. I will definitely go back.

Karen was amazing! Her prompt and friendly replies were so helpful! Not to mention the late check out! The place was great, clean, spacious... and so close to the beach!! I would recommend staying at her place!

A fantastic cottage and estate with many things to do. We both don’t drink alcohol so we were worried the Hunter Valley might have been a poor choice for our anniversary but our stay at the cottage made it all the better. The hot tub was a highlight, so was the pool right near us. We loved and appreciated every little touch of local recommendation, minties and wine on arrival (keeping it for when we decide to drink again!) There is a little forest walk to do at the property and everything else was within a 15-20min drive. We felt right at home and will definitely stay there again! Our little peaceful home away from home!! Thank you so much.

Lovely mid-week stay. Check in super easy, place had everything we needed. Large well fenced yard to keep our dogs secured. 10/10 - would stay again.

We had a beautiful stay. The cottage is remote and incredibly private as we had the whole property to ourselves. Only wish we stayed longer than 2 nights! Highly recommend the sauna addition although do note the additional cost. We’d love to return again

Amazing place in the serene Hunter Valley countryside. Wonderful views of the surrounding fields, and the outdoor tubs are a nice touch. The place itself is very cosy and has a rustic yet classy feel. Lots of blankets and pillows to feel at home and a well stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend!

Our stay with Sally and Romo was absolutely magical! Their cottage is impeccable - exactly as pictured, cozy and welcoming. Walking in to find freshly baked bread, homemade cookies and cakes was just the beginning. What makes this place extraordinary are Sally and Romo themselves. Their genuine warmth, joy and desire to connect made us feel like longtime friends rather than guests. Romo's personal tour of nearby towns and pubs was a highlight, as was the enchanting riverfront on their property. Our dogs had the time of their lives exploring the fields and meeting farm animals. The entire experience was filled with thoughtful touches and genuine hospitality. Our only regret? Not staying longer! We left with treats, memories, and new friends. Without doubt, this was our best Airbnb experience ever - we're already planning our return! Sally and Romo aren't just hosts, they're the epitome of hospitality and human connection.

Our stay was truly exceptional. Glenn provided fantastic experience at his Airbnb. Meeting us upon arrival and showing us around his property and the house allowed us to get our bearings, knowing where to find everything in the kitchen and through out the house. He introduced to us to his gorgeous dogs and explained the extra ammenities around the property such as the pool and sauna. He is a warm soul and very inviting, really enjoyed our brief chats. He frequently communicated to us and always checked on us and if we needed anything. We have never experienced this level of attention and detail at an Airbnb, and Glenn made it a really personable experience - Something Airbnb’s should have more of. We left the airbnb only frustrated that we didn’t book more time to stay. Glenn’s contribution left us really content with our time spent in Newcastle’s Could not recommend this stay more and we hope to return as soon as possible.

Peaceful, homely and unique stay. Our son and dog absolutely loved the place and it’s a great place to escape the busyness of life and reconnect with nature and each other. Tessa was quick and friendly and the check in process was simple. It’s a lovely area and community and the church is unique and fully equipped to cater perfectly to families, couples and pets :) we will be back! Thank you Tessa and family x

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach cottage. The house has great character and an even better location, close to everything with a beautiful view. The rooms were nice, and the house has a lovely atmosphere. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was absolutely gorgeous, and our kids had a fantastic time. Simon was a fantastic host—he went out of his way to show the kids around the chicken coop, which they loved, and even gave us some fresh eggs. He was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. While it was a bit on the expensive side, the experience and setting made it well worth it. A great spot for families—highly recommend!

Beautiful property and close to the wineries. The pool was a huge bonus and perfect to cool off on a hot day. We enjoyed our stay. Will always choose this place over other airbnbs in the area. Also! The dog ‘Scout’ is super friendly and we loved playing with him before he went back to his own house.

We had a lovely stay and felt right at home. The owners were very responsive with messages. They were also super helpful as our daughter was a little sick so they gave us new sheets and access to the washing machine. Toys for the kids too which kept them occupied and gave us a little tour of the farm which was lovely. Would love to come back one time. The fresh loaf of bread was delicious and super thoughtful hosts.

A great stay in this beautiful cabin. Great location in an area that provides tranquil surroundings but within short distance to great Hunter Valley attractions. Look forward to our next visit.

We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with amazing views to bond with family and friends! Our stay at this cozy home was wonderful. The views were stunning, with the lake, pelicans, ducks and birds all creating a relaxing atmosphere. The large, private backyard was ideal for family bonding, picnics, and fishing! We travelled with our 11month old & it was a great way for our little one to absorb the scenery & utilise the sunroom Pavla and Paul were incredibly accommodating hosts, allowing last-minute adjustments to our plans and making us feel right at home. It's the little details that count, and having hosts who genuinely care about your experience truly enhances the holiday. It was a memorable stay, and we can’t wait to return again!

Wonderful! First of all, Marie was so so kind and helpful when we messaged asking for a last minute booking: within an hour we found ourselves in the cleanest, most homey, welcoming space! Great quality was throughout: from the amenities to the finishes to the fluffy soft towels, this is what an Airbnb should be. Surrounded by peaceful greenery but close to everything you need.
