Excellent location, close to buses and metro so you can go pretty much anywhere in Tbilisi. Only negative point is that it's sometimes a bit noisy due to the dogs barking in the building, but otherwise I recommend and surely will to through David for my following trips

I spent one week in Nica's apartment and I would definitely recommend it. The place is clean and well located. Communication with Nica was easy and friendly, and she agreed to let me check out later in the afternoon - thank you Nica :) However, I was there during one of the coldest weeks of the year and unfortunately the radiator in the kitchen was not enough to keep the place warm (especially the bedroom which is at the other end of the apartment). I did find an extra blanket as well as a small portable electric heater in the wardrobe, and after that it was better. Also, there is no clothes horse and the only place to dry your laundry is on the outdoor lines; that would be fine most of the time, but again, in the middle of winter when it rains or freezes, it's not ideal.

The place and the hosts were splendid! Very fast to answer at all times, willing to help with local places to visit and see. The place itself its very comfortable and cosy we all felt like home from the same minute we entered: high ceiling, wooden interior, nice breakfast bar. It was even better than in photos. The neighbourhood is quite and authentic. When next time visiting Tbilisi will return here!!! Thank you so much guys!

When you enter the apartment, you immediately feel like you've come back home. It is very cozy, warm, and comfortable. The apartment has high ceilings, creating a spacious atmosphere. The furniture and design are works of art - everything is well thought out. If you need anything, you can find it there. I must say that reality surpasses the photos. Additionally, the bedroom windows overlook a calm courtyard; we slept peacefully all night with them open. We were delighted to discover this apartment and will definitely stay again! דירה בעיצוב מעט רטרו, נעימה מאוד, במיקום מדהים על הנהר וצמוד לקזינו ולגשר הזכוכית. הבעלים אדם נעים מאוד וידידותי, נתן לנו לעשות צ׳ק אאוט מעט יותר מאוחר והיה זמין ומהיר תגובה. נהנינו מאוד מהשהות על אף היותה קצרה, ואחזור שוב בפעם הבאה.

Natia's apartment is very conveniently located at the end of Agmashenebeli Avenue: you go out and immediately get into a historic part of Tbilisi, built up around 1880s. This is the main avenue on the left bank of Kura and a good place both for walks (you can also explore nearby lanes and little gardens hidden in the yards along the avenue) and for eating out. Getting to the other side of Kura, the very central Tbilisi, is easy and quick. The apartment building itself, built, I think, in 1930s or 1940s, is inside the block, so you never hear the traffic there, which is a big plus. We stayed in the apartment over a fortnight and it felt almost like home. It is cosy and warm inside (important to note, as it was winter). Natia is an ideal host and a very friendly one. She replies immediately to all the questions and concerns and gives a list of recommendations for finding one's way around. My mother and myself are very grateful for our stay in Natia's apartment.

Wonderful apartments in the center of Tbilisi. The interior is very clean and spacious, with a completely fresh renovation and multiple bathrooms. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay is provided. The location is extremely convenient—all the main attractions are within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a metro station. The host provided clear check-in instructions, so the process was smooth and hassle-free. We stayed as a family of five and absolutely loved it. If we decide to visit Tbilisi again, we will definitely choose these apartments.

Hem güvenli, hem eğlenceli bir konaklama yaşadık. Mikheil özellikle çok ilgili ve bilgili bir ev sahibiydi. Evin konumu tam istediğimiz şekildeydi, gezilecek her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Yöresel yemeklerin dışında tüm yemek ihtiyacımızı evdeki mutfak gereçleriyle ve evin hemen yukarısındaki Carrefour sayesinde kendimiz sağladık, bu da tatilimizi daha uyguna getirdi.

We had an incredible experience staying at Alex's place in Kazbegi! Alex was extremely helpful, guiding us on how to travel smoothly to Kazbegi, which made our journey stress-free. The location was absolutely perfect—close to sites as we wish to visit, yet wonderfully private and serene location. Traveling with family during winter, both kids and adults were delighted by the calm, mindful surroundings that allowed us to truly unwind. The peaceful atmosphere was exactly what we needed. Alex's clear instructions and careful assistance ensured everything went smoothly from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Thank you, Alex, for making our trip so memorable

Квартира очень чистая, комфортная и обставлена со вкусом. Особенно приятно было вернуться с прогулки и отдохнуть в таком теплом и уютном пространстве. Хозяйка квартиры заслуживает отдельной благодарности! Она была невероятно отзывчива, всегда оперативно отвечала на вопросы и давала полезные советы. Мы чувствовали себя как дома благодаря её внимательному отношению. Однозначно рекомендую эту квартиру всем, кто ищет комфортное жилье в отличном месте с заботливым хозяином! The apartment is in a very convenient location, right next to the slopes and ski lift. The bed is very comfortable and the room is surprisingly warm, so don't worry about low temperatures outside. The hotel the room is located in is nice, altough the spa is quite expensive and not the best. Breakfast is available too, but costs 70 lari.

The apartment is located on the first floor almost at the entrance, so it’s pretty easy to get inside being tired. The check-in is easy and fast. The location is great and just few minutes away from the main gondola lift and a grocery store. The floor was slightly cold, but the apartment has a heater and it still was pretty warm inside. The kitchen has everything needed, except of probably a freezer inside the fridge (I didn’t notice it before buying a frozen chicken). The one more good point is that there is a small washing machine in the bathroom, so it’s possible to fresh thermo clothing. The price during my stay was much better than at many places nearby. Highly recommend.

We only stayed here for the one night, we wish we could have stayed longer. It was a great location, easy to walk into the main part of the city. Very clean and very cosy. Would definitely recommend!
