We had a wonderful stay at this charming, antique-style house! The place is beautifully decorated and full of character, making it a unique and cozy experience. Irma is an absolutely amazing host , so warm, friendly, and helpful. She even brought us fresh homemade hachapuri, which was incredibly delicious and such a kind gesture. Irma went above and beyond to help us, even meeting us to guide us to the house and helping with our luggage. The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is impressively equipped—easily set up to host 10 guests at once! The location is perfect. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend!

stayed at cosey home for a week,felt right at home. the place matched the pictures. it was really clean and warm inside, and the host was super responsive. I could not charge my phone so she got her mom who leaves nearby bring me a 3-point outlet. thank you Shorena

Don't waste time looking elsewhere, because is the place you want to stay. Not only because the home is beautiful (clearly a great deal of thought went into the architecture and furniture) and the location in Old Tbilisi is perfect, but also the host, Oto, will make your stay seamless and worry-free. He is the most responsive, attentive and thoughtful host we have ever had at an AirBnB. He arranged airport transportation, helped us print documents, replaced an appliance, and much more, all with zero stress. Excellent English and Russian. Our family of six from NYC (me, my wife, my mother-in-law, our 4 year old daughter, and our newborn twin girls) stayed here for five weeks. The bedrooms/kitchens/bathrooms/patios were immaculate. We hired a housekeeper/cook to come for a few hours every other day, and a nanny for the twins when we wanted to do day trips. Both were excellent, inexpensive, and absolutely worth it. I'm sure Oto would be happy to give their contact info.

Strongly recommended. Its one of the BEST place u can find in Tiblis. 5 min walk from Marjanishvili metro station and very close to everything u need. clean , cozy , quiet with a very nice responsive Host.

A top notch Airbnb experience. The apartment and neighborhood were both so charming. Tamar was super communicative and pleasant. Our stay was a highlight of our visit to Georgia.

Our stay at this beautiful, well-equipped modern house in Old Town Tbilisi was absolutely fantastic. The home itself is stylish, comfortable, and has everything you need for a perfect stay. But the real highlight is the stunning view—waking up to the breathtaking cityscape was a dream! The location in Old Town is ideal, allowing easy access to charming streets, great restaurants, and cultural landmarks. On top of that, our host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tbilisi—it’s a real gem.

L'appartamento è veramente perfetto, straordinario, dotato di ogni comodità e servizio che uno possa chiedere. La proprietaria risponde in pochi minuti a ogni richiesta in modo chiaro e accogliente. Essere a Tiblisi in quella posizione ha facilitato tutto, e la bellezza e la posizione dell'appartamento hanno reso il soggiorno oltremodo piacevole.

Konstantine's apartment was overall very good. It’s centrally located in Tbilisi, very quiet, and exceptionally clean. The apartment is on the 5th floor, which might be challenging for some. The mattresses could be improved, as some were too hard or too soft. The shower upstairs is quite limited in height due to the sloped ceiling, which might be an issue depending on the number of guests. We opted to use the downstairs shower instead. Otherwise, everything was fine, and we had an enjoyable stay.

Mariam’s place was ideal for our trip to Tbilisi. There was lots of space and the views over the city from the balcony were incredible. Mariam was a wonderful host and very proactive with keeping us informed of any updates (using the new key fob for the lifts and power cut updates). Could not have asked for a better host. It’s very nice and cozy place to stay in Tbilisi. Can definitely recommend as for long, the same for short term stay. Apartment has everything in it for comfortable stay and located in central part of the city with everything you need around.

One of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in! Everything matched the photos and description 1000%! Despite the recent pipe accident mentioned in the latest review, there was no sign that anything had ever happened. Everything was spotless, and not a single extra drop was out of place. The bathroom with the roof window is absolutely unbelievable—I highly recommend taking some time to treat yourself to a little home spa experience. Overall, this place exceeded every possible expectation. The kitchen, with its giant windows and terrace, was a highlight. Every detail was thoughtfully designed—cozy decor, plenty of pillows, and hotel-quality bedding. This stay was worth every dollar spent and left us with unforgettable memories. Completely quiet, with a perfect view and excellent location. Paul was very responsive, kind, and caring. I’d love to visit this place again!
