The listing was true to the actual place. Our family enjoyed the visit. It was easy to check in and was very clean. Our children loved the pool table, ping pong, darts, firepit and the place over all. It had a perfect view of the water. We were able to watch 11 deer at one time right out the window. The host was very responsive when we asked a question. This place had plenty of room for our family. Also, Walmart delivers to this location which made it easy to get our groceries for the week. We put in on our list of favorite places.

When we entered the place the Fireplace was warm and inviting ( one of our favorite things), the temperature of the place was perfect. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay, there was coffee, butter and a 1/2 dozen of farm fresh eggs from their chickens. The king bed was so comfortable, we loved getting in bed at the end of our day. The nightstands were equipped with lamps and charging stations for your phones. Clean bathrooms with white plush towels. Our dog Thor thoroughly enjoyed running around and exploring the place and the Sunrises were Spectacular! We will be visiting this place in the future again.

Debbie and Ken’s place is amazing - more like staying at your favorite aunt/uncles house than a rental. Everything was perfect and so well thought out - if you are on the fence just book it already; you won’t find a nicer cabin by the river or a nicer couple of hosts. I’ll be back!!

Angela’s place was so cute and was much bigger than it looked in pics. Has lots of beds and can sleep a lot of people. Older home but very solid and nice remodel. On a busy 2 lane highway but we got used to that quickly and didn’t even think about it after the first day. As a matter of fact I enjoyed sitting in the living room with the huge picture window and watch the cars go by. It was quite peaceful. Felt roomy and kitchen was well equipped. About 20 mins to Fairfield Bay and Greer’s Ferry Lake west side. Would definitely stay there again.

We loved Matt’s place! An immaculate home, beautiful location on the water, extremely comfy bed, and so much more. Matt is one of the best hosts we have ever had. His artwork decorating the house is beautiful. The view of the lake is even better than we expected, and he gave great directions to the nearby boat launch. Matt even provided a welcome note, extra propane for the grill, and a basket of snacks! We felt so welcome from the moment we walked in the door. We live in the city so it was a treat to watch the sunset and see bright stars while eating dinner at night on the back porch. We are relaxed after staying at Matt’s place, and we hope to return soon. This was even better than five stars.

This home was just perfect for our multiple family holiday. Everything was clean and well stocked. Missy was very responsive and all instructions were clear. Look forward to another stay next year.

Beautifully updated place with lots of amenities. I love that they had lots of blankets and pillows. The area and river is absolutely gorgeous! Very responsive host!

My husband and I had a great experience staying at Tim’s studio apt located in a nice quiet neighborhood .It was easy to find with a nice view of the mountains. The apt was very nicely updated and clean with beautiful furniture and great extra thick towels and linens. Tim and LeAnn were very accommodating and quick to answer any questions we might have. I would recommend staying anytime you’re in Heber Springs!!

We absolutely adored Melody’s cabin. There were so many seating options to sit out on the deck and enjoy the beautiful area. Check-in and out was a breeze and there were very manageable cleaning expectations at checkout, which is always a plus! We will 100% look for Melody’s cabin as our first option when we return to visit family in the future!

I had a fantastic stay at Kristen’s place! The property was exactly as described—clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect, close to Blanchard springs caverns and several hotspots for fishing. I’d highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy and peaceful retreat. Thank you, Kristen for a wonderful experience, I will be staying again soon.

We were looking for a place to relax, read, and spend some time together. This place was perfect. The view was STUNNING! It was private (except for the cameras around the outside of the house). We loved sitting on the porch and listening to the birds and wind blow through the canyon. The inside of the house was clean, and well stocked. Our host Christopher was amazing. Very responsive to messages and sent messages to check on us throughout our stay. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. We will be back for sure!

My family of 6 could not have asked for more accommodating & pleasant hosts. Bob & Beth were super responsive if we had any questions about the area or where items might be to restock since we stayed for 12 days! Such a tranquil cabin with nature's beauty surrounding the entire area.

This cabin is fantastic! The expansive decks overlooking the creek were absolutely perfect for relaxing. The bunkhouse loft quickly became a family favorite. The location offers the perfect balance of privacy while still being close to town and Blanchard Cavern. Our host, Carey, was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The cabin itself was clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. We spent our days exploring, hiking, and spelunking in the area, and our evenings on the covered porch, drawing, stargazing, and enjoying the fireflies. It was a truly unforgettable experience!

We absolutely loved staying here! They gave the option for them to cook us breakfast and we decided to eat with them! We had great conversations! If you live meeting new people, Scott & Roni are definitely people you want to meet!
