Great place to stay. Parking right by unit which was great. Great support from the host. Well supplied and really could not have ask for more. Fabulous view!!

the guest ranch was absolutely amazing!! this is a must stay! Hopefully the next stay will be a whole week!! can't wait to go back! if you get a chance you HAVE TO STAY HERE!!

Great place for our group trip. House was large and spacious with lots of places to hangout and the property was well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The lake access was a bonus and there is lots to do in the surrounding areas of Cranbrook and Fernie, both a short drive away.

The whole house was exactly as expected. Four of us make an annual golf trip to Kimberley. Tim’s place was great, the 4 bedrooms were very nice. - comfortable - clean - centrally located for the golf courses we played I believe the best compliment to be paid is return business. Our group of four are already talking about next year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful cabin. It was very spacious, well-stocked and an ideal location for exploring nature. Would definitely stay there again!

Anna was unable to host us due to a bad water situation at the ranch. AirB&B informed me that they have to penalize Anna due to the cancellation.. I want to leave this public review to express how helpful, accommodating, communicative, and lovely Anna was through the entire process. If you’re thinking about it, absolutely book a stay with Anna at the guest ranch. She is a fantastic host.

This home fulfilled all my ski trip dreams. beautiful tall ceilings with huge windows. Wood burning fireplace and a hot tub. The kitchen was fully stocked and fun games in the basement. It was an amazing weekend with friends.

Anna's place is better than advertised. Spectacular surroundings, peaceful, private and was everything we were looking for in a weekend getaway to get grounded and reconnect with ourselves and each other. The hot tub and sauna were easy to operate; the cabin was meticulous with every attention to beautiful detail. Highly recommended - we will be back with family and friends! Amazing place! It was a girls weekend and we wanted somewhere peaceful and away from the city! This place exceeded all expectations and the host Tony was very kind and helpful. The cabin is clean, well set up and felt very cozy. We will definitely be back :)

Our family had an amazing ski holiday, with quick access to both Kimberley and Fernie Alpine Resorts! The cabin was perfect for apres ski activities and a cozy atmosphere! We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved John’s place. The photos really don’t show how great it is. Beautiful view of the lake from the deck. Kitchen incredibly well stocked and with all the things you’d need. Plenty of space for all. We were two couples vacationing for 6 days. John was super helpful and great to communicate with. Lake Koocanusa was a dream. Such a find. We loved it. We brought our Sea-Doo and got out on the lake. We biked on local trails and explored Eureka and Whitefish. Such fun. Highly recommend!!

My wife and our family got together to celebrate our 40th Anniversary and my wife’s retirement!! With the help of our children and their families, this special celebration was awesome!!! When you plan so far out and now we look back at it all, the experience we had with everyone at Tom’s lake property, brought memories for all that will last a life time!!! From the moment I booked till the last hour, we were taken care of! Although we were only there for a short time, it felt like home! We didn’t want to leave at all! You know when you look at a few pictures and get the idea what the place will be like…. well this place is better than your imagination! We truly enjoyed our stay and we sincerely thank Tom for being a great host and allowing us to be able to stay at his place and experience lake house living is truly amazing and appreciated!! Thanks again Tom for this great celebration getaway!! Unbelievably an exceptional and memorable experience for myself and family!

Such a lovely stay! My second time here - first was with my Mom and this time I brought my friend for her 30th birthday. She was blown away and said it was “the best birthday gift ever.” I’m sure it’s all been said before… but this cabin getaway makes you feel like you’re the only ones alive in a wide, beautiful world. It’s so secluded and peaceful, with scenery so breathtaking it almost hurts. Everything about the setup is creative and thoughtful, you can tell the hosts have put a lot of care into it. The simplicity is refreshing and provides such a perfect reset. We wandered happily on the hiking trails, watched fireflies and stars at night, sat for long hours around the fire and swam even longer hours in the lake. A very memorable and special two days.

The best word to describe this stay is "magical." If you are looking to unwind and reconnect with quiet, nature and yourself, look no further. Debora has thought of every single detail to enjoy the winter wonderland that is her home and property. The cabin was completely stocked with everything you need to cook and relax. Tons of board games if the weather gets bad and an ideal setting to watch wildlife. We were lucky to have received a bit of snow while we visited, which we completely enjoyed. The cabin and property are pristine. Debora is an exceptional communicator and helped guide us to whatever we need. Of note if you are not accustomed to winter stays, you need to adequately plan for your food and water. It is a trek into town if the roads are questionable. We are used to rural living, so it was not an issue, but this is not a location that you can jump out and grab coffee around the corner in the morning. :)

We felt right at home from the time we walked in. Lee came over and introduced herself and gave us some quick pointers on the place and our surroundings. Lee and her husband Charlie were very kind and helpful if we had any questions they we’re always glad to help/ answer questions. We hope to return to Bonners Ferry in the future and we hope to see these two amazing people again.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Hillary's place. It had every amenity one could hope for. Hillary was extremely easy to deal with and offered insight to places near by for our family to visit. We had 12 people in the house and never once did we feel crowded. The place is gorgeous, and we had trouble wanting to leave! I would highly recommend staying here!!

My hubby and I absolutely adore it at Bull River Ranch!! Beautiful scenery, clean - adorable cabins that are nicely set up without having to bring more than clothes and food to cook in their well equipped kitchens. We have been twice now. Our first stay last year for our anniversary, we stayed in the Whitetail cabin as we had our boys with us. This visit we stayed in the Salmon cabin. Both times in November. Both cabins were of equal quality, esthetics and cleanliness. Dealing with Anna is always a pleasure. She is sure to make you feel welcome and comfortable. Their property is absolutely stunning, being nestled in by mountains and beautiful views. Not to mention the hot tub house equipped with 2 hot tubs, a sauna, showers, coffee station and tons of towels stocked. One of our favourite parts is being able to spend time with their animals. Their dog Summer is so sweet, the kiddos loved her. And the farm animals are so sweet! Their one black goat is like a dog. Followed us around for love. Our favourite little getaway!!

This was a great getaway and disconnect from the city that we were looking for. The unit we stayed in was as listed, clean, well supplied and we arrived to a toasty cabin (our lovely host had the wood burning stove on for our arrival). Being able to bring our pup along on our getaway was an added bonus.

This is a nice, peaceful lil cabin overlooking the mountains. It is in a great area for a get away and close enough you can drive to the city for dinner and activities. Highly recommend for a couples getaway.

Bill was a phenomenal host and the house was beautiful. Definitely plan on staying there again.

Awesome place to stay for a large family. Every bedroom had their own bathroom. The kitchen was WELL stocked for cooking at home. Really appreciated the extra spices and oils for cooking that we forgot at home.

This place was sooo beautiful and spacious just as described! I loved the cabin living feel, our family really enjoyed it! Ginger was super helpful, friendly and very responsive!
