I was so lucky and excited to be back in this beautiful apartment. The location, environment, cleanliness, everything around deserves high rating. The host is very kind and caring person. Qartlos offered us great tour and guided us. He is not just the host, he really enjoys worth remembering moments with his guests. I asked for late check out and i’ve got immediate approval. If you want to spend unforgettable time in Tbilisi, thats the perfect choice!

квартира расположена в самом центре, все достопримечательности в пешей доступности. сама квартира маленькая, туалет с ванной очень -очень маленький. пожить 2,3 дня очень даже подойдёт. за счёт своего распололжения цена за жильё адекватная. хозяйка очень дружелюбная и отзывчивая. спасибо

Location is good. Red garden is a beautiful place for a walk. Lots of restaurants nearby (Bernard and Chashnagiri are recommended). Supermarkets, currency exchanges everywhere. Could easily take a bus or metro to go to the city center. Recommend a bus to also discover Vake and Rustaveli av. Apart is a bit old school but fully functional, clean and has a nice window view. Air conditioner, washer, fridge and boiler work well. Towels, linen and dishes are many and all clean. Ekaterine is a responsive and friendly host. The problem with low water pressure was fixed in less than 2 hours and never happened again during a 3 week stay. Could recommend staying at the apart.

Все прекрасно! Встречали приветственной фруктовой корзиной, подсказали магазины. При выезде разрешили уехать после обеда, а не утром. Интернет стабильный, есть все необходимое и даже больше. Очень тепло, можно выставлять нужную температуру (была в начале марта). Квартира больше, чем показалась мне на фотографиях. Очень понравился уютный колоритный двор с кучей котиков и то, как по утрам красиво падает солнце. Понравился район. До центра ездила на автобусе без всяких проблем. Такси тоже дешево. Ездила не в час пик, пробок не было. Сам район зеленый, есть куча магазинов и все необходимое. Каждый раз выходить из дома и видеть эту уютную улицу было радостно. Есть как небольшие спары в минуте, так и крупные магазины как агрохаб и карфур в минутах 10. Рядом хорошие рестораны - Rtveli с грузинской кухней и Альфредо с итальянской. В пешей доступности парк Ваке, большой ухоженный парк с подъемником на гору за 1.5 лари. На горе Черепашье озеро и чудесный вид сверху на город.

🌟 What a view! Spent two weeks in this gem of a flat. Spacious? Check. Updated and renovated? Double check! And get this—the piano? Totally in tune, ready for a midnight concerto (or a drunken sing-along, your pick). The downside? The water pressure is more of a gentle whisper than a full-blown symphony. Oh, and did I mention it's on the fourth floor with no elevator? Get your stair-climbing legs ready! The owner lives right across the hallway and is always there to help, armed with his favorite two-letter word: "OX." I have no clue what it means, but honestly, it’s like my new lucky charm. Every time he “OX”ed in, I cracked a smile. 😉 🫶 Nikolozi this flat is perfect for couples, new parents, or fabulous singles—but if you’re on the fence about booking, jump off already! The view alone could make Mona Lisa swoon so much she’d need a fan. I can already envision myself sunbathing on that balcony, sipping martinis with the girls this summer. Cheers 🍸🍸

Breathtaking view of the nature from the comfort of bedroom. Amazing host Manana. Her house is almost new & very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Very near to the center of Kazbegi. We loved that house & surroundings. Host Manana tried her best to make us comfortable on every aspects.

We had a great time in Stepantsminda, the room was great and the host was kind and helpful. We also got to try some homemade wine and chacha. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Stepantsminda!

The room was very clean. The communication was great. The check in was really good because Khatuna was waiting for us with the key even though it was 9pm so after a long travel it was nice not to look for an address or doors. We had a change of towels after 2 nights which is very good as it feels fresh. There was a hair dryer in the building but at the moment i wanted to use it - it was occupied so Khatuna provided me another one. There was a shared table with cutlery, kettles and plates which is very good as we didnt have them with us so there was no problem with making something to drink or eat. We had a really nice stay, especially that the guesthouse is almost in the centre of Stepancminda.

Nous avons passé un très beau moment chez Nina avec nos hôtes et les autres guests. la maison surplombe le village est très agréable, toute la nourriture est faite maison, les montagnes sont magnifiques.
