All things considered this is a really good value. Nice place to stay. Very safe area in a very unsafe city. Definitely would recommend if safety is a concern.

Great overall experience! We liked the off street parking, the local recommendation, and the space was as shown. We did have a minor issue but Stephanie was quick to respond and had a solution ready to go. There was a grocery store and pub in walking distance that we liked. Easy to get around to other places as well. Thanks!

Great location between Overton Square and Overton Park.

The place was beautiful. It was like walking into an antique. The place was beautifully and tastefully decorated with a beautiful Holiday theme (but not religious, if that matters to anyone), and came with a record player and some old LP’s. It was very clean and it feels like Julie thought of every amenity possible. Julie was very accessible and responded to any questions that I had very promptly. We came for the Liberty Bowl and the house was located next to everything that I wanted to do. It was only a few minutes drive to the Liberty Bowl stadium, the Bass Pro pyramid and Beale St. I would love to return to Memphis for next year’s Liberty Bowl and stay here again!

We traveled to Memphis for a quick girls get away. Location was perfect! Easy walk to Beale Street and all downtown has to offer. Private garage was amazing and made parking a breeze.

It was a beautiful experience. The host, Elijah, was there waiting for anything and everything we needed. I appreciated the hospitality!

Great location, neighborhood was very quiet. Rachel responded very quickly to requests and was very flexible. Would gladly stay again when back in town.

Haider's home is the perfect place for long or short term stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to stores and restaurants. The University of Memphis is just a few minutes drive. You can also walk to the Arboretum. The house has an amazing kitchen and terrific bathrooms. It is truly a home away from home. Haider was very responsive. He quickly responded to my questions before I arrived. So I had no issues getting into the house or using it.

Wayne was a great host for a quick weekend getaway. His response time with quick to our couple of questions.

We loved our stay at Leanna’s place. She was helpful and friendly without intruding on our privacy. It’s an adorable little cottage with, comfortable beds, cool decor and had everything we needed. It was just the right size for us, but could easily fit a couple more people. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and centrally located in midtown Memphis with great restaurants and many things to do close by. I highly recommend Leanna’s place to anyone visiting Memphis!

This is a beautiful condo. When you get in, you will feel right at home. The hostesses were very responsive. I recommend this location for anyone coming to Memphis. It is close to everything (shopping centers, the regional mall, and restaurants). AND it is unbelievably quiet.

This is a perfect loft condo for the price and location. You can hear muffled traffic being close to a major roadway, but the condo is well insulated. It’s close to shopping centers and all levels of restaurants. It was perfect for my short business trip.
