Loved our stay over the weekend in this villa! Fantastic host that accommodated all our extra requests within minutes. The villa is very private (not surrounded by any other buildings) which makes it a great place for a relaxing weekend without disturbing the neighbors. The pool was clean and all in all, the house is modern, new and well-maintained. Particularly loved the minimalistic look and feel of the house - not cluttered while having all the necessary for a perfect stay. The kitchen is well-equipped plus has a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules were provided by the host). There is a barbecue grill and the host was very nice to help us start it. All in all, a great place and the best one in Khao Yai so far.

和訳して I had a pleasant two-day stay in a place just as pictured. The host’s responses were always quick. They accommodated my requests as much as possible, and I appreciated them lighting the BBQ fire before my arrival.

The space here is great and much bigger than appears in the photos. We were pleasantly surprised with the pool and surrounding area which was large and surrounded by trees and tranquility. The location was also great set in a resort park which allowed access to a small water park for children with slides. It was just a short walk down to the main road with some great eateries (must try 505!) and importantly only a 10 minute drive from the entrance to Koh Yai national park or the hot springs. Some of the furniture in the house was dated and uncomfortable. The double bed in the downstairs room was much too hard for myself. We also struggled with kitchen equipment. No butter knives and only a plug-in induction hob for use. However, we were able to make do and if you plan to eat at the gorgeous spots close by, this won’t be an issue. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to stay for the peace and quiet it offers near to the national park!

I took my family here for a 10-day vacation. This is the best house I've stayed in in recent years. It's tasteful and made of real materials. The garden is very beautiful and my two-year-old daughter played happily every day. I'm very sorry that my wife picked papaya near the house to make soup. I was very angry but it was very delicious. It's very convenient to go to different shopping malls and supermarkets in 15-20 minutes. I recommend Midwinter Restaurant, which we went to twice, and the National Park. There are many authentic Thai restaurants at the foot of the mountain, and the price is very cheap. The people here are very simple and not so commercial. The landlord is very beautiful and took good care of us. Unforgettable memories.Thx

Nice and clean very comfy place

Beautiful place to enjoy a weekend getaway in Khao Yai. We celebrated a birthday with a big group and it was exactly what we needed. Hosts were super responsive and made the whole stay a breeze :)

The property was impressive and delivered as promised. View is stunning and rooms were well appointed. Even thought the property has been around for 4-5 yrs, it has still been maintained well and cleanliness was not a concern. There was a small issue when we first checked in where the keys to some of the rooms and the side entrance were missing, but Pon was very responsive and got this sorted the next day. Highly recommend for a large group seeking to spend communal time together amidst a picturesque backdrop of mountains and greenery.

K. Bunthin was responsive to our messages, helping to coordinate the stay and details even though we only booked one day in advance. the house itself was great- modern and airy, with a lot of windows. good for a large group to hang out and relax. the area was very conveniently located near to the entrance of the park and the area the house is in is nestled in a valley just on the edge of the park. It was quite and peaceful, with lovely views. My 2 1/2 yr son enjoyed running around the grounds and nearby area, though the lovley hardwood floors were a little slippery for him :) . nice and quiet at night, and had some lovely stargazing on the lawn next to a small canal, with the sound of frogs and crickets!

Chantal is een goede host die echt zijn best doet voor zijn gasten. We kregen heerlijk ontbijt in de ochtend op het afgesproken uur. De locatie is perfect om het natuurpark te bezoeken. Dat is echt een aanrader. In het dorpje vind je lekkere restaurants, winkels en een wassalon. Bij chanatat zelf kan je verfrissen in het zwembad. De airco in de slaapkamer werkt geweldig.

lovely new house in peaceful, idyllic location. This is the perfect place to stay close to the Khao Yai national park.

บ้านน่ารัก บรรยากาศดี เจ้าของบ้านน่ารักใจดี คุณป้าแม่บ้านก็น่ารักค่ะ ติดตรงทางเข้าบ้าน อาจจะดูเปลี่ยวไปหน่อยค่ะ อยากให้ติดไฟนำไประหว่างทาง และป้ายบอกทางให้ชัดเจน (ป้ายเล็ก) ถ้ามีโอกาสหน้าจะเข้าไปพักอีกค่า

สภาพบ้านดีมากครับ เสียดายพื้นที่รอบนอกส่วนกลางที่ไม่มีเจ้าหน้าที่ส่วนกลางดูแล ไม่งั้นจะเยี่ยมมากเลยครับแต่โดยรวม โอเค ครับ ปีหน้าจะมาอีกครับ
