Very good place the owner is very nice and always available, the apartment is very nice and clean .the only thing is that when there is not a lot of snow you can’t ski in to the apartments because it’s all rocks and mud.

First, let me say that Aleksandre is a gentleman. He's got some great places to stay in Tbilisi. This particular property is about the best location you can get. A minute to Freedom Square and a short walk to the Old Town bars and restaurants. Super clean, great communication and good value. Thanks for the stay.

Second visit to Andro’s unique apartments and to be honest it cannot be outmatched. The location is superior. The host and staff are responsive and friendly. The unit is cozy and equipped with everything you need. This my number 1 destination in Tiblisi. Thank you for hosting.

Very Nice Apartment with good kitchen. Good bed and nice bathroom. You have a cool view over tbilisi and the Fridge is big. We stayed for 1 month and had a very good time. Only Downside is the completely bad internet. Don’t expect any more than whatsapp from it and if you plan to work just buy a magti simcard and buy 1 week unlimited for 7 Lari which is basically nothing. In Total i would always come back to this place!

Everything was very clean, the accommodation is right next to the center, you can easily walk around the city, there are markets very close by. There is also a mall nearby and it is also close to the city center and the old city. The homeowner was very polite, he helped us a lot and got back to us quickly whenever we called and wrote. There was nothing we didn't like, the house was very warm, calm and natural, regardless of being downstairs. Nice place and very clean. Also, the location is good and all the family are friendly and helpful. The have excellent amenities( washing machine , coffee and tea).

This boutique hotel became our second home in Tbilisi. We loved everything there, from helpful hosts and welcoming guests to location and facilities around. We decided to extend our stay for 1 more month (because weather is perfect over 20 C during October/November) and while being still at the Hotel leaving this review. It's a lovely place without a doubt fulfilled all our wishes. Thank you Tamuna and her family for everything!

It was my third stay in row at Andro's, it started feeling like home... comfortable, quiet, conveniently located and nice view over the mountain. Andro stood ready to assist when needed, I definitely recommend his place. Thank you!
