We spent 11 days at Hedvig's place and had a wonderful, restful experience. The location is very peaceful with a great view. The house is well equipped with everything one would need, including a great grill, and was quite cosy on rain days when we stayed at home. The location is secluded, so one needs a car to get to amenities in the valley below, such as restaurants and grocery stores. There are no amenities within walking distance. The road up to the house is serpentine and steep. We took our bikes, but decided it was not very practical to use them right around the house, so loaded them on our bike rack for tours of the valley. That said, we loved the hiking and biking opportunities a short drive away, and we also took some nice hikes directly from the house. There are a great many things to do in the area, from swimming in Verenje Lake to interesting museums. Borut, the co-host, lives in a neighboring house and was always very responsive and helpful if we needed something.

A szállás nagyon tiszta és épp annyira felszerelt, amennyire pár napig szüksége van az átutazónak. A szállásadó barátságosan és segítőkészen kommunikál. Sajnos a szállás egy nagyon forgalmas út mellett helyezkedik el. Bár lehet ennek csak a környékbeli egyéb utak felújítása volt az oka. Rengeteg teherautó ment el a ház előtt. De egy zajfogó fal védi a szállást. A parkolás a forgalom és egy karbantartás miatt nehézkes volt, de nem lehetetlen. A GPS minket rossz utcába vitt, pedig a szállásadó pontos címet adott meg. A helyiek segítőkészek voltak és megadták a helyes irányt. Összességében szuper szállás, minőségi bútorokkal, makulátlan tiszta állapotban. Máskor is ezt választanám!

We had an amazing stay at the house. Le location is very calm, clean and beautiful. We were greeted by Vinko and his wife who were really welcoming and who recommended us a few places to visit and restaurants near the house. The house is an hour away by car from Ljubljana, Logarska Dolina and Velika Planina which was very practical. We highly recommend this house to recharge your batteries between your visits in Slovenia, which is a magnificent country!

mooie omgeving, ruim huis met prachtig uitzicht. goede hulp van de gastheer. Afgelegen maar dat is juist wat we wilden. We hebben genoten.

L’endroit est magique! La vue de la terrasse imprenable ! L’endroit est parfait pour visiter la région. La maison est très bien tenue et équipée, nous avons passé un super séjour.

Wij zijn als gezin 3 nachten verbleven en het was heerlijk. Wij werden persoonlijk verwelkomt met vers fruit en lekkere drankjes in de koelkast. Wij moesten even bijkomen van de luxe uitstraling en de slaapkamers zijn nog groter dan op de foto's lijkt. In de tuin zijn meerdere zitjes met elk een eigen parasolen en handdoeken bij de ligbedden. Het ontbreekt je hier aan niets. Een ventilator zou misschien nog prettig zijn als ik dan toch iets moet noemen. Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf!

Place was as wonderful as it looked on the pictures. Perfect for relaxation, whether your stay is short or long, it was very clean and well maintained. Jelka was a great host, very welcoming and responsive. All in all it was a perfect spot to stay at while exploring Slovenia by car. We’ll gladly come again!

Urska is a wonderful host, very friendly and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. She had numerous complementary gifts, despite us only staying a couple of nights and a vegetable garden to help yourself too. The lodge we stayed in (luna) is based on a small lake which makes a relaxing setting. It was very spacious for just two. We also booked to use the hot tub and sauna (extra cost), which was a nice treat, it is outside so you can also see the stars. You will need a car here if you want to get around and see the local area. . A great place to relax.

At Klemen’s house we felt at home. :) We had a wonderful stay at this independent house in Slovenia. The host was incredibly kind, friendly, and always available, making communication seamless. The house provided excellent amenities, and everything matched the description perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed exploring the surrounding valley, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. Great value for money—highly recommended!

La host stata molto gentile, il posto era tranquillo con dintorni stupendi. L'appartamento comodo, luminoso e con tutto il necessario. Abbiamo vissuto una settimana splendida. Spero tornare.

Verica’s upstairs apartment is perfect for anyone who wishes to have a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The big balcony overlooks the valley and has good view on the hills. The kitchen is fully equipped. Verica has created a beautiful small apartment where one feels just like at home. There is a parking space right in front of the house for guest to use. I highly recommend Verica’s place.

Amazing place. Very close to Ljubljana. Darko was an amazing host. Apartment was perfect and the surroundings just as wonderful. Highly recommended!!

Good location if you are with a car. Quick access to the city center and highway. Free parking in front of the building. The apartment is on the top floor and has a big terrace with a garden. Clean and comfortable with a surprise chill room. The owners are super friendly and helpful. Rok rocks!

Appartamento curato in ogni dettaglio, con una splendida vista sui boschi. La cucina è completa di tutto, unica pecca: mancavano sapone e shampoo in bagno, per fortuna avevamo dei campioncini con noi. In inverno l'accesso può essere un po' complicato, poiché le strade non erano spalate e piene di neve. I proprietari, però, sono stati molto cordiali e disponibili. Nel complesso, un soggiorno piacevole per chi cerca relax e natura.

Zala, was fantastic. A great communicator. A clean and spacious townhome. Very conveniently located by a beautiful park and a short walk to the town square. We had a wonderful experience in Kranj. I would recommend Zara’s place to anyone.

Appartamento grande, moderno e ben disposto. Non manca nulla ed è tutto pulito e in ordine. Il parcheggio comodo è un altro piacevole optional. Nejc è un host molto disponibile e attento. Siamo stati molto bene e Skofja Loka è certamente un punto strategico per poter visitare il cuore della Slovenia. Fortemente consigliato!
