I had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful place and I must say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. One of the highlights is the beautiful garden, full of greenery and peaceful corners. It's a perfect spot to unwind with nature all around, and the presence of friendly cats wandering around adds a comforting charm. The place itself is very calm, making it an ideal retreat for those looking to relax and clear their mind. Another great feature is the excellent location — close enough to everything you need, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The cozy atmosphere made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. If you’re looking for peace, comfort, and a great environment to recharge, this place is a perfect choice.

PERFECT for us! Nodar was wonderful. Think its always important to write goal/type of trip, as everyones reviews can vary: we were a group of 9 adults, one kid, two toddlers and a newborn! Travelling from UK and Iran for a big family reunion! An e-Sim/Sim for Data is almost essential, to use Google/Translate/Bolt etc. LOCATION: Famous/beautiful street. Lots of groceries. Bolt will drop you off in the correct spot. Nodar guided us for the rest! (DO NOT GET airport taxi, use BOLT or Prebook). HOUSE: Two families with kids upstairs, the grandmother downstairs to avoid her using stairs. GARDEN: Amazing for BBQ's, setting up drinks etc. We bought everything from shops/butcher nearby. FACILITIES: Nodar kindly provided toiletries but we were a big group so got additional stuff easily ourselves. Tv is basic but enough to connect HDMI (we'd taken our PS5). Kitchen just needs a few more utensils, Linen CLEAN NODAR: Totally assisted us to the max whenever he could! Definitely recommend!

We had a really nice stay at Givi’s place. The views are breathtaking and the location is great as well. Would definitely recommend and are considering a return trip later this year.

Naira was very hospitable and met us at the door. Gave us a wonderful recommendation where to eat. I would gladly stay here again.

Ана и Амиран — замечательные хозяева. Они тепло нас встретили, порекомендовали интересные места в окрестностях и сделали всё, чтобы наше пребывание было комфортным. Жильё оказалось чистым, светлым, тёплым и очень уютным. Оно расположено на первом этаже, а хозяева живут на втором с отдельным входом. Благодаря собственной огороженной территории мы чувствовали себя уединённо и не пересекались без необходимости. В доме есть всё необходимое для проживания и приготовления пищи. Особенно порадовал камин, дрова для которого можно приобрести на месте. Также понравилась возможность заказать вкусный завтрак. Место тихое, граничит с женским монастырём Самтавро. Потрясающие виды на храмы особенно красивы в вечернее время. Для нас было важным, что хозяева приветливы к животным и приняли нас с нашей небольшой собакой. Плюсом стала возможность парковки на закрытой территории. Всё было отлично! Мы обязательно вернёмся.

Wow. We absolutely loved our stay at Nika's place. We are a family of 5, staying with 3 young children (aged 6, 4 & 1), and Nika's place was spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as a loungeroom, kitchen and large balcony area. The view was lovely, looking onto the river and the mountain, as well as a wonderful view of Jvari Monastry, which lights up at night time. We loved being located on the market walking street, and having the Check-In garden restaurant underneath us with great staff, as well as many other little restaurants within walking distance, as well as a grocery and fruit mart. We stayed for 5 days, and could have stayed longer, as it was just such a peaceful, lovely quaint place to stay with kids. We really loved Nika's place and highly reccomend!

I finally stayed at Elene’s incredible house in Ananuri after having it saved for 2.5 years, and it met and/or exceeded all expectations! The house is wonderfully cozy with a mind-blowing view that’s simply unforgettable. It felt like a blend of home, dacha, and the perfect escape spot anyone would crave. The fireplace is a real gem, adding warmth and character to the experience (just remember to solve the wood quest!). The location is ideal for hiking and relaxing, and if you have a car, it opens up even more opportunities to explore the stunning surrounding areas. Elene herself is an exemplary host—responsive, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. While the area doesn’t have many dining options, the well-equipped kitchen makes it easy and enjoyable to prepare meals at home. I couldn’t have been happier with this stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a serene and memorable retreat!

דירה בעיצוב מעט רטרו, נעימה מאוד, במיקום מדהים על הנהר וצמוד לקזינו ולגשר הזכוכית. הבעלים אדם נעים מאוד וידידותי, נתן לנו לעשות צ׳ק אאוט מעט יותר מאוחר והיה זמין ומהיר תגובה. נהנינו מאוד מהשהות על אף היותה קצרה, ואחזור שוב בפעם הבאה.

I enjoyed my stay in the apartment. It has a cozy, dark bedroom, and I really liked the shower cabin. The balcony was a great spot to sit and enjoy a coffee or tea. I also appreciated the convenient location and the good communication with the host.

Nino is very friendly and responsive. The house is cute, well designed/ fairy clean. Big plus is the place is huge. Location is just perfect, close to the famous church and supermarket.

Очень довольны проживанием у Мераба. Основные моменты: 1. Очень спокойный и дружелюбный хозяин, заезжали и выезжали ночью - никаких проблем. 2. В квартире чисто, были всякие бытовые мелочи (порошок для стиральной машины, тапочки). Одеяла тёплые, бельё приятное. 3. Отличный вид с крыши, мангал. 4. Много самой разной посуды (сковородку и кастрюльку среднюю бы добавить). 5. Три спальни, нас было как раз трое. Но можно и 5-6 уместиться. Сами спальни потёртые, а общая зона посвежее. 6. Последний этаж. Лифт ходит только до этажа ниже, для тех кто не любит лестницы - тяжело. 7. WiFi был стабильный, но не супербыстрый. Для офисной работы ок, для про-гейминга медленновато. 8. У нас было очень тепло, радиаторы мощные. В целом, прям очень хорошо, на 8 из 10, где десятка сложнодостижимый идеал.

房东很热情，提早很多在房间等我们，我们因为暖气太热了，又很远跑过来给我们解决问题，房间也很不错，很干净，有2张大床和一张小床，可以住5个人以上，很不错。风景也很美，门口好多小动物，但都不会进门，别说了，看图吧。

We had an amazing time at this peaceful family farm. Lali and Aleko are exceptional hosts. We chose the option to have dinner with them (homemade) and really enjoyed it. The farm is peaceful with beautiful surroundings, dogs running, chickens, a garden etc. I would recommend to anyone who wants to visit different sides of Georgia.

Peaceful Stay in a Cozy Cottage I recently stayed in a charming cottage for one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The surrounding area was peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and ensured everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Waking up to the sounds of nature was a highlight. I only wish I could have stayed longer! Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet retreat.

Spent two nights here as we were going skiing in Gudauri. Great location and beautiful surroundings. The hot tub and sauna were a great bonus!

We spent two lovely days in a cabin. Mari, our warm and kind host, met us and drove us to the house, as the last part of the route required an SUV. We talked about dogs (we had our small dog with us), the area, and the cabin, which Mari had designed herself. She told us to reach out if we needed anything, though the house was so thoughtfully equipped that we had everything we could possibly want. The cabin felt like a lovingly built home with large bedroom windows offering views of the sunrise, sunset and lake. Inside there was a cozy couch with a movie projector and outside a terrace with chairs and hammocks. We spent the next day around peaceful Sioni Lake, enjoying its beauty and solitude. When our driver was late picking us up Mari kindly took us to see the view from the Sioni dam to pass the time.

Unbeatable and clear view of Mount Kazbegi! Probably one of, if not the best view, you might get with no other buildings in your view. Just a pipeline which only blocks the town at the bottom of the hill (why would you be looking at buildings anyway?) If you’re coming for a view and want to be able to sit up in bed in the morning looking straight at Mt Kazbegi and clear view of Gergeti Trinity Church and the road up to it then this is perfect. The place is minimalistic and a good private escape. The place was heated before we arrived with a movable electric heater that worked well. The bed itself was the most comfy bed we stayed in during my whole time in Georgia! We just sank into it at night and it has very warm cosy blankets too. Road to the property is very bumpy but host gave us clear pictured instructions how to get there! The host is friendly and welcoming, she also saved our dinner after we forgot to get seasoning for our home cooked stew in the evening!

the view was flabbergasted, it does worth for every cent what u pay there. :) also ich bin einfach sehr dankbar. Georgia ist Europa Und das war immer so und wird es immer so sein.
