Watch the sun dip below the horizon from the communal infinity swimming pool on the 16th floor before curling up on the sofa and admiring oriental artwork. This unit has all the amenities that you can expect: - the kitchen is fully equipped - high speed internet, TVs, air-conditionning in every room - ensuite bathroom fully equipped Guests have free access to: - infinity swimming pool on the 16th floor - exercise room - sauna room - free parking The check in and check out process is very smooth, I will check you in person (I live in the building), feel free to contact me anytime through Airbnb, I will respond immediately. Arriving early! or having a late night flight! No worries, for your convenience, you can leave your luggage with me . The unit sits on Chang Khlan Road with easy access to the ancient city and 5 minutes of the Night Bazaar on foot. There is a shopping mall, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. Walking is a great way to discover Chiang Mai. If you need to go further away, use Grab (most fares are between 50-70 baht). If you are unfamiliar with Chiang Mai, I can offer you airport transfer to and from the airport. I charge 300 Baht I also offer WIFI HotSpot (pocketWIFI) with unlimited data for 150 Baht per day. No need to pay data roaming charges. Please make sure you enter the correct number of guests in the reservation

This new luxurious condominium is in the heart of Chiang Mai near the popular Night Bazaar. The airport is only 15 minutes away. I can arrange transportation from the airport if required. This condo is very comfortable with a large king size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to eat in. There is a luxurious bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and separate shower. The toilet is in a separate adjoining room. Gym, pool, sauna on the top floor.

The one-story house There is a car park inside the house. The gate is a remote gate. Check in using a key box. The house is in a quiet community.
