We had a very nice stay at Casa Pocahontas and felt right at home. The house is decorated with a lot of love and is located about 10-15 minutes walk from Playa Maderas. We spent a lot of time in the open living area with the huge terrace. A great place to relax, read a book or watch the wildlife in the jungle. The kitchen, bathroom and bedroom were well equipped. There was even a yoga mat and blackrolls. If we had any questions, Sebastian was always available and due to the keybox the check in/out was very flexible and uncomplicated. We can only recommend the Casa and would definitely come back again.

Rosa was very nice. the house was pretty big and clean, very close by to the town and restaurants. Very cozy and clean place. I felt welcome and like home

Great unit to stay. If you need to check out before 8:00 AM make sure you arrange it with the staff. I did not know this and it was a bit of a hassle to check out and had to leave 45 minutes later then I wanted to leave.

My friends and I had a great time at the house it had everything we needed and the Property Caretaker Don Pedro was very helpful and pleasant. I would highly recommend Violetas house to stay in San Juan del Sur.

Nos quedamos en la casa proxima a la piscina, el alojamiento cumplio con todas nuestras expectativas, es muy espacioso, la cocina tenía todo lo necesario para poder organizar nuestras comidas y las vistas son espectaculares. Las habitaciones tienen buen tamaño e iluminación. Además tuvimos la suerte de poder participar de un evento/encuentro que John había organizado y que incluía una cena muy completa en un ambiente súper familiar, recomiendo preguntar a John sobre sus eventos e intentar coordinar la estadía con uno de ellos para vivir esa experiencia también. Gracias por todo John, con seguridad volveremos!

We had a great stay at this villa in Aqua. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet, relaxing spot with a beautiful beach —clear water, soft sand, and perfect for unwinding. The host was super responsive and helpful from start to finish. Would definitely recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

The views were amazing. The spot was great and amazing. Great place to stay and have a lot of fun. The communal pool is communal. Great spot to socialize. A gem.

Amazing the experience staying on Katie’s Villa, the views were unique and immaculate vibes. Spacious villa with high roof. They are the fastest replying host I have ever got, Also ask for Dennys he will help you get setup you up for anything you need in town awesome and friendly local. Wir waren 5 Wochen in diesem wunderschönen Haus und genossen jeden Abend den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb vom Städtchen San Juan Del Sur ist aber mit dem Motorrad oder per Taxi ganz einfach erreichbar. Wir können diesen ruhigen, schönen Ort sehr empfehlen und hatten vor Ort super Hilfe und Tipps bei Fragen.

Amazing place with a beautiful property. Access to treecasa amenities were great and they have a nice restaurant as well which is a 4 minute drive or 25 minute walk. Town is quite far but we were provided with multiple options for cab companies and delivery services by the host which were extremely helpful!

We enjoyed staying at Ricardo’s place. The house was spotless cleaned and spacious, it made us feel right at home. We felt secured within the gate community. The surroundings were lush green full of trees and the private beach access to the Marsella bay was a treat. We definitely come again and highly recommend this home to others.

Thank you for a great stay, the place is nice and just outside of town but easily walkable. It had all the listed amenities and more, including AC which I don't even think it was in the listing. You have to pay for extra electricity but we used 1 AC all night and we didn't even pay extra for it.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour à la casa Yosi. L’emplacement en front de mer est exceptionnel! Le mobilier extérieur et la piscine juste wow ! À l’intérieur, les chambres sont belles et confortables. L’air de vie est petit, mais à quoi bon être à l’intérieur avec un aussi beau site extérieur ! La plage est super tranquille. À proximité (à pied) il y a quelques restos, mais un gros gros coup de cœur pour El ranchito ! Les couchers de soleil devant ce resto sur la plage sont superbes. Le personnel de maison est présent et réactif. Maria nous a préparé un souper et c’était excellent nous recommandons ! Une voiture demeure un essentiel à moins que vous ne vouliez vraiment pas sortir de la villa. Par contre, prévoir faire l’épicerie avant votre arrivée car il n’y en a pas à proximité. Nous n’hésiterions pas à revenir !

Notre Séjour chez Bullshark c’est très bien passé beaucoup mieux que nous l’espérions!!! Notre hôte Tatiana a été parfaite très à l’écoute et très serviable ainsi que son personnel!!!! La chambre était parfaite avec une cuisine américaine ce qui vous permet de préparer votre petit déjeuner et les autres repas !!!! Une grande terrasse avec des hamacs surplombe les Bungalows et nous avons profité d’une vue incroyable sur les bananeraies et le lac Nicaragua !!!!! Je ne peux que recommander cette location à 100%

Súper recomendado, la casa es una belleza total, privado, vista espectacular. Natalie estuvo Pendiente, nos brindó información de la zona, Delivery y todo, la chica de limpieza muy atenta y amable. Ideal para descansar y conectar con la naturaleza.
