My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the location was peaceful and serene (exactly what we were hoping for). The home was beautifully decorated and landscaped. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The master suite had gorgeous views of the red rock, the bed was super comfortable and the master bath was expansive and luxurious. The hosts were extremely responsive and were ready to help with anything we needed. The home is located about 15 minute drive from Sedona’s busy uptown core - we enjoyed being close to all amenities without being in the middle of the hustle. We would definitely come back to this location again and again. Thank you John and Rainey for a wonderful stay!

Our family of 4 enjoyed a fabulous stay! The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The self check-in process was super easy, and communication and response time from Nicole and Joe was outstanding. The pool area was absolutely beautiful— a serene space with amazing views that made it a relaxing space to begin the day or end the day. The location was ideal— hiking trails within short distance. Groceries, restaurants and shopping all within 10 mins. Super convenient! The kitchen was well-stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to relax and prepare meals in if we chose. We would highly recommend this spot to anyone, and would return to it if the opportunity arises.

Wonderful location with everything you could want for a family trip. Close to some of the best Sedona trails and the hosts are super helpful and responsive.

Josh and Melani’s home was the wonderful escape my family needed. We had plenty of room and had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces were just spectacular. Peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the pool as well. Communication was great. If we come back to the area with a group again this will definitely be our first place we will look to stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at our Big View home in Sedona! The space was beautiful, clean, and perfectly arranged for a relaxing getaway. Our hosts, Mitchell and Jared, were very helpful both before and during our trip. We were especially thrilled with how responsive and helpful both hosts were—when we had a couple of minor issues (one with the hot water and another with the lock), they responded immediately and had everything resolved in no time. It made us feel incredibly well taken care of and really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend staying here—we’d come back in a heartbeat!

What a gorgeous Sedona stay! The backyard is one that you never want to leave. But there’s so many iconic landmarks nearby that are well worth the hike. The house is quiet and peaceful and has giant windows with showstopper views. There’s thoughtful things throughout the house, like the snack basket which my kids were thrilled about, lots of family games and a record player for a fun game night. Immaculate kitchen. Good coffee and other essentials within walking distance. Book a reservation ahead of time at Mariposa and get empanadas and drinks on the deck, and take in the stunning views. And if you need anything, the host is very kind and really went above and beyond to make our stay as great as it was. Enjoy! I know we did!

The home was very well-equipped and beyond ordinary expectations. Home was very bright, private and in a very nice quiet neighborhood, Back yard had nice shade so we could enjoy the deck, grill and hot tub even in hot weather. Would stay again and would highly recommend to others.

Truly perfect. Walking distance amazing restaurants yet sitting on the deck you are surrounded by beautiful red rocks on every side. Sunrise over the red rocks is incredible and only matched by sunset. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Cabin for a Family Getaway in Flagstaff Our family of 12 had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful cabin in Flagstaff! The location couldn’t have been better – directly across from a hill perfect for sledding, which made for hours of fun for the kids. The cabin itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed. The kids absolutely loved their custom bunk beds, with room for 6 and their own space upstairs. They had a cozy TV area and plenty of room to play, which kept them entertained throughout our stay. The adults enjoyed the beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The outdoor area was also a highlight, with a large fenced yard that was perfect for our dogs to run around. It felt like a true home away from home, with every detail carefully considered to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house was quaint and cute, perfect for my young family of 6. Relatively close to Sedona, it served our activities well. Though we didn't spend much time in the surrounding neighborhood except to come and go, it seemed safe and quiet. The fire ring was a hit with my kids, and the house has nice clean finishes, but still comfortable and kid friendly.

Spacious and clean house located In a safe residential neighborhood. The host is generous and always responsive. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Beds are very comfortable. The master bedroom even has a Sleep Number bed. House is located an hour away from Grand Canyon NP and Sedona. It is also a 5 minute drive from Safeway and eateries. The divider wall between the master bedroom and second bedroom bathroom is thin. From the master bedroom I can hear my travel buddy running the water and the ceiling fan early in the morning. The internet was spotty one evening when we tried to watch Netflix and Youtube on different devices.

The views out the front windows were incredible. The location was great. It is an easy walk to town. We saw 15 javelinas in the backyard one night. It has a hot tub. Kitchen was well equipped. Jim and Kathy made up a folder with laminated pages with lots of ideas on things to do and how everything works in the house. It is a high end rental with a high cost but well worth what you get for the money. Being able to walk to town and having spectacular views of fed rock formations out every window was very special.

We are here often for work and this is by far one of the best places we’ve stayed at. Makes the guys feel a little like home when we’re on the road. Thanks again!!!!

The place is quiet, felt safe, and close to downtown. We had a great and comfortable stay. The carpet could use some deep cleaning.

This is a lovely place to stay. A very welcoming environment in the home, and the yard and woods behind it, are so calming. The yurt is a great bonus space. We visited the Grand Canyon for the first time and hiked in Sedona. Definitely would stay here again and would recommend highly to our friends.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

The home was clean, cozy and perfect for 7 of us. The hot tub was amazing after a day at Snowbowl. And, the owners were kind enough to have a bottle of wine waiting when we arrived. Overall the house was perfect for us and very close to downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend and would stay here again!

This a sensational house and location. We loved everything about it and spent our time soaking in the atmosphere and views. The info on the history of the house and its insane renovation is fascinating. Our night here was a highlight on our trip exploring Arizona. Thank you so much!

Larissa and Paul’s house was perfect for our weekend gateaway to hike in Sedona. The place was convenient to drive to Sedona. We appreciated there was washer and dryer onsite for us to wash our clothes after the hike. Lots of good restaurants nearby. We recommend for all future guests. Thanks for a great stay!

Valeria promptly responded to my messages. Her home was lovely! It was comfortable, clean and the perfect space for our visit with our granddaughter. The location was convenient to downtown Flagstaff and the neighborhood was quiet. I would definitely stay there again!

This property was very quiet and peaceful. It’s about a 25 minute ride from downtown Sedona, and there a good views of the red rocks from the backyard. The area is beautiful and it was a perfect spot away from the crowds and traffic of Sedona. We did a bunch of hiking and the hot tub and outdoor fire place were both a great way to relax at the end of the day. The property was easy to find, clean, well kept, and exactly as described. The hosts Kim and Jim responded quickly and were very nice. I would definitely recommend this property!!

We had a great family stay here for 3 nights. The house offered plenty to do for the kids, who especially loved playing bocce. Location was great and we all had fun at the river nearby. Would stay here again
